30/11/2025: Beautiful place, super friendly staff and chef. The atmosphere is elegant yet friendly, unpretentious. And now let's get to the point: the fish dishes are phenomenal, never boring, and excellent. The wines are excellent. I had the five-course raw and cooked menu + dessert, and there was nothing wrong with it; in fact, each dish was better than the last. I will always remember the octopus with onion granita. Excellent!

11/09/2025: A welcoming and well-maintained restaurant in the center of Ferrara. The food is excellent, from appetizers to dessert, everything is impeccable. It offers a wide variety of dishes, many of which can be made gluten-free. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable about gluten-free options and cross-contamination. Celiac disease is not a problem, as you can enjoy a delicious meal here, completely safely! Highly recommended!

05/11/2025: Modern atmosphere. I wasn't thrilled, but that's a matter of personal taste. The most important thing is that you ate well for a reasonable price. The menu is local and well-rounded. The location is in a residential neighborhood, which I find to be a winning feature. The dishes were very well executed and delicious. That's what matters in the end!

09/11/2025: Highly recommended! A pleasant discovery. We stopped for a quick bite; they welcomed us at 2:10 PM. We had a cappellaccio filled with salami and served with pumpkin cream: delicious! A pizza with sausage and pumpkin was also very good, with excellent ingredients and not greasy. The welcome and service were very friendly, and the place was clean and tidy. We'll definitely be back.

08/10/2025: Wine bar with a kitchen in Ferrara, a truly positive experience! The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and happy to recommend both dishes and wines to pair. I ate: - Pumpkin cappellacci with bacon ragù: truly exquisite. I've never tried cappellacci with this ragù before, it was truly explosive. - Beef tagliata: incredibly tender, divinely cooked, with the perfect pairings. - Chocolate salami: if I'm not mistaken, they don't use traditional biscuits, but cantucci, which were crunchy. These were also truly excellent, homemade by them. For the wine, we relied on the staff; a perfect choice! Unbeatable quality/price ratio!

The dishes were very carefully prepared and refined despite the common ingredients. The combinations were carefully chosen to enhance the flavor. The fish was incredibly fresh. Excellent and friendly service. We'll be back.

09/11/2025: A delightful trattoria in the center of Ferrara, where taste, flavors, and kindness blend to create a family-friendly atmosphere. Greeted by the friendly staff, we sat down, and the sight of the dishes passing by made it clear we'd chosen the right place. They immediately presented us with variations on the regular menu, which we naturally took advantage of. For our appetizer, we chose a delicious pumpkin pudding with Parmesan fondue...a true delight, the perfect combination of flavors. Since we had bad intentions, we chose two first courses that were nothing short of spectacular in flavor and preparation; instead of the "cappellaccio," they had cappelletti cacio e pepe, served inside a Parmesan basket... A generous portion, flavorful, and perfectly cooked pasta. Finally, we let the Parmesan basket melt, adding even more flavor to the pasta. A cappellaccio with smoked pancetta, toasted almonds, and a balsamic vinegar reduction... A true delight for the palate, cooked to perfection. Despite the generous portions, we were inspired by a second course (which I recommend sharing), a wonderful, gigantic "elephant ear" cutlet with potatoes (we asked for them to be baked)... Crispy breading and incredibly tender meat. To finish, we ordered a veal cheek that melted in the mouth, as an off-menu option. Five stars not only for the restaurant's high-quality cuisine but also for the kindness, attentiveness, and, unexpectedly, the complimentary liqueur at the end of the meal. A wonderful discovery.
