09/03/2025: Delivery service is amazing but customers don't tip the delivery agents. Without delivery agents there would be no delivery service. To all those who use delivery services, treat your agents with respect and compensate them for their amazing service. Remember, you don't work for free and neither do they! Their income is tip based. To the owners and restaurant establishments, without the service of these delivery agents, your bottom line would be significantly less. Consider posting tips to your delivery agents up front so they can decline such ignorant customers. You'll see how quickly they start tipping or they will be forced to use the services of your global elite competitors where they will have to pay even higher fees. Alternatively, consider sharing in your profits for each order that you earn a portion of that was a tipless order. This will allow the entire team to share in the ignorance of such customers.

03/11/2024: Con mio dispiacere, da cliente storica , devo evidenziare la disorganizzazione e la mancanza di informazione e di trasparenza .Ho dovuto aspettare tanto in una situazione di caos e di mancato rispetto della fila per chiedere gli ingredienti di un dolce dal momento che ho un nipotino intollerante al lattosio . Alla fine sono riuscita a parlare con il titolare che mi ha risposto in modo sfuggente e quasi infastidito della mia richiesta . Confesso che ci sono rimasta alquanto male e dopo tanto attendere sono uscita a mani vuote !

08/08/2023: Bar piccolo , ma ben attrezzato anche più del dovuto considerato dove e’ sito ! Personale comunque molto cortese e veloce certamente non è , e non deve esserlo uno chalet sul mare , ma deve offrire un servizio in più ai soci frequentatori …e lo fa benissimo ! Direi meno male che c’è !
