11/09/2025: Excellent, plentiful appetizers and top-quality meats. Excellent coffee with a coffee maker. Friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff. Charming location surrounded by greenery. The house red wine was also excellent, at least 13-14 degrees. Delicious desserts.

04/10/2025: We ate wonderfully! The cured meats appetizer was excellent. The tagliatelle with mushrooms and the potato-filled ravioli with goose ragù were exquisite, rich in flavor, and made with quality ingredients. For main courses, the wild boar with sweet and sour onions and the goose breast with Cointreau were exceptional. Honestly, all the dishes won us over: you can taste the passion and care put into every course. The place is intimate, welcoming, and well-kept. The owner is kind, attentive, and a master in the kitchen! Highly recommended.

23/08/2025: Excellent restaurant in the center of Bologna. It's well-known among locals, but many tourists continue to frequent it once they've discovered it. This is undoubtedly due to the highly successful choice of offering unconventional dishes, where the chef's skill is combined with the choice of top-quality ingredients. I'd also like to point out the various vegetarian options; the names of the dishes often don't fully describe what's on your plate, so asking the friendly and courteous staff for advice helps you choose from the extensive menu. The atmosphere is modern, elegant, and well-kept. Although there's plenty of seating, I've always found it crowded, so reservations are recommended, even at lunchtime. Well done, keep it up!

27/09/2025: The location is surrounded by greenery, the food is very good, and so is the atmosphere. You can feel the tranquility of the countryside, even though it's just a stone's throw from the center. I had the spaghetti cacio e pepe with raw shrimp. Excellent. The fried fish was also very good, light and crispy. A great experience.

26/09/2025: I'll start by saying that we were there for a wedding, with the entire venue reserved, so I certainly didn't get to enjoy the "standard" service, but our experience was beyond positive. The food was excellent, as were the drinks, and the location is superb! It's surrounded by greenery, in a peaceful setting, yet just steps from the center. There's plenty of parking in the area, which doesn't hurt, and the staff is young and incredibly friendly! I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it.

19/10/2025: Trattoria still in the old style, excellent food, friendly and kind staff, very informal atmosphere with photos dedicated to the Bologna team and singers such as Dalla, Morandi and Carboni, also outside very green environment with postcard view

18/10/2025: A truly super positive experience, the food was delicious, authentic, and very reasonably priced. The owner, however, is what makes the difference. They made a small mistake with us and handled it (and admitted it) very well. I recommend it to everyone, and I'll be back.

Simon gave me some very interesting and intriguing tips on the different gins—what a connoisseur! Next time I'll try pairing the fantastic HD pizzas with one of the various gin and tonics they offer!
