15/07/2025: If you want a nice rich sandwich with a wide selection, this is the right place.

06/05/2025: A place that knows how to combine American taste with a western soul to be experienced. Here you can eat really well: tasty sandwiches, tasty meat and well-filled piadinas, all served in a typical and welcoming atmosphere. The environment is perfect for those who want to spend an evening with friends, celebrate or simply enjoy an excellent beer accompanied by engaging music. The service is impeccable, the staff friendly and attentive. The alcohol department is also excellent, with a selection that satisfies everyone. A place to gladly return to.

02/08/2025: A very nice, older-style hotel with a saltwater pool and a very varied breakfast. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location, two minutes from the beach and right at the beginning of the pedestrian zone, is unbeatable. Highly recommended for families, too.

05/07/2025: Very central location in all of Grado, very clean and well-kept rooms. The breakfast included in the price has a nice table of things to choose from, as well as excellent service, suitable for all tastes and food choices. The rooms are cleaned every day with obsessive care, and the private bathroom has modern design services. In addition, the rooms have air conditioning that works very well. The only flaw is that the rooms let in a lot of noise from outside, and if you have noisy neighbors you have difficulty sleeping or you wake up badly... but you turn a blind eye as the beds are really comfortable. There is also a very large indoor pool. Thanks to all the staff for this fabulous stay, we will definitely be back.

10/07/2025: Stopped for an aperitivo... two Aperol Spritzes, a few chips, not even a napkin or an ashtray.... Non-existent tablecloth... The restaurant was open (it was around 7:00 PM).... And bring two olives or a small bowl of rice or pasta???? Oh well!!! Inside, empty, the temperature was infernal. No air conditioning. The outdoor garden (municipal) was poorly maintained. High price for what they offer. €10.

10/07/2025: Fermati per un aperitivo. Servizio scarso. Due spritz aperol su un tavolo senza nemmeno un tovagliolo o un posacenere. Cannuccia appoggiata bagnata da me sul tavolo, non usandola. Non hanno portato che un piattino mini di patatine. Ne un oliva ne un cicchetto con un po di riso o pasta. Questo è un ristorante ed era aperto. Giardino vicino i tavoli mal tenuto. (è comunale ma.....) Prezzo esoso per quanto offerto. 10€

06/06/2025: Pasquale's pizza is top! And he also made us a heart-shaped pizza ;-), thanks, we wanted to eat there the next day too but it rained and we, on a motorbike, couldn't delay our departure at that point, but we would have come back for the legendary dishes of Papa Matteo!

29/06/2025: Good pizza as well as other dishes that the kitchen offers. The place could be renovated a bit, maybe even the furnishings because it is a bit old and there is no air conditioning. However, the staff is friendly and they are fast and good.

03/08/2025: Il fiore all'occhiello di questo bar era un caffè strepitoso. Purtroppo cambio gestione cambio caffè peccato scelta sbagliata. Per fortuna le cameriere sono carinissime.

19/07/2025: I went there for breakfast and had a great time. The place is spacious, both inside and out. The staff is friendly, and the service was quite quick.

19/06/2025: Trieste per lavoro. Pomeriggio libero a Marina Julia. Mare, sole e aperitivo. Direzione Vicenza ma ci siamo detti ceniamo in zona così facciamo presto. Cerchiamo su Trip Advisor ed ecco che a 3,5 km ci compare “Locanda La Ferula” Staranzano (GO), mi sembra ok e via… Locale molto carino, ci fanno sedere sotto dei gazebo colorati acqua e menu… Piatti originali dai nomi altrettanto originali: sushi agricolo, caprese impressionista ecc. Abbiamo mangiato bene, ma non voglio rovinare la sorpresa con parole che ridurrebbero le aspettative perciò vi invito ad andarli a scoprire… Purtroppo però la lentezza del servizio ci ha reso l’esperienza mediocre. Entrati alle 19:45 usciti quasi alle 22:00… avevamo anche detto di aver fretta! Dispiace. Le 5 star saranno per la prossima volta.

07/03/2025: Gli amici non lo conoscevano, ed avendolo noi provato di recente li portiamo certi di far bella figura ! Polpettine, flan, frico, cotechino, primi piatti….tutto eccellente, amici soddisfatti particolarmente dopo aver assaggiato i deliziosi dolci…ed abbondantemente bevuto dell’ottimo Refosco. Torneremo in Friuli questa primavera e non mancheremo di tornare a trovarvi

16/07/2025: The atmosphere is very pleasant and welcoming, and the staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and fast. They offer gluten-free pizza with vegan cheese options, which is not so common and truly appreciated. Despite being gluten-free, the pizza is absolutely delicious – and that's not even mentioning how great the rest of the food is! Everything is made with care and high-quality ingredients, and you can really taste the difference. It's the kind of place where you immediately feel at home and will definitely want to come back.

11/07/2025: The pizza here is special. They use a dough you won't find anywhere else. The service is exceptionally friendly and attentive, and you feel like you're being served genuinely well. The fact that Mr. Hard Noflatscher felt differently could possibly be because he didn't shout into the woods as politely as I did, and he ultimately became a victim of his appearance. I wasn't there. But looking at his pictures online, he probably expects a kneeling when he enters a restaurant. What a shame.

09/02/2025: The ice cream isn't good, it's too sugary, it seems industrial. The owner is dishonest: she charges 50 cents more on the bill without any warning and doesn't provide a receipt. It's shameful and, I'd say, illegal. I strongly advise against this place!

04/05/2025: der Weg vom Zentrum ist schon ein Vergnügen. aber dann dieser freundliche Empfang. aber das Beste wartet am Teller. das ist jeden Cent wert. so eine Spargel Suppe mit Garnelen und Trüffel habe ich noch nicht gegessen- und ich war wirklich schon oft gut essen

23/04/2025: Tappa della nostra breve vacanza una Grado fuori stagione e semideserta. Locale molto carino vicino al nostro albergo ma soprattutto aperto! Entriamo e ci accoglie il titolare molto cortese! Al tavolo una cameriera deliziosa ci elenca il fuori menù e ci lascia il tempo di scegliere L’ordine viene preso da un altro cameriere e la gentilezza dev’essere requisito essenziale di questo locale! Mangiamo 2 secondi di pesce “Boreto”, tipico della zona, molto equilibrato nella preparazione che ne esaltava il gusto e, nonostante non fossimo particolarmente affamati, la bontà di questo piatto ci ha molto soddisfatti tanto che ne avremmo mangiato almeno il doppio! Niente dolce ma un buon sorbetto arricchito dal Calvados! Limoncello offerto da titolare talmente cortese che ci ha salutati dandoci la mano! La qualità del cibo qui va di pari passo con la cortesi! Bravi

13/07/2025: We spontaneously stopped by for dinner, and everything was wonderful. We weren't aware that they had karaoke, but since we were able to get a table in an adjoining room, it didn't bother us at all and actually created a good atmosphere! Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. We'd be happy to go back. :)
