01/02/2026: Great spot for authentic Italian street food! This pizzeria nails pizza al taglio with its crispy, thin crust and fresh toppings. Their Caesar salad was outstanding too. Super friendly staff and quick service make it a must visit for a satisfying affordable meal on the go.
14/11/2025: I used to go there in 2019 and everything was delicious. Today it's gotten worse; the food is cold and salty, and the quality seems to have gone down. It's a shame.

03/09/2025: Trattoria just a few minutes' drive from Santa Maria. Excellent prices for a trattoria, and fairly good ingredients. We didn't try the pizza, but we did try the meat.
20/08/2025: They make really good pizza, cooked in a pan over charcoal, so it's a different kind of pizza than the classic one. The vegetable pizzas are especially good. The fried calzones are a must-try. I also tried the charcoal-grilled chicken, and it was a delightful discovery. Reasonable prices.

19/03/2025: We stopped there by chance. The location is quiet, and invites you to relax, far from the seaside crowds. The dishes are delicious, the limonata and especially the liguine al limone, a specialty of the Amalfi Coast. Dessert is a lemon specialty that is as good as it is surprising. We had a lovely time!
15/11/2024: Failure! Very expensive, and the portions are small and miserable. "Salad" is simply pieces of lettuce. The prices are completely inadequate to the quantity and quality of the dishes. I advise against it. Watch this place. I don't give one star just because the taste of the dishes was ok and we didn't get any poisoning.

30/09/2025: I hate to leave a negative review, but I have to. I used to frequent this bar often, but I'll avoid it. A few weeks ago, I stopped by with a friend who wasn't familiar with it, and he ended up actually liking it. At the bar, we ordered two Cokes at the counter, which my friend paid for, and then two more at the tables outside, which I ended up paying for by card and then we left. We returned a couple of weeks later and ordered more, but when it came time to pay, it told us there were two more Cokes left to pay. It seemed strange to me, so I checked the app, and it showed that I had paid for the Cokes. The girl also confirmed that she remembered me, but she didn't remember my friend. My friend tried to check the app, but unfortunately it didn't work, so to solve the problem immediately, I paid for them without waiting for verification. The next day, my friend accessed the app and verified that the payment had been made, sending me a screenshot. Since I was near the bar getting a coffee, I pointed out, without demanding anything, that perhaps they had made a mistake. The response I got was: "Who's to tell me I created that screenshot?" After a few seconds, I was asked to clear the counter and leave. I didn't bat an eyelid and left. A few hours later, my friend came by, once again not for the Cokes that had already been paid for, but to point out that perhaps they made a mistake last time and that the transaction was valid. Instead of apologizing, they arrogantly wanted to give him his money back and asked him to leave and never come back? At this point, given the incident, I will avoid going back. To err is human, but if you do, at least apologize. I paid for any oversight the day before without any verification and apologized. After verification, I didn't expect anything, but at least an apology to my friend and not for what happened. PS: All things considered, I'm not clear on the absurd situation and I'm wondering: Are you sure the reference table was ours, given that we only ordered two Cokes at that table? But then, why did the problem appear a few weeks later and not when I paid? When I came to pay, should there have been (mistakenly) 4 Cokes listed instead of 2, why wasn't it reported to me? Response to the owner: First of all: I didn't yell at anyone, nor did I take it personally. I simply pointed out, politely, that my friend's transaction had been processed, so I was attacked and kicked out. I politely left without batting an eyelid. Let's dot the i's. I think you're confused: I don't live in Salerno, but in Milan, and I've only been to your bar a handful of times (three this month, and that was years ago). I always pay by card, so it's clear I've never left any open accounts. I've never been chased by anyone to pay: this makes me think you're either confused or making it all up just to avoid admitting the mistake. The problem wasn't the money, but the attitude: instead of apologizing, you reacted with arrogance and unfounded accusations. Without my friend's proof of payment, I apologized and paid without waiting for his verification. After my friend verified that the transaction had been made, I would have expected an apology from him, but that wasn't the case. They know me in Torrione and they know what kind of person I am, so I'll let the reader judge. Best regards, and congratulations to the staff! Ps. You haven't answered my questions above. 28/09/2025: It's a real shame, a new bar treating new customers this way: I walk in and ask for two Cokes. I immediately pay €4 by card. I sit on the stools outside, everything is fine. We order two more, my friend pays €5 by card. A week later (my friend had been there before), we go back. At the final bill, they tell us that a week earlier we left without paying! We show him the two bills on the bank app, and his response? They're fake, who knows what you did. Then, rudely, he says: "Take the €4 and never come back." I've never seen such a ploy, and obviously I left the money there. Truly ridiculous. I'll gladly speak to the owner; I expect a sincere apology, not the rudeness and deceit of his employees.

23/08/2025: Two miserable sandwiches with cooked ham and one with tomato and tuna for €12! Absurd. Without issuing a receipt... it's only made upon request. Service courtesy and kindness, zero!

12/10/2025: Pasta was PERFECTLY done al dente and the views were spectacular. Very local seafood restaurant on the coast. The waiter brought over the daily catch and had a few recommendations, that were all very simple, but very flavorful. Our table of 4 all got different pasta and fish dishes for a lunch and they were all delicious. Pricing was very reasonable. Would recommend and would definitely go back! Grazie Mille!
26/09/2025: Terrible- overpriced and not good. Eat somewhere else. ordered a green salad and they gave us iceberg lettuce with a dry lemon and no dressing. Fish noodles were oily and undercooked and had a tiny piece of fish- maybe like two bites worth. Pizza was okay but oily- bad for Italy. Spaghetti was also undercooked. Consistently bad- tourist prices. Slightly cheaper than in Amalfi but ridiculous for how bad the quality was When we asked the guy about the salad he said that’s the green salad. Waste of money.

11/11/2025: We reached the place recommended by a dear local friend, with all the products on display like other places. We decided to eat there, and so far so good. We were the only customers in the place, and a girl was having lunch. I ordered some mozzarella, a sandwich, and a dessert for my son. I asked her, "Do I pay later?" because I was going to buy a few kilos of mozzarella to go, and she very annoyedly replied, "No, you pay first, it's the shop's policy." She seemed very rude, and even made me pay for a can in advance... well, basically. I ate the mozzarella and I have to say I've had better. Obviously, the sales assistant's attitude put me off buying the mozzarella to go. Maybe she was having a bad day, but a smile can only do her and the customers good, otherwise the mozzarella will go sour, dear lady!! P.S. At Jemma's, it's better! Even the orders

29/12/2025: Elegant place for coffee and dessert right next to the museum. Its clean minimal look and the stylish details would make this stand out anywhere, but in this tiny village it feels like a real outsider. The crostatas come in various versions. Try them all!
27/12/2025: A very nice bar both inside and out: the atmosphere is pleasant, calm, and quiet. Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. This morning I was a customer, and as soon as I entered, I politely said "good morning." However, I didn't receive the same treatment: the bartender looked at us and turned away without responding. After we sat down, we were served only after a while. The menu listed the option of drinks with plant-based milk, but when I ordered, I was told they didn't have any, nor did they have lactose-free milk. Furthermore, as a celiac, I had virtually no choice on the menu. I then asked for a cup of gelato, but was refused on the grounds that gelato is only served in cones and that, as a celiac, they couldn't serve it to me. It's a shame, however, that several cups of various sizes were clearly visible on a shelf. In conclusion, it was a rather disappointing experience. This morning was like that, but I definitely won't be back. One star only for the aesthetics of the place.

04/01/2026: Terrible experience. We ordered three sandwiches for home delivery, and asked how long it would take, being told it would be delivered in 30 minutes to 40 minutes. But to get them, we ended up having to wait 2 hours for a sandwich that was actually cold...

12/09/2025: ⛔️ Restaurant to Avoid ⛔️ Inedible dish. We ordered seafood pasta with shrimp in sauce: very salty taste, unpleasant odor... The seafood was clearly not fresh. If you want to get sick, this is the place to go. Service-wise, a huge disappointment. When we arrived, we were the only customers in the restaurant, but the waiter was rude and impatient. He stood right behind us, staring at us for several minutes, nervously tapping on a neighboring table and making noise with his pen to push us to order faster. We found this behavior extremely uncomfortable and disrespectful. They don't take the time for strangers. Very disappointed by this experience, especially for a restaurant with high prices: we expected decent service and quality products, but that wasn't the case. A very bad experience; I had chosen this restaurant for my birthday. This will remain etched in my memory and not for good memories...

02/01/2026: I went to McDonald's at Maximall in Pontecagnano at 9:10 PM. The monitors were off. I went to the cashier to order, but they made me wait 10 minutes and then told me they couldn't take orders because they had problems with the monitors. The guys were rude and practically annoyed, with no desire to work. Terrible service.

06/06/2025: I booked a room here at the refundable rate (you must pay in full up front), and spoke with Tania via e-mail. She was response, give a few days, and very helpful. However, a month later when I unfortunately needed to cancel the entire trip due to a personal situation, I received no response to multiple e-mails asking for the refund. It has been weeks with no response. Be aware that even though there is a refund policy, it seems they do not honor it.
18/05/2025: In the Boccacelio room, it was impossible to rest due to the noise of a motor running 24/7 (it was like sleeping next to a kitchen extractor fan). Contact with the hotel management was only possible via WhatsApp. They expressed their sincere apologies but offered no solution or compensation.
