10/11/2025: Very good restaurant in the center of Ferrara, excellent fish, worth trying

05/11/2025: For a special occasion, we treated ourselves to a seafood trattoria in Ferrara's historic center. The atmosphere is familiar, atmospheric, and warm. The entrance is unique: the interior is visible before entering, thanks to the large window. The carefully crafted and fragrant dishes did not disappoint! We received a small welcome aperitif with anchovy butter to spread on crostini. A glass of Lugana before starting immediately warmed us up and guided us to the appetizers: a red shrimp tartare with burrata and a colorful octopus with a thousand flavors. We then split a first course of burnt wheat passatelli with fish and lime, worthy of the end of the world, and also a turbot fillet with artichokes and licorice. We couldn't resist and also ordered a small plate of fried food, fragrant and delicious. We finished with a small birthday cake, a delicious millefeuille with flowers, and we blew out the candle—a super birthday!

19/10/2025: Today, October 19th, we had lunch with relatives. We ate. Appetizers, first courses, and second courses. Everything was super good. The staff was very kind and professional. Always present and attentive, Chef Giulio 🧑‍🍳. I recommend CORTE SOLADA ✅

29/11/2025: A welcoming place, with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Traditional Ferrarese cuisine revisited with a modern twist, but without sacrificing flavor and quality, as well as generous portions.

17/11/2025: For a dinner with friends (9 people), we had a table in the secluded, comfortable, and discreet room, where we could converse peacefully and without clutter. The service was good, with waiters attentive and helpful, without being intrusive. The menu is varied, with a predominance of seafood, featuring classic dishes, perhaps slightly revisited. The dishes we ordered were good, not exceptional, but still made with quality ingredients. The wine selection didn't live up to the menu: the red was good (an unmemorable Pinot Noir), while the white (a Pinot Blanc) was rather dull and lacking in character. It's a shame that, despite requests, more alternatives weren't offered, perhaps due to a limited selection or a lack of knowledge: a restaurant like this absolutely must have a wine expert capable of presenting the available bottles in the cellar to pair with the dishes! The desserts were very good. A final note: a place like "L'Oca Giuliva" can't afford to serve Pringles chips with an aperitif!!!

04/11/2025: A truly unmissable spot for meat lovers: the quality is excellent, the selection is extensive, and every dish is meticulously crafted. In addition to the menu, there are also off-the-menu options, explained with expertise and passion by the staff. The service is impeccable, marked by the warmth and friendliness of the owners, who make every guest feel at home. The wine list is also noteworthy, truly exemplary and perfectly in keeping with the food. Highly recommended.

15/11/2025: I stopped to get some piadinas to go and was pleasantly surprised. The piadinas were excellent. I'm really happy with my discovery. I grabbed the piadinas and left. I didn't try the stuffed piadinas, but I will next time.

06/11/2025: I've been to Purgatorio, a place to eat excellent pizza. The Paradiso restaurant has an excellent themed bar. I can't give any advice regarding their Inferno restaurant.

05/11/2025: Well, I've known it for a while. Purgatorio (pizzeria) is spectacular, with its ceiling filled with dangling trumpets and trombones because the Angels play the trumpets! Inferno (restaurant) is impeccably furnished with lavishly laid tables and regal chairs, unusual with over 15,000 copper pots (cauldrons) hanging from the ceiling, without lids... because the Devil makes the pots, not the lids. And Paradiso (pub), still closed, which I'll visit soon. Church, with esoteric music and funerary furnishings... incredible imagination and attention to detail. A unique venue... definitely in Europe!

10/11/2025: It's a fully equipped seaside campsite (during the summer). Sea, lake, pool, all sorts of activities, shows and entertainment with qualified entertainers, and even a riding stable where you can go horseback riding in the countryside.

21/10/2025: A wonderful resort perfect for families with children and four-legged friends! Clean and tidy rooms, comfortable spaces for a family stay. The spacious restaurant offers a generous appetizer buffet and three choices of first and second courses. There's also a baby food area. The staff is always available and friendly, accommodating guests' needs. Many activities are offered throughout the day, and entertainment is available with evening shows. There's a mini and junior club. Three swimming pools for adults and children, with a small island suitable for the little ones and a whirlpool area. A large refreshment bar, even on the beach! Enormous parking lot with a covered carport. In short...it's definitely a special place, perfect for those seeking relaxation, fun, and comfort for the whole family!

04/12/2025: We discovered this delightful little restaurant by chance last night after a trip from Treviso, and it turned out to be a fabulous experience from start to finish, from Martina's warm welcome to dessert, with the kind, professional, and friendly staff making my wife and I feel at home. Delicate and truly delicious dishes based on fresh seafood prepared by a female chef who has fully deserved every accolade and culinary star in haute cuisine. We highly recommend it, so much so that we'll be back very soon. Thank you so much.
