The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, perfect for a dinner with friends. The quality of the meat is excellent, cooked to perfection and enhanced by the grill. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to recommend the best cuts. A place where you eat well and want to return.

The best restaurant in the whole region. It's a pity that we discovered it on the third day of our holiday, but since then we haven't missed any opportunity to eat here. Excellent food, perfect service, pleasant environment. 5 stars is not enough for them.

24/05/2026: We had a wonderful lunch at the Caruso Roof Garden. The atmosphere is truly enchanting, with a spectacular view that makes the experience even more special. The cuisine is excellent: carefully prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and truly excellent flavors. A huge compliment also goes to all the staff, always kind, qualified, and helpful, making guests feel welcomed and cared for with great professionalism. A special mention goes to Mrs. Giulia, who truly pampered us throughout the lunch with attention, courtesy, and a smile that made all the difference. We will definitely be back!
