16/08/2025: A hotel that really surprised us, very kind staff, excellent food, comfortable and well-cooled rooms, fantastic swimming pool.

16/08/2025: I stayed two days at this hotel after paying 1100 for two nights. From the descriptions I received in the quote, I was very disappointed by the fact that they described a very rich breakfast, but it left a lot to be desired. As for the cleanliness of the rooms, the towels were not changed, the air conditioning leaked water, plus you couldn't set the temperature but only turn it on and off, the swimming pool was terrifying, the patio was terrifying, Wi-Fi didn't work, everything left a lot to be desired.

21/09/2025: Evidently they don't want new customers... I'll start by saying that I called because it was already past 1:30 PM and I asked if we could have lunch. There were three of us, two adults and a child. They told me that a table was becoming available, so they would have a place by the time we arrived. We arrived more than 20 minutes later. I identified myself, but neither of the two people serving noticed me. We sat down on the bench at the entrance. After almost 15 minutes, the younger man asked me if we were the ones who had called. I said yes, and he told me it was time to set the table. I'd have you sit down. There was more than one table free, so let's wait. They came and went, no one set the table, no one noticed us, so we left. It was almost 3 PM. With a child in tow, you're beyond reproach. I don't understand why you had us come if you didn't want any more customers. Shame on you.

05/09/2025: The food is great, the atmosphere is great, it is in the forest. We were greeted by a fox, it was an unforgettable experience. We will come back here again and again.

05/05/2025: I ordered take-out pizzas, and when the ladies called me they were really rude and arrogant. I ordered a pizza with provola cheese and chips, the provola cheese tasted nonexistent, and the pizza was as hard as a brick.

01/05/2025: We went for lunch today, despite our rush, but the staff was very kind and accommodated our request for a quick meal... The meal was excellent, and we'll definitely stop by again, perhaps for a more relaxed pizza... Thank you!!!

14/09/2025: Yesterday, we ordered pizzas at 6:00 PM and picked them up at 10:00 PM.... An hour later, at 11:00 PM, the pizzas were ready (and I won't go into what we were told, to avoid making a fool of myself). My only curiosity is this: before 6:00 PM yesterday, how many people had ordered pizzas before us? An experience and pizzeria to ABSOLUTELY forget. Not to mention the gentleman at the cash register with his know-it-all and professional attitude..... MY CONGRATULATIONS

14/09/2025: Ordered pizzas at 5pm for 10:15pm. At 10:50pm they still weren't ready. Justification (today is Saturday) avoid arguments out of politeness. Lost at least 4 out of 5. Organizational customers less than 0

18/11/2025: I go out for lunch or dinner every day for work and usually don't write reviews, but for this place I really feel the need! As soon as I walked in the door, I realized I'd come to the wrong place, but I had no choice since all the other restaurants were closed! In my opinion, the place is terribly kept! I ordered a seafood appetizer and a grilled fish. The appetizer is huge! Definitely worth sharing, and I would have appreciated it if someone had told me that! The food was poor, cold, and I hope it won't hurt me! I left more than half of it! The grilled fish was worse than the appetizer! The fish, in my opinion, was frozen, not fresh as advertised! €40 and strangely, they told me the POS was having problems. I replied: "I don't have cash, if the card doesn't work, I can't pay!" Magically, it started working again! Moral of the story, I gave two stars only because the owner's dog, who spent a good part of the evening on the table, was cute!

06/09/2025: I used to come here when I was 20. I came back after 18 years, and the crunchy pizza remained the same. Delicious.

20/08/2025: From the photos so far, the facility is clearly neglected... there are some areas where it's dangerous for children... the jumping mats are broken but still in use... the inflatables are constantly swapped... and dirty... plus, yesterday we went, they were unusable due to the rain the day before... but they were still inflated... We paid 10 euros... basically just to look at them!!!!... it was time you opened the facility indoors!!!! Ah... do some maintenance!!!!!

13/11/2025: I placed an order for 22 zeppole on Just Eat, and 1 hour after I paid for it… they cancelled it without even giving a reason…

18/12/2025: Terrible. We were kicked out of the place because, according to them, they're a restaurant and couldn't serve us a bottle of wine (incidentally, the most expensive one on the menu). Had the place been full, it wouldn't have bothered me, but it was 10 PM and there was no one else there other than the owners. At the time, I decided to remain calm and accept it politely. If I went back, instead of asking for the €26 bottle, I'd ask for a €15 one and pair it with some €11 appetizers. I was shocked not so much by their inability to serve food, but by the fact that it was more detrimental to them than to us. Avoid

17/12/2025: Extremely negative experience. We made a reservation in advance for a large birthday party, but from the moment we arrived, the management was disorganized and superficial, and the room wasn't even ready. The staff was rude, annoyed, and unprofessional, making sarcastic and completely inappropriate comments. In particular, they continued to insist on the birthday party being at the wrong time, ignoring what was clearly stated in the reservation message. Even after showing the conversation to clarify the misunderstanding, not only was there no apology, but the attitude became even more rude and hostile. After numerous requests to move tables, the waitress performed her duties (which she should have done before our arrival) while using completely inappropriate language towards us. No attention to paying customers, no willingness to find a solution, and a total lack of respect. A ruined evening. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Avoid. I give one star because I can't give zero.

28/08/2025: Dirty, tiny beach, charging €30 for an umbrella, sunbed, and deckchair, and €1 for a cold shower—let alone a hot one—is a rip-off! Avoid.

23/10/2025: The location of this restaurant is undoubtedly stunning – which makes it all the more unfortunate that the dining experience didn't live up to it. We each ordered a Parmigiana di melanzane followed by a Tagliatelle funghi. The Parmigiana arrived after a 40-minute wait, without any side dish or bread. Only after asking were we finally handed three slices of toast. The tagliatelle arrived, a second disappointment: a pile of mushy, overcooked pasta. Parmesan is available upon request, but the waiter immediately takes it away. In a country where culinary arts are deeply rooted and food is celebrated with love, tradition, and pride, this experience unfortunately left only bewilderment and disappointment.
