The location is excellent; everything is incredibly close and within walking distance.
The property is fantastic, a blend of history, research, and design. You can feel the attention to detail.
They welcomed us with great professionalism and friendliness.
We will definitely be back!

18/04/2026: Delicious dough. We passed this pizzeria while strolling through the center of Budrio. We weren't looking for a big dinner, just a quick pizza. Friendly staff, delicious dough, a few tables, and super-fast service!
The open-view oven is lovely.
14/02/2026: Delicious pizza. Very fast preparation. Excellent customer service, regardless of race or skin color, unlike some nearby pizzerias. I highly recommend it; you won't regret it.

01/08/2026: I think I've already given them too many chances. Gamberini in Bologna Centrale station is full of incompetent people with no desire to work. For example, today I made 3 receipts because the lady at the cash register was completely absent, and it's not the first time it's happened. I often find the staff rude and with no desire to work. I'm sorry because the products, such as the pastries and savory items, are very good, but I think after today I'll never go back there again because it's pointless to continue hoping that the staff they hire is even minimally competent.
31/07/2026: Excellent Eggs Benedict with perfectly poached eggs, rich hollandaise, and fresh ingredients. The pastries and coffee were just as impressive. Beautiful historic setting, attentive service, and a memorable breakfast. One of the best breakfast spots in Bologna.

12/05/2026: We went at sunset on our first evening and were so pleased that we went again the next day. The chips were practically unlimited; I guess we were a little hungry when we went ☺️ The Basil Smash cocktail became our favorite 🍸😝 Thank you.

27/05/2026: I don't understand why this restaurant has such high ratings. The service was more than just poor; the waiter only spoke Italian and pushed us to choose. His attention to the customers was very limited. The €8 glass of wine (not on the menu and rather mediocre) left a bad taste in my mouth.

27/07/2026: A truly welcoming and charming pizzeria and restaurant in the small village of La Cà. Polite, unobtrusive service and excellent pizza with a wide selection of toppings. Excellent draft beer!
25/07/2026: We went there last night by chance, but it was great. The service was well-managed.
We had the pizza, it was special.
The young people were excellent in everything...
If you're in the area, I highly recommend going there.

20/06/2026: I feel sorry for the band that played because it wasn't bad, but apart from that, they'll never see me again. 5 euros each for the concert evening, considering it's not stated anywhere, plus 2.50 service. 17 euros for a piadina and some chicken with two sauces, 6 euros for each medium beer, and when I ask for the bill at the cashier, since you listed an extra small beer, in the end they charge me the same as the medium (6 euros); to top it off, water, not bottled, but probably purified from the tap, was 2 euros each. Moral of the story, I spent almost 50 euros. No comment. You'll never see me again!!!!!
