28/10/2025: after some homemade bread & prosecco on the house and pulpo salad as an apertizer we had a pizza Napoli and Risotto for the main dish. we enjoyed a great bottle of Ornellaia Le Volte wine. after some espressi the owner offered us even a limoncello. the service was excellent and the food delicious. Grazie!

26/10/2025: This place should get a higher rating. Wonderful service and delicious, classic food. They give you free focaccia and have olive oil and balsamic on the table ready to go. They gave me a glass of prosecco and a shot of limoncello on the house. They also have a great wine list. I ordered a glass of wine, risotto alla Milanese, and traditional tiramisu, and now I'm ready to go to sleep. Wonderful last meal in Milan. This restaurant should get a higher rating. The service was very attentive, and the food was delicious. They gave me a free glass of prosecco and a shot of limoncello. A wonderful dinner for my last night in Milan.

20/09/2025: The restaurant is very pleasant, nestled in the greenery on the shores of the Coredo lakes. The cuisine is meticulously prepared, using quality ingredients, and the service is generally prompt. However, I noted some shortcomings in the service provided by the wait staff, particularly the waitresses, who seemed untrained and distracted. On several occasions, my plate was taken away prematurely, even while I was still drinking, causing discomfort. I find that waiting a few extra seconds to finish my drink is a simple gesture of courtesy, essential in customer relations. This haste and haste, unfortunately, left a negative impression regarding the attentiveness and helpfulness of the staff. I would have liked to round out the experience with dessert and coffee, but because of this incident, I preferred to leave. I sincerely hope that in the future we will see greater preparation and attention to detail in our welcome, thus improving the overall customer experience.

As soon as you step inside, you sense the passion and care this restaurant devotes to the quality of its ingredients: each cut of meat is expertly selected and served with skill, bringing out the best in its flavors and aromas. Another highlight is the surprisingly well-curated wine cellar: a refined selection ranging from local labels to major national labels, perfectly paired with each dish thanks to the expert staff.

11/10/2025: I often go there for a business lunch. I get a fish main course, a side dish, water, and coffee for €20. I've tried the monkfish tail, the tuna steak, and the grilled sea bass. Everything is excellent.

03/10/2025: The food here at "Casale" is good, but I have to be honest and say that the portions have been getting smaller for a while now, and the price has become proportionally higher. It's a shame, but I hope the management will reflect on this and take this as a constructive comment, not a criticism. Good luck!

25/05/2025: We call on a Saturday evening to find out if there is availability for 9 people, the guy answers yes even if a little hesitantly, as if I were making fun of him. We easily found parking and sat down shortly after our arrival. I ask to be able to order for the children, the waiter says to send me his colleague who however arrives after at least 15 minutes. We order, we receive half of the drinks ordered and, as soon as some potatoes arrive, we ask for the other drinks, but this time too the waiter turns a deaf ear and heads towards other tables that, although they arrived after us, were served first. Absent waiters, halfway through the dinner they warn us of missing products ordered (products such as raw ham, to be clear!) and, having ordered badly, they bring us a dish we did not order (we ask for roast potatoes and they bring grilled meat, calling it roast!) Reading the reviews we expected 5-star cuisine which unfortunately was only an illusion; good baked sausage, decent pork shank... Pinsa undefined, rubbery and with mozzarella piled up. The worst thing, however, was the waiting staff, while we were at the cash register the two boys rejoiced that we had gotten up, too bad that once caught they imitated some phantom TIC, something like that in a place like that is unacceptable. Advise the lady to review the staff from scratch The only positive note of the evening, the 1lt glass bottle of Coca Cola!

13/10/2025: What a hotel! We stayed here for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon, and from the moment we arrived it was absolutely stunning. We were greeted and shown around and given the choice of 2 rooms which was such a pleasant surprise but a tough choice! The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking and we never tired of it - waking up in the morning to the Dolomites was something else and seeing the silhouette of the moon was equally as impressive. The location is great for various ski lifts as well as numerous hikes. Just as impressive as the view has to be the food that's served as part of the half board. Everything that is served is fresh, tasteful and so well presented, it's safe to say this was our favourite place we ate on our honeymoon. There was a choice each night of a meat, fish or vegetable option so you could always be happy with what you were getting. One day we will be back as the service, views, food and room were all second to none and we absolutely loved our stay!

10/09/2025: This is a small, family-run hotel with a good number of facilities but stunning views of the mountains. As with most families, we stayed half-board and it was great. I'm a somewhat fussy eater but when a dish contained something I didn't like (coffee or celery for example) they could exclude it. The Michelin chef clearly knows their stuff as every dish was delicious, if not a little fussy. The menu changes each night. Breakfast was a served buffet affair and absolutely fine for what it is. We had a junior suite on the top floor and although we suffered a fair number of bangs to the head (being well over 6' doesn't help) the room was lovely. We didn't draw the curtains as waking up to the mountain view cannot be beaten. The town has a few cafés and restaurants if you are looking for a meal away from the hotel. It's a 100m climb (around 2km to the centre) but a fairly gentle slope up. Would happily stay here again and indeed plan to.

20/10/2025: Everything was delicious! The mushroom arancini were sublime, the mortadella and pistachio sandwich was tasty, and the pizza was delicious. The Caltanissetta beer was also good! Friendly staff.
