05/05/2025: Nuestra primera comida en Bolonia fue en Vini e Sapuri. ¡Qué manera tan FABULOSA de comenzar nuestra visita! De hecho, la comida era tan buena y el servicio tan amable y atento, que volvimos dos días después y tuvimos otra gran experiencia. Este restaurante está ahora en nuestra corta lista de lugares que siempre estaremos seguros de visitar cuando estemos en Bolonia. Y ya se lo hemos recomendado a otros y mandado gente allí (¡que también tuvo excelentes comidas! ) En nuestras dos visitas, tuvimos un gran servidor llamado Chiara. Súper servicial, entretenido, y proporcionó grandes explicaciones y recomendaciones. Gracias Vini e Sapuri!

01/06/2025: I went to Franco, in him I found a person capable of his job and of advising the right choices. Today we celebrated my son's 18th birthday and there were 50 of us. He prepared everything for me, from the first courses to the second courses and side dishes for those who don't have intolerances for celiacs and vegetarians. He even offered to come to the grill but we preferred, given the weather, a fresher menu. We could have fed an army because Franco doesn't skimp on the portions so much so that we went home with the containers ..... The caponata then something sublime, according to many the best ever eaten. I could go on but I'll limit myself to saying thank you and telling myself that I would be crazy if for the next events I didn't turn to him and his team

27/03/2025: Very kind staff. Excellent breakfasts and attention to cleanliness. In a quiet area, possibility to relax without the honking of traffic and to eat peacefully outdoors. I would add that even now that it has changed management, it remains a bar where you find smiles, courtesy and a lot of kindness

12/06/2025: I found myself by chance during my stay in the area trying some sweets with some friends. We didn't know the place but it was a really nice discovery. Excellent pastry shop. I absolutely recommend it!

20/05/2025: Pizza at Totò is always a guarantee... It's not the classic Neapolitan! For those who love low pizza like me, I think it's the best in Bologna! Good, fast and organized. The staff was friendly and kind even though there were two of us and it was almost closing time! Thanks again and congratulations 🙏🏻

17/06/2025: Historic tavern, very characteristic. Had a really good meal here. They also have a fixed price menu for 15.00 euros in the evening. I highly recommend coming to eat here.

18/05/2025: We ended up at the Tramvia restaurant by chance on Saturday evening, it wasn't planned and we managed to find a place thanks to TheFork. It was certainly a nice surprise, the food was excellent, both the gramigna and the sheep ricotta gnocchi. The Quiche Lorraine was particularly successful, but the beef tartare was no less so. The desserts were very good, especially the Rocher and the Latte in piedi. A special mention for the wine list where there are excellent wineries such as Pandolfa or the Gallegati brothers. My wife and I, given what we ordered, settled on a Schiava from a winery we didn't know and which turned out to be an excellent surprise. Prices in line with the average for Bologna. The only flaw: the place reflects sound a lot and if there are tables that talk loudly it's a disaster.

11/06/2025: Disappointing pizza compared to Italy. We were staying nearby and were looking for a place to eat that was the only one open. Thin and burnt dough. Not suitable for an Italian to put out such a pizza. We were disappointed

24/04/2025: Traditional dishes, friendly staff and a wonderful view for Easter Monday lunch with my family. We finally find the family management and quality dishes and not the tourist ones that Bologna has become. The Granoantico dish with tigelle and crescentine in addition to the classic accompaniments also includes special cured meats such as pink salami. The first courses are delicious with proposals of the day. Vegetarian options are also available. Leave room for the cotoletta alla bolognese, you can't miss it!
