Had a really great experience at Silene AgriRistorante. The place has a calm, countryside atmosphere that immediately makes you feel relaxed. Food was excellent, very fresh and clearly made with quality local ingredients. Every dish felt carefully prepared and full of flavor. Service was also friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Overall a lovely spot to enjoy a quiet meal surrounded by nature. Definitely a place I’d happily come back to!

Jamiano is a quiet hamlet of Doberdò on the lake, in the Gorizia Karst. A beautiful, renovated farmhouse houses this restaurant (or rather, agri-restaurant) where a young couple, with courage and creativity, offers refined and delicious cuisine, based on ingredients they grow themselves or source locally, all of excellent quality. Ilenia and Andrej treat their customers with warmth and attention, describing each dish in detail, demonstrating the passion they put into their work. The expense is worth the effort, and you leave satisfied (and with greetings from the red cat, the real owner 😀).
