I truly found it a wonderful discovery. The atmosphere is simple, authentic, and welcoming, with authentic Abruzzese cuisine, made of authentic flavors and carefully prepared dishes. The family atmosphere and the view make everything even more enjoyable.
12/04/2026: We had lunch at Osteria Belvedere during our motorcycle tour, and the experience was simply fantastic!
We started with a variety of appetizers, all authentic and rich in flavor, followed by two generous and truly excellent first courses. But the highlight was undoubtedly the mixed grill: excellent quality, generous portions, and exceptional flavor… truly "a lot"! It was all accompanied by potatoes and salad.
The lunch concluded with water, coffee, and a digestif, all in a welcoming and convivial atmosphere.
All participants were extremely satisfied with the menu: quality, quantity, and hospitality were top notch!
A place we highly recommend and will definitely return to.
Kudos to the staff! 👏🔥

23/05/2026: Arriving in Fontecchio on our Celestine journey, we ate at this restaurant.
The staff was very friendly; they were closing and gave us a chance to eat.
Authentic dishes, from the first to the second course, generous portions and well-cooked.
Excellent value.
There were three of us:
A plate of pecorino cheese,
A portion of gnocchi with meat sauce,
Two grilled chicken breasts,
A plate of grilled vegetables and a plate of fries, and finally two amari.
Water and house wine.
Total bill €40.
Highly recommended!

I recommend it for any event.

05/06/2026: Although we arrived without announcing it, the others having reservations, they found us a place for 6 people, at an already reserved table and we managed to free it in time until the arrival of those with reservations, we ate pizza made on the spot and although they were in a hurry, the quality remained as good.
Extremely friendly staff, fast service, good food made on the spot, not overdone in spices, even small children can eat it. I highly recommend!

14/06/2026: I've been there with my family twice. The place is very clean and well-kept. The atmosphere made me feel truly at ease. The owner is very friendly but never intrusive. The staff is efficient and very professional, but with a lovely touch of warmth. The food is excellent: appetizers for all tastes, meat main courses, side dishes, and desserts... Arrosticini, of course... 😀 The quality of the products is high, and the wine is truly excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

04/05/2026: Sunday lunch. The place is packed, but they suggest we eat in an alley next to the restaurant, well-sheltered from the sun and city traffic (which is still limited in the historic center). The menu offers local dishes (and plenty of pizzas and pinsas in the evening). The appetizers are excellent and plentiful, even for four people. The first courses are tasty (I was expecting a wild boar ragù in white sauce, but it's still good). The arrosticini are excellent (including the liver ones). Prices are fair. Service is perhaps a little slow (due to the large number of tables), but it's absolutely friendly and attentive. We'll definitely return, especially for its location, just steps from the city's main square.
