The pizza was simply delicious: light and tasty.
The place, although small, is truly welcoming and with attention to detail, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
The staff is super nice and friendly, always attentive to customer needs without ever being intrusive.
Highly recommended, I will definitely be back!

16/03/2025: E' stato un pranzo di lavoro nel quale in totale spirito di condivisione abbiamo assaggiato più piatti da condividere , un po' come fossero "tapas"spagnole "para compartir". Ci tornerò sicuramente!

10/02/2025: Disappointment. Menu with the right number of proposals and that I was deluded.
Starters just enough, first courses too full of oil. The impression is that the raw material is not the best. The bill was too expensive. Service too informal. Sorry.

14/02/2025: Piadineria just outside Ferrara. Exceptional quality piadinas made and freshly made. Guys at the cash desk and in the kitchen are friendly and helpful. I thank the boy in the kitchen who went out of his way to prepare a dish for my partner with what he could given some of her intolerances. Thank you.
17/01/2025: Good Piada but I had asked for a wholemeal dough and when I got home it was normal dough...the staff seemed quite annoyed even though no one was there....it's a shame

01/03/2025: A comfortable environment, an ideal place for a good, quick and light meal, the quick service and the huge variety of flatbreads, as well as the possibility of creating them with the ingredients you prefer, make it perhaps one of the best places to eat if you are in Fe for a day or two and you don't want to spend too much time closed in a place but to visit. The crispy and well-filled flatbreads, served hot, are a trip to heaven, but at the same time they are light and do not weigh you down. Fair prices, clean bathrooms, also lots of interesting drinks, in short, 5 stars!!
28/02/2025: Excellent place to eat a stuffed Livornese squash in Ferrara. There is a great variety of ingredient choices, including great vegetarian and vegan options.
The sandwich is crunchy and really good, unfortunately for those who have a good appetite like me, at least in my case one is not enough. I often eat one and a half, sharing the third with my partner. Recommended for a lunch or dinner with friends that is not too demanding and different from the usual ones offered in the city.
The place is welcoming, the service is do-it-yourself, so there is no table service but still very quick and well-structured.

Excellent SCORTICHINO with cherry tomatoes
Grilled vegetables are normal
The tortelli with ricotta and porcini mushrooms are VERY GOOD
FABULOUS tiramisu.
Excellent service, just a little slow.

10/03/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at Mario's on Women's Day and I can say that it was a delightful experience. The fish starter was simply sublime: the dishes melted in your mouth, very fresh and with a delicate flavour. The pumpkin tortelli, served on a bed of fondue with prawns and truffles, were a real delight, with a perfect balance of flavors that 🤩 enhanced each ingredient.
The dessert, a combination of mascarpone and salted caramel, was amazing: sweet and creamy.🍦
The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who made the evening even more special.
A place truly not to be missed!

25/02/2025: Siamo stati in coppia per la prima volta in questo locale, sapevamo da tanto della sua esistenza ma tentennavamo ad andarci. Le aspettative erano alte, e hanno pienamente soddisfatto il nostro palato.
Volevamo una degustazione ma è prenotabile solo on Line, quindi abbiamo preso antipasto, primo e secondo secondo i nostri gusti.
Siamo partiti con un calice di benvenuto e un entree di radicchio e alici ottima.
Come antipasto, zuppetta di cannocchie piccantina e insalata tiepida di mare.
Come primi mezze lune al branzino con chorrizo e spaghettoni ai crostacei.
Secondo anguilla alla griglia e seppie dondolate.
Dolce ganache al cioccolato e frutto della passione e bignè fritti con crema.
Tutto ottimo, prezzo importante, fate finta di fare due cene in una, rinunciate il sabato prima e godetevi una cena qui perché merita.
Torneremo in un’altra stagione per qualche variazione del menu. Voto 9

16/02/2025: The Lab è un locale unico! Ho provato la fiorentina di Black Angus, ed è stata spettacolare: carne di altissima qualità, cotta alla perfezione, con un sapore intenso e avvolgente. L’ambiente ha un tocco newyorkese, moderno e familiare, che rende l’esperienza ancora più speciale. Il personale è accogliente e sempre disponibile. Perfetto per una cena di qualità o una serata diversa. Non vedo l’ora di tornare!

Il menù propone una varietà di piatti che spaziano dalle specialità di carne, come hamburger gourmet e tagli pregiati in frollatura, a opzioni vegane.

21/03/2025: Pizzas and especially hamburgers are very good, but I'm sorry that the menu is mainly meat and there are very few if any options even for vegetarians/vegans and I'm sorry because it's the only place closest and for a few months now I've had to limit myself only to pizzas sacrificing hamburgers and other dishes... as for the service it's going to drop a bit because it's difficult to communicate on the phone during reservations, due to noise/misunderstandings, for the rest I'd say everything's ok, as said before, excellent food, nothing to complain about
