Courtesy and professionalism reign supreme in the service, both from the waiters and the sommelier's knowledge of the wines offered. The restaurant is beautiful, meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail. The chef is truly skilled; he has his own identity that shines through in his dishes (both iconic and otherwise). The ingredients are top-quality. I've been to this restaurant twice: the first time I took the highly appreciated tasting menu, and the second time I took a masterclass on Super Tuscan and Brunello accompanied by food by Chef Avallone, which was also very, very interesting. The star is more than deserved!! I'll leave you with a quote of mine: "There's wisdom in the dishes."

Centrally located in a historic building. The interior is meticulously crafted, modern yet welcoming, with a few well-spaced tables. There's also a refined wine display on the wall. The staff accompanied us through our lunch impeccably, professionally, knowledgeably, and with just the right amount of formality. What wouldn't you expect from a restaurant like this? Popcorn! Elevated to a Michelin-starred level. From the entree to the dessert, the dishes were carefully crafted and carefully planned, each ingredient's flavors perfectly complementing the other, and overall, there was excellent balance. The wine pairing was sublime. The sommelier suggested some truly unusual pairings, demonstrating her expertise and professionalism. A highly recommended restaurant, capable of providing memorable experiences and flavors.

A wonderful surprise! We were their guests on Easter Sunday; the restaurant is extremely well-kept and welcoming, and the culinary experience was perfect from appetizer to dessert, as were the wine pairings we had with each course. Last but not least, a delightful chat with the chef and his staff after the meal, extremely cheerful people and passionate about every aspect of their profession. Highly recommended!

A wonderful experience. Everything was elegant and refined, with innovative dishes, attention to detail and customer service. The chef was very polite and even came to greet us at our table. I didn't like the confirmation message requiring a dress code, and I found the table service a bit intrusive, constantly refilling your water glasses without asking, considering the price is €5 a bottle, compared to the €110 or €130 set menu.
