I thought that with the return to normal routine, "Mr. ALEX" would have had time to personally APOLOGIZE to me for the HORRIBLE behavior I exhibited on December 21, 2025 (as described in the review). To this day, I'm still waiting for his response. REVIEW UPDATE. Today, December 28, I'm updating my review. A week has passed, and "Mr." ALEX hasn't deigned to call and PERSONALLY APOLOGIZE for what happened. I STILL WAITING. REVIEW. Today for lunch, 12.21.2025, I went to La Fornace to celebrate my birthday (having booked a table on December 12th). When I arrived, I introduced myself and asked to be assigned the reserved table. The waitress immediately looked at me in surprise and started to confabulate with the OWNER. After a while, she came back and told me she was sorry, but due to a mix-up, the TABLE IS NOT THERE! I asked for at least an explanation for what had happened, and the response was: "You are not the first people to come back today because the table is not there! ". Then, the best part of the whole affair was that the OWNER was present and witnessed the entire conversation (he was 4 meters away from us!). He instructed a young waitress to apologize, and he didn't even HAVE the COURAGE to show his FACE personally! I consider this behavior shameful. This review is not FALSE, you have my reservation with the phone number, If the owner wants to apologize personally for what happened.
