01/06/2025: An outstanding restaurant run by Ambrogio. He and his team are very quality-conscious, serving excellent cuisine with great finesse. Certainly one of the best restaurants in the Castelsardo region. I've been here several times and will continue to visit Il Cormorano many more times.

And to top it all off, the service was the best I've had in a restaurant in a long time (and I go to a lot of restaurants) From the gracious expert advice of the owner to the wait staff. 31/05/2025: Pleasant trattoria in Bologna. My partner is celiac and sometimes we are dissatisfied with the services offered by certain gluten free restaurants. Here, however, they have outdone themselves. Everything exclusively gluten free, but so good and quality, that it doesn't even seem like you're eating gluten free. Really compliments. Courteous and fast service. Prices in line with the quality of the food. Highly recommended.

17/06/2025: Il Vecchio Borgo is the kind of restaurant you would like to have under your house. An enchanting atmosphere in the heart of a wonderful village, with an outdoor terrace perfect for dining al fresco. Impeccable service, punctual, kind and very attentive. The cuisine is superb. I had raw meat with truffle and parmesan, cavatelli with mussels and clams, and a rib eye steak with baked potatoes. Everything was excellent: top quality ingredients that were respected and enhanced, generous portions and perfect cooking (the rare steak was exactly as requested). And the price? Only 53.20 euros for a complete dinner at a high-end restaurant. A truly rare quality-price ratio. Compliments to the staff, Il Vecchio Borgo is a real gem. I will definitely be back!

20/05/2025: Another place on the map of Italy, and there are no words to describe the taste and quality of service. The care, in every respect, was at the highest level. The use of seasonal products.... wine from a vineyard on a nearby hill....... Well.... we left the plates without a drop of sauce..... that means a lot.... We recommend it with all our hearts.

What is most striking is the excellent value for money with the highest quality ingredients and a very light pizza dough which makes even the richest pizza super digestible.. Perfect cooking.. what can I say, we will be back very soon.
