Cozy restaurant with a very good food selection. Excellent to sit outside under the canopy during a sunny day! Most memorable for us were the fried seafood and the lemon dessert (delizia al limone)

I was yesterday, Sunday 28 January, in this tavern, for lunch with my wife and my little son, a sunny day and Vietri full of tourists seemed like August, after several attempts to have lunch in a restaurant down in Marina di Vietri went bad because everyone full, fortunately I manage to get a table in this splendid tavern, the food is excellent, the price is fair, I will definitely return

I had the pleasure of having lunch at the Osteria Sesta Stazione and I was particularly impressed. The atmosphere was welcoming and romantic, perfect for a special day. The service was impeccable, with the staff proving kind, attentive and always available to our requests. The menu was creative and the portions generous. The presentation of the dishes was a true work of art. In particular, I tasted a mixed hot and cold starter, two first courses, one with seafood and the other with cod and it was an extraordinary culinary experience. The ingredients were fresh and high quality and the flavor was simply delicious. I highly recommend this location to all lovers of authentic Italian seafood cuisine."

Bellissima scoperta nel cuore di Vietri sul Mare, Matteo un vero oste di altri tempi sapori veri e autentici senza troppi fronzoli. Da cuoco/ristoratore professionista lo consiglio vivamente a tutti. A presto vi aspettiamo in Abruzzo (Matteo, Signora + M)

Shocking...!!!!!!! Just today I ate in this restaurant which has never disappointed me for over 10 years and every time I invite someone to go there they thank me for the suggestion. When I'm in the area, just to delight in its cuisine, I travel extra miles. I just read a terrible review from a table who ate the same things we ordered and consumed at the same time. Let me start by saying that today I brought with me a dear friend of mine, a chef with international experience, who at the end of lunch praised the owner for "everything" we ate and drank. So I ask myself: "What value do these reviews have.....!?!?" In this restaurant, considering the quality of the food, the way of cooking, the courtesy of the staff and the location....you also spend little....!!! I still can't believe what I read. This restaurant remains for me one of the best in Italy.

La gentilezza del personale è qualcosa di notevole. Raramente ho trovato persone così squisite. Abbiamo Ordinato un antipasto misto abbondantissimo, un primo piatto a base di cacio e pepe e sugo di polipetti alla Luciana (!), il Pescato del giorno (una spigola) alla brace e il Dolce. Tutto a base di pesce ma preparato in maniera originale, particolare, ma soprattutto tutti buonissimo!!! La spigola era saporitissima. Il tiramisù fatto come da vera tradizione, cosa ormai quasi introvabile. Ultimo ma non per importanza, il Locale è carinissimo, super caratteristico. Consiglio questo posto a chiunque si trovi a Vietri.

The subtlety and nuance of flavor was remarkable, and even the simple grilled vegetables that nearly every restaurant serves were somehow intensely and marvelously flavorful. They clearly search for the best ingredients possible, and prepare everything with love and attention to detail. The setting is lovely, too, with a wide terrace in a quiet area away from the noise of the main streets. Thank you, Matteo and everyone at Sesta Stazione!

Volevo modificare la precedente recensione poiché ho fatto un errore. Ambiente caratteristico della costiera amalfitana, ottima cucina il pesce è il pezzo forte della casa. Da provare.

I had a very good seafood pasta here for lunch! Service was very quick, and our waitress was very friendly!
