30/07/2025: Very nice and pleasant place, fast and friendly service. We went for the pizza, but there's also a fish and meat menu. The thin-crust pizza with a light and digestible dough is very good.

06/08/2025: It's one of my favorite restaurants, culinary-wise. They serve all kinds of dishes, and they're all incredibly delicious! From pizza to pasta dishes to seafood, everything is truly delicious. The waiters are always very kind and friendly. The only downside is that it's a bit noisy, but that's understandable, considering it's always busy, because the food is excellent and people notice!

10/09/2025: The atmosphere is quite refined but a bit dated, a typical local osteria. The service is courteous and very fast. Typical Comacchio dishes are made with excellent quality ingredients. Only the fried food was a bit sparse and had too many small fish, which wasn't to my liking. But all in all, it still deserves 5 stars ⭐️

Even though they made a mistake with one pizza, they apologized when I called and wanted to make it right away. So, super professional. Thanks guys. To err is human. Only those who do nothing make no mistakes. I'll definitely order your pizza again when I come back here.

08/09/2025: I've been going there for about twenty years now: it's my go-to in Ferrara. I recommend it as a reliable place. Central location without compromise, a very, very beautiful atmosphere with uncommon attention to detail, precise, punctual, friendly, and helpful service. I can't say I'm equally enthusiastic about the food: in my opinion, the number of seats, managed efficiently—I don't object—has now imposed a "tourist" tendency in the cuisine, which I struggle to follow. Specifically, my last visit was characterized, on the positive side, by excellent appetizers and desserts; on the negative side, by both the traditional and pumpkin-and-mushroom lasagnas that weren't stellar (let's just say they were decent "mappazze"), by the cream-filled cappelletti that were less than average, and by the ordinary main courses. The prices are overall commensurate with the quality. I'm disappointed, but it's also true that it was Sunday and the place was packed with people waiting, so evidently the "entrepreneurial" approach is the right one (unfortunately).

18/07/2025: I'll try to be objective and justify the two stars. Is the pizza good? Very good. Is the location beautiful? Very good. What's not good is the service/price ratio. If I have to wait an hour for a pizza (evening at Stalla number 1), be left alone for a long time after eating it (evening number 2), or run out of drinks after ordering, only to receive everything together (water, wine, pizza) after half an hour, then I expect to pay at least 50% less than what was requested... Instead, you'll pay as if you'd received 5-star service, and it's not a cheap place. Going to a pizzeria to relax and then going home feeling irritable isn't nice. I'm sorry, we would have loved to go back.

16/07/2025: An ideal place for everyone, from couples to groups. Good food, fast, and friendly service. I also go there when I want to eat a good pizza alone during the week. But the other night, it was even better than usual, so much so that it reminded me of a happy event from the past. Praise to the pizza chef!

15/07/2025: Seafood dinner with friends. The scallops were excellent, truly excellent. The mixed grilled fish was good. The fries were plentiful. The grilled meat was also excellent! The wine recommended by Mario himself was spectacular!!! Average prices. I'll be back!

07/07/2025: The evening didn't start in the best way, unfortunately: we are a family celebrating the birthdays of 3 out of four members. One of us is vegetarian. After having made sure at the time of booking that there was a vegetarian menu, we went. When the menus were delivered, however, we realized that there was no real menu with vegetarian choices, only two dishes (cappellacci and passatelli) that could have been. After having spoken to more than one waiter, in the end they informed the owner - who was sitting at another table - who said out loud and nonchalantly that he had forgotten. (Ah. Very good). After a few moments of no waiters, a third one arrives and asks for the order again. Let's report the situation again. He was the only one who took care of resolving the mix-up. A note of merit goes to him: he tried to do everything possible to make the evening pleasant, looking for solutions that could meet everyone's approval. He offered a final spirit and one of the two bottles we had consumed, he made sure that the service was impeccable. We had an appetizer of pinzini and we accompanied it with cheeses and burrata as an alternative to the stracchino that they didn't have: well made and fresh cheeses. Let's ignore the fact that the vegetarian dish arrived with a slice of crispy bacon on top, for the rest the orecchiette with swordfish were very good, the seafood salad too and the mixed fried food was well fried with a nice crispy batter and not greasy. Although from the outside it looks like a village bar, inside the rooms are well-kept and there is air conditioning. There are tablecloths and cloth overtablecloths, the chairs are plastic but comfortable. The food is of excellent quality, it's not the first time I've been there and it confirms this once again. The restaurant has become increasingly well-known and a table for four people will not bring profit to the place, but I would have expected that at least the owner would have shown up at the table with an apology or at least alternatives instead of avoiding us for the whole evening. Mistakes happen and it is not mandatory to provide alternatives to the menu you offer. But if you confirm a service upon request you cannot wash your hands of it when it is not actually provided.

25/08/2025: We stopped by chance; we booked on the fly, nothing to say, kind and welcoming waiting staff, delicious food 😋 a fish fry 🐟 good, the dessert divine and super abundant. Sorry there are no photos as we were all busy eating and enjoying the day... fast service... ❤️🐟❤️. Even my 92-year-old mother ate everything willingly and with gusto ❤️🐟🐟.

22/08/2025: Very fresh fish, we had a seafood salad, a risotto, and a grilled meat. Everything was really excellent... but the risotto... I think it was one of the best I've ever eaten. Congratulations, we had a great time.

25/08/2025: A guarantee. My family always came here. I've been there alone three times and...nothing...I've added it to my favorites. The food is good, the menu is varied, the pinzini are excellent, and the service is organized, kind, and perfect.
