29/03/2025: E sempre un pezzetto di Paradiso! Non ti delude mai questo angolo nel cuore di Pescasseroli. Entri accolto dall'atmosfera di un tempio dei sapori .Mi chiedo ogni volta com'è possibile che non si sentano mai gli odori dei cibi ed ogni piatto che assaggi ti inebria di profumo.E' un altro dei tanti sorprendenti segreti delle due alchimiste dei sapori: le incredibili sorelle che hanno nelle loro mani ,con tanta naturalezza,un'arte antica rivisitata dalla loro fantasia. In sala la direttrice con la sua voce morbida mantiene silenzioso e rilassante l'ambiente e ti racconta con tale poesia i vini da lei scelti che neanche un astemio resiste. Anche il cameriere è garbato e professionale. una serata sempre perfetta ,direi terapeutica .Il tutto condito dai loro sorrisi.

24/03/2025: Questo è un posto perfetto per tutte le occasioni . Atmosfera calda ,accogliente Incredibilmente senza confusione grazie ai tavoli ben distanziati e al garbo della direttrice di sala che parla con un piacevole tono chiaro e soffice . Venendo dai chiassosi e insopportabili ormai ristoranti romani , sembra di bere 10 gocce di Valium L'esperienza del cibo è ormai famosa che forse non ci sono piu parole per descriverla .... sapori tradizionali sfumati di modernita . Vini locali scelti con cura accompagnano il menu grazie ad Assunta Le cuoche strepitose sono il simbolo di competenza professionale e doti umane Anche il cameriere di sala è attento e pronto a seguire ogni richiesta Che dire di piu? È assolutamente da sperimentare

Moderate prices compared to the quality and preparation of the food. And what to say about Mrs. Anna, a special person, cheerful, welcoming and caring from the moment of entry to leaving the inn. I chose this place among many for a special occasion and I was more than satisfied. I recommend everyone to rely on this very precious place.

17/03/2025: What can I say…. All good...... In truth we didn't taste the first courses but we dedicated ourselves only to the meat (top lamb ribs).... Even the dessert deserved one of the few places in the area that make tiramisu WITHOUT CREAM!!!!!!!! Well done and kind Elena

10/03/2025: It should be noted that I have been there before, but I have always eaten meat or pizza and everything has always been good. At a dinner with friends we ordered fish and it was a nice surprise. It was all very good and fresh. We took: as an appetizer, oysters and seafood salad (very tender). As first: red and white seafood guitar and shrimp and courgette gnocchi. All generous portions and with the flavor of the sea. As second: mixed roast accompanied by salad. All very good. I recommend trying.

09/03/2025: Quality products, large and well-organised room; we had lunch on the covered outdoor veranda (due to a super birthday inside) and the staff immediately proved helpful and attentive.

09/03/2025: We were invited to lunch to celebrate an anniversary and we left really satisfied and surprised. Local goat deboned and cooked at low temperature, amazing fondue, traditional Abruzzo first courses prepared to perfection, memorable homemade parrozzo. 02/12/2024: I was exactly a month ago on the occasion of a walk in the Fara San Martino gorges. Excellent gourmet cuisine made with exquisite ingredients expertly mixed together, presented with appropriate elegance and refinement from the first to the last dish. Warm and welcoming location also if reserved only for a few guests who are still guaranteed an intimate and familiar welcome thanks to the courtesy and affability of the owners

30/03/2025: I had dinner in this restaurant and I was really impressed by the quality of the fish, very fresh and cooked with great attention. Each dish was well prepared, from the raw dishes to the hot appetizers up to the second course. The prices are not low, but considering the raw material and the level of service, I would say that they are more than justified. The atmosphere is quiet, the service is courteous and attentive without being intrusive. A perfect place for a quality fish dinner. I took a single seat, the people with me took the tasting menus, both excellent choices.

22/03/2025: Il mare a tavola condita con tanta passione e maestria. Chef Paolo veramente bravo negli abbinamenti al pesce rigorosamente fresco. Adoro mangiare ai ristoranti e ne ho visitati veramente tanti,questo supera veramente tutti..crudi,brodetto (con una porzione mangiate in 2),carta dei vini e bollicine top,dolci molto buoni ..prodotti da loro..mi ha lasciato senza parole..complimenti davvero!!!Ci tornerò molto presto con amici.

08/01/2025: Really great experience! A refined style venue with soft tones, a hint of elegance and welcoming. The initial service was slightly slow but I overlooked it due to the friendliness and kindness. And anyway then he recovered 4. The food is great. A different seafood salad than usual, I was impressed by the balance 4.5. Good oysters but I'm not a connoisseur. A guitar string with clams. In my humble opinion perfect 4.5 stars. Grilled cuttlefish delicious 4.5 stars.

08/02/2025: Le portate sono state tutte eccellenti: saporite e abbondanti. Abbiamo preso il tagliere di formaggi, la polenta, la verza con patate e la crema catalana. Sapori casalinghi e genuini. Personale molto cordiale e sorridente. I prezzi sono contenuti, anche considerando la qualità dei prodotti. Assolutamente consigliato!

11/03/2025: Wednesday and our friend in Montorio is closed, we ask a local friend who directs us to Anfora, not far from Montorio al Vomano in Basciano The place is very beautiful, a large car park with a pond inside, a chalet that could be an annex or a comfortable place to spend a few days at peace with the world. The large, well-kept location, wood is the protagonist of the interiors, pillars, beams, coverings are in a beautiful material that makes you feel at home Several rooms that overlook the large internal courtyard with trees and plants, the well-kept and refined mise en place, ours, a nice round table for 6 people, there are 4 of us and it is perfect, the way I like it, the menu is varied and the offer is intriguing, but today we wanted to overdo it and eat some excellent grilled meat, so we immediately head for a slice of Amphora cooked in the oven in rosemary cocotte, then seasonal side dishes, cooked and grilled vegetables and baked potatoes The choice is immediately confirmed by everyone, so you go for cocotte, lamia rare though! The wine list is well stocked and even if those of my friend Luigi Ulisse are present, I don't see the legendary Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, so I ask if they also had reds in addition to the legendary Cerasuolo, Pecorino and Cococciola, must wines from Tenuta Ulisse, but the meat asked for a Montepulciano, done well Asking costs nothing and the answer is a winner, it's not on the menu but it's there so go to Ulisse My friends are amazed by the body and fruitfulness of this wine and I am proud of it, I send the usual photo to Luigi and we await the cuts They arrive together with the side dishes, impeccable service, but mine arrives a moment later so as not to make mistakes, perfect There is nothing to say, even if the cut is not among the most noble and often considered level B, if cooked like this, scented with rosemary which I love, I even marinate mine in wine with rosemary, remarkable experience, compliments Then I never end a nice lunch without dessert; therefore, I ask them to tell us about them again and they recommend an apple pie, hot from the oven, which arrives on its gheridon in all its splendor, whole to be cut and served with some custard scented with star anise A passito wine accompanies it to delight in its goodness Truly an excellent unexpected lunch We will be with you often, you can count on us! well done!

25/02/2025: Spaghetto Verrigni: very high quality fish; unmistakable taste, refined balance of flavours. It amazed me just from the first taste; the Maruska Fala trifle absolutely excellent.. Here we are at a ***** level. Chapeau, Marco Manetta and Maruska Fala: continue with this class, this rigorous refinement and this incomparable taste..!
