08/03/2026: A wonderful discovery! Just what we were looking for: peace and tranquility. Kind and helpful staff; upon our arrival, we were greeted by Luisa who accompanied us to the beautiful private spa.
Excellent, typical Abruzzo food.
What can I say... We'll be back!
21/02/2026: We had lunch with my wife and son in this fantastic place surrounded by greenery with a unique view. The staff was always attentive and precise. We ate Abruzzo products, from appetizers to first courses, to desserts, from the Cacio e Eva fried cheese balls to the chitarrina with meatballs. The Teramana-style timbale and the cappuccino with cream of leeks, mushrooms, and cocoa were fabulous. Delicious, and to finish, the Abruzzo sweet pizza: a bomb. And then there's the spa you can use... what more could you want?!?!

15/01/2026: I went today for the first time after visiting the Sanctuary. I usually go to another restaurant nearby, but luckily it was closed today, forcing me to change.
I chose "La Perla del Gran Sasso" because it was the only one open and because I'd already heard good things about it.
The location is very simple but welcoming.
The waitress is very professional, kind, and quick with service.
I chose the €25 fixed menu.
Pappardelle with duck sauce. Duck with sauce. Mixed roast (3 types of meat: lamb, pork, rabbit). Ascolana olives and cremini mushrooms. Mixed salad. Cake. Coffee. Wine and water.
The portions were generous and excellent.
Very fair price.
I recommend it to everyone.
I'll be back!!!

05/01/2026: A very pleasant surprise! The dishes are carefully prepared, precise, and unpretentious. Excellent, traditional ingredients are meticulously crafted. The atmosphere is very welcoming and contemporary, with courteous and helpful service.
15/12/2025: I can't say enough about how delicious the dinner was. For the first time in a while, I was able to have a vegan menu with all the dishes, just as disappointing as the others. Thank you! I'll be back very soon.

04/03/2026: Very good pizza, crispy and easy to digest. The place is a bit small, but I really like the family atmosphere in the pizzeria. The staff is very polite and friendly. The desserts are also top-notch; I tried the berry and Nutella cheesecakes: delicious. I'll definitely be back!
03/03/2026: After a couple of years, I returned to this place with two friends and I must say, as always, it didn't disappoint. We had appetizers, arrosticini, focaccia, and tripe (the evening special), finishing with desserts (delicious). The only flaw was the service: courteous and professional but slow. They need more staff. The owner is very kind and attentive to her customers' needs. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.

24/03/2026: I've been missing this excellent pizzeria for several years because, due to work, I'm forced to eat something always before midday. Well, last Sunday the pizza chef and I think the owner, satisfied me by seating me at 11:45 so I could enjoy an EXCELLENT margherita!
13/03/2026: I often go to eat pizza at Nicola's and I would say it's excellent pizza... after the pizza you can't miss the famous Pastiera Napoleta that Martina makes along with incredible zeppole. For me five stars!!

02/03/2026: Booked by chance for lunch with some friends, we found ourselves in a refined and welcoming atmosphere. The menu was varied, with a focus on Teramo cuisine. Everything we ordered was excellent! From the starter to the dessert, it was delicious and plentiful. Even though the place was busy and we arrived quite late, the service was excellent. We also appreciated the homemade gentian at the end of the meal. The entire exterior is also beautiful, with the lake and a lovely lawn. What more can I say? Definitely worth a visit to try the rest of the menu.

A wonderful place, excellent cuisine, a very refined and warm atmosphere, very kind and professional waiters... All surrounded by a truly beautiful natural environment... An absolutely positive experience... We will definitely be back.

10/02/2026: The warmth of the wood-fired stove and the tranquil atmosphere made the experience very pleasant.
From the 17-euro set menu, we enjoyed a house appetizer with pecorino cheese and exquisite cured meats, two first courses—pappardelle alla boscaiola and delicious gnocchi with ragù—and then for a second course, grilled pork steaks, perfectly cooked and flavorful, and a tender and creamy veal escalope, salad, and French fries.
The quality of the ingredients is unquestionable!
I'll definitely be back!

The beautiful, intimate setting in a 17th century palazzo, elegant decor and white tablecloths are just an introduction to the excellent service from the proprietor whose chef has put together a truly interesting and delicious menu. Each 4-course "tasting menu" is perfectly curated to create an explosion of flavors in your mouth. Plus the owner brought out a couple of dishes for us to try on the house. All this for €45 per person - very reasonable. Paired with locally sourced Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, our meal was a feast for the senses and a delight for the soul. Grazie mille! We will see you again soon.

26/02/2026: We were welcomed by Massimo, a very pleasant and professional person. We were treated to a truly tasty and appetizing selection of appetizers. Two first courses, one with pistachios and the other with porcini mushrooms.
A round of roast lamb, cooked so expertly that we tasted it grilled.
I highly recommend a stop. A very beautiful place with a fireplace.
