The ambiance is beautiful, refined without being pretentious, and the open kitchen is open to the light and harmonious world of Chef Guido and his assistants. The hostess, with kindness and wisdom, guides guests through the best options. The result is always a delight for body and soul!

21/09/2025: A top-notch ice cream shop and café on the Comacchio coast. The real highlight? The "Majani Fiat Chocolate" flavor! It's addictive!! Even their breakfasts are a cut above the rest. 😉

28/11/2025: We ate there on a Sunday for lunch. The place is beautiful, the staff very friendly, and the food is truly delicious. The raw artichoke salad was truly delicious, as were the salami and cutlet. Highly recommended.

17/11/2025: I went there on Saturday evening with my family at the recommendation of a friend. What can I say? It was a wonderful discovery! The dishes were very carefully prepared and refined despite the common ingredients. The combinations were carefully chosen to enhance the flavor. The fish was incredibly fresh. Excellent and friendly service. We'll be back.

11/01/2026: You get very little food on the plate and pay too much for what you get. We waited a long time for our plates, and when the food finally arrived, it wasn’t warm enough. Very disappointed.

07/11/2025: The food is very good; all the dishes are excellent and well-prepared. The portions aren't excessive, so you can order more. The only downside is that it's not very quiet. 😅

The tour is well-organized and allows you to explore both the noble and richly decorated rooms and the darker and more evocative parts, such as the prisons with their cells and grates overlooking the moat. The explanatory panels, historical maps, and reconstructions are very interesting and help you understand the evolution of the city and the castle. The Borso d'Este Bible is splendid, and the model of Renaissance Ferrara is fascinating. The frescoed ceilings and decorations are also worthy of special attention. Recommended for adults and children: it's a comprehensive, engaging, and never boring cultural visit. A must-see if you come to Ferrara. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Castello Estense is a must-see landmark in Ferrara. A beautiful and historically rich fortress that perfectly tells the story of the powerful Este family and the city's Renaissance past. The visit is well organized and offers a fascinating contrast between the elegant noble rooms and the darker, more atmospheric areas, such as the prisons overlooking the moat. The historical panels, maps and reconstructions are clear and engaging, helping visitors understand the evolution of the castle and the city. The Bible of Borso d'Este is impressive, as well as the detailed model of Renaissance Ferrara. The decorated ceilings and architectural details are also stunning. Highly recommended for both adults and children: an educational, immersive and never boring experience. A highlight of any trip to Ferrara.

03/11/2025: We tried both the pizza (Neapolitan and classic) and the food, and everything was impeccable. The pizzas are very good: high-quality ingredients, light and easily digestible dough (the Neapolitan dough is highly recommended, with a thick and flavorful crust!). If you're craving something sweet, you can't miss the mascarpone. The place is very beautiful and well-kept, but the real difference is the service: the staff is always friendly, fast, and smiling, making the experience even more enjoyable. Kudos to the team for their professionalism and customer service. Perfect for a dinner with family, friends, or as a couple. The place is also DOG FRIENDLY! A must try! 5 well-deserved stars!

The atmosphere is informal and pleasant, the welcome warm, and the service friendly and helpful, with recommendations for both food and must-sees in the city. The food is very good, fresh and typical of the area, and the price is reasonable. An honorable mention goes to the traditional Ferrara cappellacci, truly delicious! A highly recommended stop for anyone in Ferrara.

09/01/2026: wonderful establishment! Been there with a few colleagues after a conference. We called in short notice and were quite a few people. Sergio - the owner - made sure we can all be seated and was simply a wonderful host. Not only did they provide excellent food, but also quite some entertainment: Sergio played some italian songs here and there, which contributed to a wonderful night.

01/11/2025: A quick stop in Comacchio for a delicious lunch at Locanda del Delta. Excellent food and super helpful and welcoming staff. Recommended!

26/10/2025: We had lunch at this inn before the hike to the valleys. Very nice location, excellent service. Precise dishes and appropriate portions. I had the marinated pasta and my daughter had spaghetti with clams. Delicious. Prices in line with restaurants of this type. I liked it.

03/01/2026: Takeaway only. It's a shame they're closed Mondays and Tuesdays. A better option for dinner.

21/12/2025: One of the best and freshest pizzas we had on our Italy-Sicily tour. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. We were even able to eat the pizza right there. (1 bar table and 2 chairs)

08/12/2025: We had lunch at Setaccio and I must say we felt truly pampered, from the welcome drink to the end of the meal. Delicious food, impeccable service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Recommended.
