04/10/2025: Excellent food (breakfast and aperitif), but be patient! 20 minutes for two cappuccinos... in my opinion, poorly organized; those eating at the counter are served before those already seated!

It's both a bar and a restaurant, perfect for any occasion: from a simple morning coffee to an aperitivo with friends, to a casual yet quality dinner. The atmosphere is welcoming and lively, with a staff always smiling, helpful, and ready to recommend the best options. We stopped for aperitivo and were thrilled. The fried foods are homemade, crispy, tasty, and never greasy—a rarity that truly makes all the difference. The platters are generous and beautifully presented, full of select cured meats and cheeses, perfect for sharing. The drinks are carefully prepared, balanced, and professionally served—not the usual improvised cocktails, but true, expertly crafted mixes. The prices are more than fair considering the quality and generous portions, making Marco's Bar an ideal destination for those seeking a hearty, high-quality aperitivo in Viterbo. Ultimately, a place that combines excellent food, well-made drinks, and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended for aperitifs and evenings with friends: we'll definitely be back!

30/10/2025: Menu featuring locally sourced ingredients. First courses with homemade pasta dough, also suitable for celiacs. Garden platter with a wealth of seasonal vegetables, divinely cooked. Tigelle and Crescentine with cured meats and cheeses. I highly recommend it. A very welcoming place near the woods in the Sassi di Roccamalatina park, where trails for hiking or simply strolling begin. They also sell garden produce and homemade pasta. It's a stopping point on the Cammino dell'Unione (Walk of Union), and there's a credential stamp. Overnight stays are also available (with advance notice).

30/09/2025: During our stay in Maiori, we had breakfast here twice. The products were absolutely delicious and beautifully presented in the display! The gentleman at the counter was one of the kindest we met during our entire stay in Italy. An extra positive point is that, being gluten intolerant, I was still able to enjoy a filling meal – he even made me a panino with the bread I brought along! Before preparing it, he washed his hands thoroughly and used a new knife to avoid any cross-contamination. That’s true professionalism. I can only recommend this place to everyone. 18/09/2025: Excellent address, the pasta is great as well as the desserts. Special mention for the extremely friendly and helpful staff. Quite a few tables in the small square and a few in the alley. We were in the alley and it was perfect for us because it was more intimate. I highly recommend this address. Main course + dessert for me 20 euros. 25 euros with a beer

03/11/2025: A very beautiful and recently renovated property, also suitable for large events. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and professional. I also enjoyed a dinner of stuffed Chisolino and sausage risotto (both very good). Recommended.
