03/11/2025: At the end of one of Gorizia's main streets leading to the town square, this very cute place is nearby. It has both an indoor and outdoor area, and the piazza has its own special charm. We had the chance to try the spritz with the select, which we really enjoyed. The service was also excellent.

The location is absolutely stunning, the food was delicious, and the staff was some of the friendliest, most professional, and genuinely kind I’ve ever encountered anywhere. It’s all worthy of the highest praise, a solid 10 out of 10. We’re already looking forward to coming back, whether for lunch or just to stop by for the best coffee I’ve ever had. 27/07/2025: La prima volta per me e mia moglie. In occasione del nostro anniversario abbiamo ricevuto in dono due voucher di questo locale, prima sconosciuto. I voucher erano per due menù degustazione "Casanova" con vini abbinati. Località, panorama e location veramente notevoli. Veniamo accolti dal Signor Francesco con sapiente ed affabile "savoir faire". All'inizio del pranzo tempi un pò lunghetti per la prima portata. Piatti originali con materie prime di elevata qualità cotte alla perfezione e presentate ancor meglio. Vini eccezionali....peccato aver dovuto lasciare buona parte causa "timori patente". Nel complesso tutto benone. Locale di livello. Da ritornarci sicuramente.

25/01/2026: I wanted to book a table for four for this evening (Google says open from 6 PM). The number is unreachable. Walking past, it seems closed, and the bar next door confirmed it's closed. What a shame. Response to the owner No keyboard warriors. All it would have taken was a sign on the door and a temporary closure on Google, and there would have been no problem. There's no need to respond rudely. I didn't offend anyone. Should I have given 3 stars out of complacency? Offended? Not even a little bit. Anyway, if I pass through Grado again, I'll let the bartender know. And maybe I'll be able to eat at your place. PS. It still appears to me today that you'll be open tonight. If I may offer some advice, just change the hours on Google as easily as possible. No offense, of course.

14/08/2025: We stopped in because our preferred restaurant was full, but our daughter was already hungry. The prices for the small rolls are truly reasonable. They're simply delicious, and the prices for the Spritz and beer are totally reasonable.

24/02/2026: The food was very good, as was the presentation; the service was excellent. The first photo you see when searching for the restaurant online shows the interior of a very elegant room. I assume it's the adjacent building. For me, it was misleading and relatively disappointing, as my expectations (after seeing the photo) were high, but the interior is that of a normal restaurant/tavern.

07/12/2025: The owner was very kind and explained each dish to us. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Excellent, to say the least.

09/09/2025: Superlative dinner. As always, what more can I say? We're always welcomed like family, and the dishes are carefully prepared and simply excellent.

13/03/2026: I had a great time: the delicate ravioli, mixed salad, and coffee were all perfect. It's a quiet place in the center of the square, with tables inside and out.

11/03/2026: All good. The gnocchi with goulash were delicious, as was the cod. The service was super fast and the place was welcoming.

16/07/2025: After the first course, we were abandoned. No one came to ask us if we wanted anything else. After an hour and a quarter, we left. The best at the cashier. “Hey, did you want a second course too?” Two starters, two Cokes, and two beers, €35. Shame.

17/10/2025: Terrible, you pay to have cold things, but a girl with short hair really doesn't want to work, it's an insult to those who have been doing this job for years, I've been working in catering for 17 years and if I find someone like this girl I'll never go back, I asked for mozzarella and they arrived cold when I asked to heat them up she looked at me askance, took them back and brought them back cold, put them in the microwave for 30 seconds. I used to go there willingly, but I swear I'm never going back! €15 for 3 mozzarellas 1 glass of wine and 1 coke, all disgusting, annoying and ugly even to look at behind a counter! Change jobs girl it's not for you!

01/09/2025: The service isn't the best but it's not bad either, it's full of young people, I don't recommend it for young people.
