05/04/2025: Order arrived over two hours late. I called three times and each time the lady on the phone, in addition to being grumpy, kept saying that the order had gone. Too bad it wasn't true. Terrible service.

05/04/2025: I call to find out where my order is, and I am treated with disdain and nervousness by a visibly annoyed lady. Two calls, all with the same arrogant tone, and one order arrived more than two hours later.

01/12/2024: We went to the La Fioravante restaurant on Saturday evening and immediately felt at ease. The venue is welcoming and well looked after, offering a nice atmosphere for a pleasant evening. I tried some typical dishes and was really satisfied. The buffalo mozzarella was fresh and tasty, the aubergine parmigiana very tasty, and the Mallone, although served in small quantities, was really good. The meat also did not disappoint, carefully prepared and excellent on the palate. As regards accessibility, it is well prepared for people in wheelchairs. Even though I didn't immediately know the barrier-free entrance, I managed to get in with the help of a friend and, only later, did I discover the most accessible door. The bathroom, located on the same floor as the restaurant, is also easily accessible. We left satisfied and happy with the dining experience and the service. We will definitely be back! 07/09/2024: The place is nice and has great potential, but it is run by a nice couple, who, despite the lady's great commitment, are unable to support the great work. The rooms are spotless and the food is good, but we would not have expected croissants and industrial biscuits for breakfast, nor that the shower head was not in place, forcing a single-handed shower. The hours are a bit strict: breakfast at 9am and lunch at 1pm. One evening they locked us out with the car, so be careful to specify your times and needs even if they don't ask you. The small swimming pool is beautiful and clean with a welcoming surrounding. Payments are preferable in cash because for electronic ones the only one who can provide is an imaginary lady who we have not been able to meet. To really ruin everything, the cost of an additional bed charged as much as half the room, something never seen in a not very long life but made up of business and non-business trips. Hoping it was just a bad situation and that they resolve the lack of staff, the location is recommended for anyone who wants to experience the natural beauty of the Calore river for a few days.

09/04/2025: Surreal. I wanted to use my smartbox at this facility that seemed to have a very nice spa from the photos but it wasn't possible. I'll start by saying that I wanted to pay for the extra overnight stay and dinner because the package only included the spa treatment which we all know lasts an hour, nothing special, but it was the right opportunity to discover this place. Nothing, on the requested date the spa wasn't available so I asked (always via email) for other dates but I was ignored. And from here I already thought they were rude. To be sure I called the next day and the receptionist told me that yes, there was availability for that date but, lo and behold, as soon as I said that I had a smartbox and that I had already asked for information, she told me that reservations are only made via email and that they had a problem with the reservation system. So I sent the email to be ignored again. At this point I understood that the problem was the smartbox, but I wanted confirmation. I call back the next day, she always remembers me and continues with an absurd excuse that the PC is broken, that she can't see emails and she won't even let me book by phone because she insists that the PC is broken and she can't see the available dates. At this point the mockery is obvious because what facility has a broken PC for 4 days before Easter when everyone goes on vacation and books spas? Obviously she absolutely did not offer to call me back once the problem was solved. The same day my boyfriend sends the email, without mentioning the smartbox, which not only is answered immediately, but he is also given availability for the whole week. So suddenly the PC is no longer broken. In the meantime I never received a response. The nice thing about this mockery and waste of time is that it would have been enough to say politely "we're sorry but we don't have availability to use the smartbox at the moment" and the story would have ended there in an email. That's all. However, I realize that professionalism and seriousness are not qualities that everyone possesses. Luckily I booked at another facility where they were already welcoming, kind over the phone and I was able to add the overnight stay in the suite. Too bad, it seemed like a nice place.

17/01/2025: I've been going there for years at the pool, and I have to say that Anke, even if it's not huge, is very welcoming and beautiful, not to mention the sandwiches and their excellent grilled meat.... Alfonso the owner is a very kind person, I celebrated communion Anke of my son, everything by the pool and both the service and dinner were excellent

05/11/2024: Situato al centro della piazza della movida di Salerno, cucita ottima con sapori tipici... in un luogo ricco di fastfood questo è il ristorante che non ti aspetti,ottimo servizio e menù di alto livello come i vini.. consiglio di prenotare per la capienza limitata.

01/02/2025: Locale carino e personale attento e disponibile. Buoni i prodotti offerti dall'antipasto al dolce. La pecca è che c'è una scelta limitatissima di primi (solo 3) e pochissime opzioni per i vegetariani.
