The service is attentive, warm, and professional without being intrusive. We were particularly impressed by the fair prices for this exceptional quality. 05/07/2026: I returned to this lovely restaurant in a pedestrian area with outdoor seating. Good mixed seafood appetizer and good chitarra allo scoglio. The wine wasn't as chilled as I would have liked. The price was right. I'd recommend it again.

13/08/2026: One of the best restaurants I've ever had; attentive service, uncommon kindness, which was evident over the phone when booking, and well-cooked traditional food. Many customers knew the owners, which made the atmosphere even more pleasant. Highly recommended.

31/07/2026: Pizza is absolutely amazing (neapoletan style). Great atmosphere. The owner Paolo and all the staff are always friendly and attentive. They are happy to personalise the menu according to customer’s requests and service is fast. Every time I’m here this is the place where I go to.

09/08/2026: I was there three years ago, and all the appetizers were very good. One of the two first courses I ordered was very, very salty, and the second courses weren't worth the price. I recommend focusing on the appetizers.

09/08/2026: I ordered takeout pizzas, including 2 Margheritas, 1 Diavola, and a fresh mushroom pizza, and the person who answered the phone confirmed they use fresh mushrooms. Paid "only" €32 for 4 pizzas, which, mind you, is understandable. In Gallipoli, I'd pay €7 for a Margherita, but you can't afford a Diavola for €7 plus €2.50 for salami that tasted like leftovers from the delicatessen... or €1.50 more for fresh mushrooms, which were nothing fresh at all... The pizza was good, but the additions left much to be desired.

26/08/2026: Just a few kilometers from Caramanico, it offers traditional Abruzzo cuisine, although we only ordered pizza and arrosticini. The service was excellent, and the staff were always friendly and patient despite the crowds. The gluten-free pizza was excellent.

16/08/2026: The place was empty, and they turned us away, saying we needed a reservation. We stayed outside for about twenty minutes, and no one else came in. The place was half empty. No comment.

09/08/2026: Drawn by the smell of meat as I passed by, I asked if I could sit down, since I was alone but hadn't booked, and they very kindly invited me in. I want to make this clear because I later saw on the sign outside that reservations are required in the evening. I ordered the handmade arrosticini and the mutton alla callara: excellent quality/price/portion! Highly recommended!

21/08/2026: If you want to leave with a full stomach and the satisfaction of having eaten quality food with authentic flavors, this is the restaurant for you. The €28 fixed menu includes two first courses (tagliatelle with duck sauce and truffle ravioli), three second courses (duck in sauce, roast rabbit, and grilled lamb and pork), a side salad, stuffed olives and Abruzzo cremini, a typical sweet pizza dessert (like zuppa inglese), and coffee and water included. A gargantuan meal in a homey, convivial atmosphere. Attentive and fast service. Reservations are recommended as it fills up quickly... and rightly so! Highly recommended, a must-see if you're in Abruzzo.
