13/05/2026: I visited this venue for a ceremony. The food was good, with adequate portions. The service was efficient and friendly. The venue is beautiful overall, but I personally didn't appreciate the decision to hold three ceremonies in one room, which made everything quite noisy. Overall, a good venue.
04/05/2026: We celebrated my son's baptism and what can I say? Villa Iva is spectacular. Their helpfulness, professionalism, and kindness are top priority! I recommend this location to everyone!!! 😊

The quality of the ingredients is evident from the first bite: incredibly fresh fish, meticulously prepared, and elegantly and refinedly presented. Each dish is beautifully plated, and the pairings are carefully considered, enhancing the flavors without ever overpowering them.
The service was equally impeccable: the wait staff was friendly, attentive, and highly professional, putting guests at ease and offering expert advice.
An experience that combines taste, aesthetics, and hospitality. Highly recommended for those who love good seafood and are looking for a restaurant where quality and attention to detail truly make the difference.

16/02/2026: The slaughterhouse is a splendid gem. The waiters and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The dishes are varied, each one worth discovering. The highlights are obviously the meat dishes and steaks, although the flavors are further enhanced when accompanied by a cheese board and a nice red wine on tap.
P.S. Regardless, the cheese board is always well-prepared, seasonally based, and very varied, so it's a must-try.
We stop by often and are always pleasantly surprised, both by the high quality and the competitive price.

04/05/2026: A truly amazing experience. The appetizers were excellent, and the risotto was undoubtedly their highlight. The wine selection is also noteworthy.
03/05/2026: A blast from the 1980s, both in the decor and the service. The dishes are brought on trolleys that look like hospital carts.
I found the rice with scampi to be good, although, in keeping with the 1980s, it was flambéed at the table.
The service wasn't great, with a terrible welcome, and even later in the service, the "older" waiter in particular was inattentive. He was almost annoyed by our presence and didn't say a word when serving us, while at other tables he was very talkative.
For good seafood in the area, it's still a good option; with a few adjustments, it could certainly achieve better results.

28/03/2026: A delicious discovery. Qualified and excellent staff, impeccable service. We had the chance to meet the chef, and what can I say? His cuisine is superb! Congratulations, everything was perfect.
21/03/2026: Opened in 2016 by Raffaele Trilli and Cinzia Reale, it is now one of the most interesting gastronomic addresses in Roccaraso.
Raffaele, who trained with Niko Romito and subsequently worked in several Michelin-starred restaurants, offers precise, clean cuisine with a profound respect for the ingredients. The dishes showcase the region with contemporary sensibility and great balance.
The wine cellar is noteworthy, extensive and expertly curated, capable of complementing the cuisine with intelligently selected labels.
To round out the experience, Cinzia's elegant and well-balanced desserts complete the experience with restraint and personality.
A joint project built over time with passion, study, and identity.

14/05/2026: Sensational restaurant. We didn’t know what to expect, but the food is amazing and the wine cellar sensational, just be careful not to order a cerasuolo past its best. These people really understand rabbit, not to mention their pasta. Just go!

We were so wrong!
We chose from the a la carte and from start to finish it was fabulous-everything had been thought through and all of the dishes were perfectly executed and thought through.

11/05/2026: Lido Eldorado offers, essentially, authentic cuisine, featuring fresh catch of the day and other delicious dishes. While part of Ortona's culinary tradition, they are enriched with unique touches of flavor and creativity. I've been there three times: the first time, on a weekday, we enjoyed excellent stewed baby octopus and a chitarrina pasta with clams and lemon zest; the second time, also on a weekday, we had excellent cod with roasted peppers and potatoes, mixed fried fish, and baked sea bream from the catch of the day, served with artichokes and roasted peppers—all delicious. Both times, the portions were more than adequate, so we found the value for money to be very good. But yesterday, a holiday, despite having booked, the restaurant was fully booked, and we immediately noticed that the staff was struggling: a mistake had been made in reserving dishes, not just for us, but also for neighboring tables. The dishes, some of which were the same as those ordered on previous occasions, were inadequate in taste, quantity, and quality. We were disappointed and reported this, not to get the small discount the manager wanted to give us, but to encourage them to improve the cuisine and service even when they're fully booked. So I'm amending my previous review to urge caution.

14/04/2026: I've been to New Gilda as a DJ, and I have to say it's a truly fantastic venue.
They treated me with kid gloves, which wasn't a given, considering they weren't even required to: professionalism and attention make all the difference.
The food is also top-notch, but what really impressed me was the second course: superior.
05/04/2026: Today Easter April 5, 2026 the years pass where I celebrated our wedding 30 years ago my two children's communion and the various weddings of my grandchildren, but you remain the top lunch as usual superlative and fantastic environment congratulations to Donato and Mattia😋😍😍

03/05/2026: Small place, but worth a stop. Traditional cuisine with imaginative twists. Reservations are required, but there are only a few tables. Attentive and friendly staff. A variety of dishes are available, all of which we found to be flavorful and tasty. The price is fair. A solid experience, one we'll repeat.
30/04/2026: We went to Giocondo and had a fantastic experience! The place is intimate, very quaint, and well-organized. There's a small price to pay: you have to park a bit outside and walk through the alleys to get there, but it's absolutely worth it.
The staff is very friendly, and the welcome gift (excellent bread and pecorino cheese) is a lovely touch. We had a platter and a grilled meat: everything was super fresh, local, and had that old-fashioned flavor. If you're looking for substance and courtesy, you're in the right place. Highly recommended!

07/05/2026: Oh my, what a great time we had! Fried cheese with that fabulous chili pepper sauce. The Teramo-style chitarra makes you realize your grandmother cooked almost as well as Mauro's chefs. The mega-scaloppine with a mountain of porcini mushrooms and the lemon version are addictive... It's addictive!
The staff is incredibly kind. This trattoria is a true lunch treat. If you're passing through Teramo, stop here. I'm sure you'll agree with me after your meal. Bravo, Mauro.
