I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Bologna

12/07/2025: Posto meraviglioso in un contesto senza dubbio splendido, abbiamo cenato fuori adiacenti ad un un immenso parco verde e poco distante dai fenicotteri rosa. Premessa a parte, vorrei precisare alcune attenzioni che a mio avviso sono mancate come per esempio l'arrivo dell'antipasto mentre, con il menù in mano stavamo ancora scegliendo vino e pietanze, il sommelier (un po' pesante e poco concreto) . Camerieri molto carini e attenti, pietanze buone ma per il prezzo speso preferisco altri ristoranti (tra cui alcuni stellati) dove si spende meno e si mangia meglio con più portate. Ma consiglio di provarlo ne vale comunque la pena

06/07/2025: A parte le entre di benvenuto e la piccola pasticceria di fine pasto, a base delle quali vorrei pasteggiare tutte le volte che frequento il Fenicottero, molto ci sarebbe da dire sulla maestria di Alessandro nel presentare una cucina innovativa pur rispettando sapori, profumi e consistenze di una materia prima di altissima qualità. Personale di sala cordiale e molto disponibile

11/10/2025: We had a great time, they were very kind and accommodating to any changes we requested. The food was very good, very fresh, and the cheesecake was top notch!!! Unfortunately, the place is very small. We'll be back!

24/07/2025: We stopped by by chance, and I was pleasantly surprised. The gentleman and young woman who greeted us were so kind and down-to-earth that I immediately felt welcome. I had the chili burrito and the Mediterranean sandwich, truly delicious. Thanks again!

01/12/2025: We had lunch at this trattoria with a group of seven. The restaurant, although small, is well-maintained and welcoming. The menu includes Roman specialties and traditional Bolognese dishes. We sampled several Roman dishes, including rigatoni alla gricia and cacio e pepe zucchini flowers: flavorful, tasty, and made with top-quality ingredients. The Bolognese cuisine was equally good, with an excellent capon broth accompanied by equally well-executed passatelli. The desserts, of which we sampled several varieties, were also delightful. We didn't have the opportunity to try the pizzas, as they only serve for dinner. One slightly negative note was the service, which was rather slow despite the restaurant not being particularly busy; furthermore, one of the entrees we ordered was never brought to our table. The prices are a bit high for some dishes, but broadly in line with average prices. Overall, a positive experience. Recommended.

We had no doubts about the quality of the food prepared by Piero and the kindness and professionalism of Tiziana and the entire staff. 06/12/2025: The best pizza in the neighborhood. Excellent, friendly, and very helpful staff.

25/11/2025: Seating is limited, but on a nice day, you can even find a table in the sun, surrounded by nature. A rustic little spot, very good food, and access to the restroom.

31/10/2025: SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE, AUTHENTIC. Google guided us from the highway to this place, looking for a gnocco fritto lunch. And I must say, it was worth it. Convenient parking, simple but pleasant interior. Fast service. The STRONG POINT is definitely the AUTHENTIC FOOD, freshly prepared. I can't give more stars because of the simple concept of the place. If I may, I'll just make one comment: I would have appreciated a drizzle of more cheese, but I'm still surviving. Recommended for a quick, good lunch.

08/09/2025: We had lunch after visiting the Lamborghini Museum. They were very friendly, the food was very good, and the prices were reasonable.

17/11/2025: As in all motorway service stations, food is expensive but the environment and services are clean and the staff are kind and helpful.

16/11/2025: Great for a stop for those running a few kilometers or those who have been driving for hours and need not only a cappuccino but a snack or lunch. I don't have a photo.

11/09/2025: Passing by on our motorcycle, we decided to stop at this restaurant. We were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff, and we had lunch outside overlooking the lake. The menu offers a variety of dishes, but we chose their specialty, crescentine with cured meats and cheeses, and I must say the portions were pleasantly generous! Everything was delicious. The only complaint I have is that the crescentine were a little greasy, but that's a minor point. I'm just mentioning it for the record, but it certainly won't keep us from returning. We were also pleased with the price.

02/12/2025: CRAZY!! I didn't take a picture, but the classic prosciutto, arugula, and squacquerone was phenomenal, so good I couldn't even capture its deliciousness in a photo!! ❤️

21/11/2025: Kiosk near the Castel Guelfo outlet. Convenient parking too. Excellent piadina in all the versions we tried. Fast service. A sure thing. Great price. Takeaway available too.

18/10/2025: Good ice cream shop, nice atmosphere, unfortunately the ice cream didn't convince me, other times it was much better

21/07/2025: It's a shame it doesn't have the same opening hours as a traditional ice cream shop. Plus, I've been there twice, and both times the soft-serve ice cream machine was out of order!

01/11/2025: It's a shame that it should have become one of our points of reference, but it closed from one day to the next... 🤦🏻‍♂️

12/10/2025: The place is very welcoming, stylishly decorated, and very unique. Beppe, the manager, is available to answer any questions, as are the wait staff, always ready to serve the customers. We had a delicious pizza by the meter, perfectly cooked and with fresh toppings. All accompanied by draft beer. Highly recommended.
