24/07/2025: A short but unforgettable stay. A place that welcomes and pampers you. The room smells of wood, the boundless greenery surrounding you, the peace and quiet that allows your worries to fade, the healthy and delicious breakfast served with such care by Mrs. Gabriella. Everything was perfect, beyond any expectations.

16/07/2025: It was a wonderful experience staying with you. We were captivated by the brand-new structure, the strategic location near the lake, and the tranquility and silence both day and night. Completely immersed in greenery (enriched and maintained by the farm's management), Bosc del Meneghì is a beautiful place where you can sense family and respect for nature. For those coming from an urban environment and looking for a place to escape the concrete, heat, and pollution, it's the perfect place. Being outdoors surrounded by greenery and sunshine and enjoying breakfast in the fresh air is priceless (perhaps not a lot of savory food for those accustomed to avoiding sweets in the morning, but that's fine: the products are genuine, delicious, healthy, and balanced). My only small complaint (perhaps I didn't understand) was that we thought the electric vehicle charging we used was included in the price of our stay, as is the case with other properties, but instead it was an additional service. No big deal, understandable. P.S.: The scent of Swiss pine wafting through as soon as you enter the room is intoxicating and provides a sense of relaxation I haven't felt in a long time—wonderful. Highly recommended!

24/06/2025: Excellent place, very welcoming and with a great atmosphere given by the soft lights in the outdoor area. Helpful and kind staff with the customer. Appetizer based on fresh and quality raw fish, you could smell the sea. Exquisite first courses and rich in seasoning. Honorable mention for the desserts based on local sheep ricotta. An excellent discovery also suitable for tourists looking for the flavors of the sea that Messina can offer.

14/07/2025: We had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant three times in a row during a stay in the Langhe... and each time was a different, surprising, and perfectly executed experience. Balcone sulle Langhe is a family-run restaurant, lovingly curated down to the smallest detail: the atmosphere is intimate, welcoming, and authentic, with a discreet elegance that immediately puts you at ease. The cuisine is refined, attentive, and at times even creative, yet always deeply rooted in the local area. The passion and expertise of those working in the kitchen are clearly evident: every dish was tasty, engaging, and never predictable. I hadn't eaten so well in a long time. Sincere thanks to all the staff—always present, but never intrusive—and especially to Federico, whose kind and warm welcome, helpfulness, and friendliness immediately made the experience even more special. I recommend this restaurant without hesitation—try it and believe it.

22/05/2025: After having dinner two nights in a row we can confirm our first impression: fabulous cuisine. My mother, my little Matilde and I fell in love with this beautiful place. The cuisine is delicious, refined, with attention to detail from taste to presentation. Thanks for the welcome, friendliness and kindness of the owner. I recommend it and we will definitely be back! 30/06/2025: A truly beautiful experience in a clean and well-kept wine shop. The dishes are traditional local dishes, but refined. All are well cooked and served with courtesy towards the customer. The price is in line with what is offered and I consider it appropriate. The choice of wines is naturally wide and also suitable for enthusiasts. There is the possibility of choosing the tasting of some wines also by the glass. We had the opportunity to return and we were pleasantly satisfied with the second experience too. I recommend booking because the place is medium-small in size.

31/03/2025: We stopped by for a piece of pizza, ate 6 and took the same number home. Good and light pizza plus lots of choice (they also make bread! 😯). To underline the incredible courtesy at the counter. While we were there, in the late afternoon we witnessed 3-4 really heavy customers... Kudos for the Pizza and your Patience!

21/03/2025: La "Pizzeria Romana" si trova nel centro storico di Recanati, vicino alla piazza centrale del Comune e a Casa Leopardi. La pizza viene proposta sia tonda al piatto che al taglio. La lavorazione è alla romana, quindi con pasta sottile e croccante. Mi è piaciuta e la consiglio.

05/07/2025: Let me set the scene: it’s 19:30 on a warm June evening, the kind where the sky melts into gold, a breeze wraps around you like a silk scarf, and swallows swoop through the air like they were choreographed just for your arrival. You take a tiny glass elevator to the top floor of the Grand Hotel Ortigia and boom—you step into one of the most elegant rooftop settings in Sicily. We had called just the day before to book and were lucky to find a spot (end of June = still doable, but I’d reserve ahead if you’re coming in high season). We were seated on the terrace—front-row seats to the most cinematic sunset over Ortigia, with boats drifting in the background and the sea stretching endlessly before us. The food? Let’s talk about that polpo. “Polpo doppia cottura su crema di patate” sounds poetic—and it is. Tender, rich, and the kind of dish you order as a secondo but secretly wish you could eat for every course. Then came the pasta: pistachio pesto and shelled clams swimming in a vibrant green sauce. Balanced, bright, and exactly what summer on a Sicilian rooftop should taste like. Service was very professional. We sat outside on the terrace, but there’s also refined indoor seating if the weather doesn’t play nice. We parked at Parcheggio Molo Sant’Antonio using EasyPark (about a 10-minute scenic walk along the lungomare) it’s large, easy, and feels like part of the experience. There may be closer options, but the stroll is worth it. Would I go again? In a heartbeat. And next time, I’m ordering dessert too.

29/06/2025: My son and I came for my birthday dinner. Service was grand. We were dressed casually with no problem. The grouper fish and the veal were very good as well as the steamed shrimp. Drinks were ridiculously priced. $20 for a mojito and $26 for a suggested italian gin and tonic. The views are amazing.

02/02/2025: We went today for lunch and it was an amazing experience. The place is surrounded by greenery, family-run, with truly genuine and local products. We had a very varied and super abundant starter, 5 different first courses - ravioli with porcini mushrooms, woodsy bark, paccheri larded with porcini mushrooms and speck, gnocchi pan-fried, ravioli with walnuts, speck and scamorza - 3 second courses - escalope with porcini mushrooms, sliced ​​porcini mushrooms and flakes and above all fried fish truly never eaten even in seaside restaurants. All more than abundant and cooked in an excellent manner, with simple and homemade flavours. The most beautiful thing is that it really feels like having lunch at home, with the family, in the most absolute peace of the location in which main room there is a beautiful fireplace where you can relax. What to add? A magnificent place that deserves to be visited! The outdoor area is very large, there is a large gazebo set up for the summer and an area for private parties where you can find coolness on sultry summer evenings. A big thank you to the attentive owners Amedeo and Annamaria to every slightest need, ready to satisfy every desire, in short, great professionals!! Ps last note, the prices are really reasonable and sustainable for anyone, we were incredulous at how much we paid, we expected a lot more more.This is the sign of honest, respectful and serious people in carrying out their work!! If I could I would give 10 with honors!!
