10/11/2025: We came to this restaurant today. The food we ordered was very good and tasty. Afterwards, we ordered dessert and coffee. From our table, we had a beautiful view of Lake Trasimeno and enjoyed our meal in complete relaxation. The staff was friendly and courteous, but the only downside was that our order was taken a bit late. Overall, everything was excellent!

12/08/2025: Finding a good place to dine while wandering the Piacenza hills isn't difficult, but it's always a pleasure, especially on an August evening when finding an open restaurant can be more difficult. A delicious appetizer and buckwheat tagliolini with mushrooms, paired with a nice glass of chilled Lambrusco, brightened up the evening. A more than reasonable price and prompt service complete the pleasant experience.

27/10/2025: It's not the first time I've left this restaurant very disappointed, I think and hope it will be a long time before I set foot there again. The price is too high for a restaurant, with waiters lacking good manners and ability in the dining room. Having understood the food, the appetizer trolley was meager (citation needed, we'll come back later..... more seen in reality) and too expensive for the ingredients. The first courses were pathetic and reported. They were left on the table and found on the bill. 60 euros for an appetizer trolley and a first course.

26/10/2025: Last night I had dinner at Le Guaiane and I have to say it was an exceptional experience. The quality of the fish is truly top-notch, and you can immediately taste the freshness of every dish. The oyster counter is also a wonderful idea: they bring them to your table on a trolley and open them right in front of you, a gesture that highlights the product and makes the tasting experience even more special. Fantastic oysters, uniquely delicious. A special thanks to Andrea and Giulia, who accompanied us throughout the evening with kindness, professionalism, and courtesy. They provided precise advice, attention to detail, and were always attentive but never intrusive. It's rare to find service like this. My compliments, I'll definitely be back!

15/11/2025: Great food for a great price, I had the lasagna with tiramisu. And I also had an awesome blended piña colada, which had been very difficult to find this trip. Ahmet our server was awesome, the best service I have received this trip.

12/11/2025: We ate there as a couple last night because the latest Google reviews were better. In short, the experience was so-so. It's not a 'real' Italian restaurant. The very good reviews come from tourists who are happy with pseudo-Italian food: I got barbecue sauce with my meatballs! And this was accompanied by fast-food music. To be a bit more nuanced, the pasta was okay, but it should have been pan-fried so the sauce would adhere. Just mixing the pasta and sauce isn't enough... The tiramisu was alright, but we had some kind of chocolate sauce on top... As for the service, We didn't even have time to finish our aperitifs before the main courses arrived. In Italy, there's no set time for coffee, except here. At 9:15 pm, everything is cleaned up, they stop serving coffee, and they start tidying up the restaurant...

28/10/2025: Being a vegetarian or vegan in Italy is harder than it looks. Sure, pizza and pasta abounds, but where are the green veggies, the protein and the fibre ? They're here. A great little place, with pay by weight and paper dishes. Doesn't sound very exciting, but to go to a restaurant that has the home cooked tastes and styles, knowing that we could eat anything in front of us, was a delight. Super beer as well ! Great service and atmosphere, too. If you're looking for a vegan place in Milan, Alhambra is recommended.

16/11/2025: Pizza with friends. Excellent value. Lots of pizzas... it's hard not to find one you like. Excellent service, attentive staff. I recommend it.

16/11/2025: La Baita restaurant-pizzeria offers a wide selection of pizzas and some excellent meat and fish options. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we ordered both pizzas and a meat and vegetable dish, and everything arrived at the same time (which isn't a given when ordering both pizzeria and restaurant dishes from the same table, especially when the dining room was packed). Prices are average, and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. It's a shame about the ambiance, as it's all very retro (not vintage) and the dining room was really crowded (it was Saturday night, but the woman behind me and I had our chairs pushed together, and to communicate, we had to raise our voices to overcome the other diners). The pizzas are Roman-style, so they're very large, thin, and crispy. While it's not my favorite type of pizza, I enjoyed it because I found it light and quite tasty. The homemade desserts, on the other hand, were delicious.

28/07/2025: Impeccable service, sublime food, and, obviously, the price isn't for everyone, especially if you're interested in multiple courses. A place to return to, to find the perfect balance between location and quality food. Next time I'll try the veranda, perhaps in milder temperatures.
