25/11/2025: We had the opportunity to celebrate our 40th anniversary in this wonderful location, and we're delighted. The owner and her staff were polite and very helpful, the food was delicious from appetizer to dessert, and honestly, the price was a testament to the excellent service. Not to mention the outdoor view, which includes a beautiful lake, expanses of greenery, a pine forest, and a children's playground, plus ample parking. Honestly, where better could you find? Try it and believe it.

22/11/2025: I chose to celebrate my Master's degree here, and I couldn't have made a better decision. Tina, her children, and the entire staff were exceptional: attentive, helpful, and honest. Everything was impeccable and as planned. I highly recommend them for your parties and ceremonies; you'll be thrilled!

24/01/2026: I'm giving it 1 star because, for me, a restaurant's service is the foundation of everything. I've booked a Sunday lunch reservation twice via text message on Wednesdays, but no one answers, only to see it after 5 minutes. I called several times throughout the day, but no response. Today, which is Saturday, I tried again to confirm the table despite having received no response. And, as luck would have it, they responded: "Good morning, I'm sorry, but unfortunately we no longer have availability for Sunday..." So, to avoid taking reservations, they don't respond, but to tell you at the last minute that they don't have a table, they respond immediately. Well, I'd say the service is TERRIBLE, get a secretary or you'll close early. Food: 3 stars. APPETIZER: lousy, either order one more or you'll starve. FIRST COURSE: good. PRICE: excessive for what you get. All in all, I would never recommend it.

19/01/2026: Even though we had to call at the last minute, they managed to find us accommodations. We received a warm welcome from the owner, who was very helpful and kind. The delicious local dishes, homemade deserts, and the pleasant atmosphere of the location will make you fully appreciate the experience. We also really enjoyed the samples and the complimentary liqueur. We will be happy to return :)

26/12/2025: In the area surrounding Roseto degli Abruzzi, Sushita is unmatched: a restaurant that combines high levels of professionalism and attention to detail with the HIGHEST QUALITY of its dishes. The best in the area, without a doubt. The atmosphere is very chic, but might seem snobbish to some.

10/12/2025: Lunch stop before returning home. We ordered two lunch menus. Excellent food. Nothing to complain about. I'd like to say a few more words about the wine, though. We ordered two glasses. A white pecorino and a rosé, unfortunately I didn't see which one. We're both particularly sensitive to the tannins that the aforementioned wine was probably infused with. We were sick the entire trip and all night, with the tragic end at 5:30 in the morning, fourteen hours after lunch. A terrible experience, not up to par with the restaurant. Never again. Another disappointment: the chairs were too low compared to the tables. Not suitable for short people who can't comfortably reach the table.

05/11/2025: We came here for lunch during our visit to Chieti at the suggestion of our b&b’s owner. They were booked for dinner so we went for lunch and were so glad we did. Everything was wonderful, the views, the food, the service!! We left extremely full and happy. It’s a fixed menu with a set price. We had a bit of trouble finding the restaurant so we walked there from another location after asking for directions.
