21/08/2024: We came to dinner at this restaurant on the advice of Miss Manuela from the Sant'Eufemia alla Maiella Info Point. Warm and professional welcome from the staff. The whole dinner was excellent, in particular the very tender sheep entrecote and the chocolate cake with parrozzo ice cream. The gentian drunk at the end of the meal is interesting. Absolutely recommended!

29/07/2024: We only stopped one night to have dinner in an overflow, a structure surrounded by greenery, a beautiful swimming pool, a very large room, very clean and great helpfulness of the staff. I will definitely go back. Highly recommended

24/08/2024: I was there with my wife, Lovely, refined place. The menu is not à la carte, but fixed. However, more than satisfactory. The choice of wines is remarkable. The waiters are all young, very knowledgeable, friendly. Fair price, given the context.

We had pizza for dinner, very good! Next time I come back from Rome I want to try the pallotte!

07/08/2024: I had dinner last night with my wife. We had a mixed fry, a tomato and buffalo pizza, and kebabs. I wouldn't take the mixed fried food again... a little poor except for the supplì which were top marks The amazing pizza, perhaps one of the best I've ever eaten, thin at the right point, crunchy and wow tomato, sweet, pulpy, a delight. Arrosticini absolutely welcome Very inexperienced but friendly and sincere service If you are looking for the fish dishes shown in the images, they are not on the menu

03/08/2024: I had the pleasure of discovering this place last night. quiet environment, very precise and friendly staff. the food is worth mentioning positively as we had delicious pizza and kebabs. the pizzas were very thin and crunchy cooked just right while the kebabs were equally well cooked and with the right amount of salt. overall more than positive review! try it too!

10/08/2024: Our adventure towards sites and restaurants to discover and share has begun again. From Rossella to Tufo, near Carsoli, we had heard about the famous ravioli! Great surprise when we sat down and anxiously saw them plated: 3 beautiful truffle ravioli that literally made us open our mouths in amazement. Obviously two of us ate there due to their size and the goodness of truly enjoying something homemade! Do we want to talk about the sliced ​​beef? For his tenderness he even surpassed that of my trusted butcher, who doesn't have his favorite butcher! I'm sorry Achille but this was fantastic. French fries? Handmade, super goodness!!! 08/08/2024: This evening I was lucky enough to discover an exceptional place: Lara's bruschetteria in via Firenze. We were welcomed with great warmth and friendliness by the owner who showed us, always with a smile, the various platters and bruschettas. Everything was really excellent: delicious cheeses and cured meats: the best platter I've tasted so far! Exceptional vegetable bruschettas and a sparkling Abruzzo wine, a blend with Passerina and Pecorino, very pleasant to drink even in the heat. Congratulations to the talented Lara!

07/08/2024: food you don't expect. rich variety of locally produced cold cuts and cheeses. if you want to taste some rarities you can find them here (all excellent!). the large cutting board accompanied by bread seasoned with oil will satisfy your dinner together with delicious bruschetta and craft beers. Otherwise, taste it to start the evening before dinner. The 2 friendly and approachable owners are always ready to explain the products they will offer you. Nice place.

20/08/2024: The only place to eat real certified and expertly cooked "fish" from the Mediterranean Sea in Silvi and surrounding areas. We took takeaway dinners at the Alusea twice and it confirmed its excellence in terms of quality of raw materials and cuisine. Starting from the cold appetizers of which the tuna belly with caramelized onions, the Catalan salad, salad of cuttlefish, red mullet with beetroot and octopus salad with their vegetable giardiniera, scampi with passion fruit. Plateu of excellent and high quality raw meats. Hot appetizers with roasted cuttlefish and courgette and sea bass rolls. I didn't find a flaw in any dish but each dish and accompaniment was a riot of delicate flavours. We took a baked red snapper with their vegetables which turned out to be one of the best fish we have ever eaten. Fried squid and prawns of a devas lightness Definitely the only noteworthy and quality place in Silvi. The price is not high but it is absolutely in line with the quality and the offer offered. Anyone who complains can be satisfied with the frozen fried food served in the beaches! Congratulations to the owner and his daughter Anna! Reference point from now on in Silvi

03/08/2024: Cena con amici passata in questo locale che da tempo volevamo provare. Siamo stati accolti dallo staff in modo cordiale gentile. Abbiamo mangiato all'esterno in un ambiente tranquillo. Cena a basa di piatti abruzzesi. Abbiamo provato vari antipasti tipici per poi dedicarci agli arrosticini e alle grigliate di carne. Porzioni abbondanti, cibo squisito. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Mostobbene è capace di far assurgere questa pietanza slow food in una esperienza da stella Michelin! Qualità dei prodotti ottima. Ambiente accogliente e attenzione alla mise en place degna di serate da trascorrere bene con il piacere ed il desiderio di tornarci presto. Nulla è banale, nulla è lasciato al caso. Anche negli antipasti finger-food vengono serviti i piatti di portata che rappresentano proprio quella attenzione che poi si manifesta esaltandosi nella composizione dei panini. Buonissimi. Particolari. Con finanche prodotti del nostro territorio assemblati in maniera mai banale. Personale garbato e mai invadente. Disponibile. Prezzi assolutamente in linea con la eccellenza servita.
