28/09/2025: Last night I called at 7:30 PM to have two pizzas delivered. The delivery times were long (21), so we opted for takeout (20) to avoid the wait. It's a shame that the pizzas weren't prepared until 8:40 PM, so in addition to having to wait, someone had to waste 45 minutes at the counter. Furthermore, my niece's pizza, sausage and chips, had the chips still half-frozen, so much so that we had to remove them and cook them separately in the oven. I understand that Saturday nights are busy, but they should be accurate in indicating the actual delivery times and ensure that the quality of the service doesn't decline. Another thing that loses points: not an apology, not a drink offered either during the wait or upon delivery. I'd say terrible.

11/10/2025: ★★★☆☆ Modern Italian nouvelle cuisine, dishes are reimagined and deconstructed, with a nice presentation. Some ideas work, others feel more conceptual than satisfying. Service is excellent: friendly, and professional. Overall, a creative dining experience may be worth trying once, especially if you enjoy culinary experimentation over tradition. Portions are small keeping with nouvelle cuisine standards .

26/11/2025: One of my favourite places in Venice. Great atmosphere and location, incredibly friendly staff, and truly delicious food. The bar also offers an excellent selection of wines, which is always a plus in Italy. I recommend booking in advance, as the place is almost always busy.

03/12/2025: I didn’t have the chance to experience the food, as I arrived at 7:15 am after seeing on Google that breakfast opened at 7:00 am, only to be met with an unexpectedly rude reception. When I first asked at the hotel reception, a staff member informed me that the restaurant was open but that I needed to use the front entrance rather than the hotel entrance—which was completely fine. I mentioned that the front door wasn’t opening, and she appeared go to address it. I returned to wait outside with my 4-month-old baby and 3yo in the cold. After five minutes with no update, I went back to reception, only to find the door closed and to be met with abrupt, dismissive behaviour from another staff member. I explained that the door still wasn’t opening, and he replied that if it wasn’t open, they “weren’t ready yet,” and I would simply need to wait. When I said I would just go elsewhere, he seemed entirely unconcerned and shut the door in my face. If the opening time is listed as 7:00 am on Google and communicated as such to guests, it’s unclear why the response was so rude and unhelpful. My family and I would have happily visited more often during our time in Florence. What made the experience especially disappointing is that my husband and I stayed at the hotel before having children and loved our stay, but this visit has made us realise how judgemental they are because we weren’t guests. Honestly outraged at the behaviour and as somebody that works in the industry, will be sure to spread the word.

19/10/2025: For almost two years now, it's been the perfect combination of quality products and friendly staff. The place is small, yet warm and welcoming, a gathering place that, with its outdoor seating, takes you back to years spent in joy and carefree fun!!! Kudos to everyone, and keep it up!

21/10/2025: Our son loves this park, and since it's relatively close, we make it a stop for a couple of visits throughout the year. The attraction and organization could be improved, however. Parking is too expensive.

21/10/2025: Nice for children aged 4 and up. Before that, there are practically no dedicated attractions for children, except for two or three games—very little, really. There's not much for adults either. The park itself is nice, but the ticket price is decidedly disproportionate to what's on offer. Sure, the double-entry ticket deal justifies the price in theory, but in practice, since we don't live nearby, I'm not sure we liked the park enough to reorganize a trip.
