06/02/2026: I will never set foot in this restaurant again. The owner is completely rude. She ruined our birthday party. There were 5 of us plus two children, 2 years and 2 months old. As soon as I saw any children, she told me I had to stay home and eat with children. I shouldn't come to the restaurant. She took a plate, put rocks in it, and went from table to table telling everyone that my child was a naughty apple. In the end, after 20 minutes, we left. She is a shameful, rude owner.

13/04/2026: I'm writing this review because I was shocked by the management of this pastry shop. My sister ordered a cake for my birthday (she specifically requested a cake for 12 people), but she was delivered a cake for at least 20 people, with a final bill of around €200. Besides the shock of the disproportionate price compared to the asking price, the worst came later: the pastry shop contacted my sister on WhatsApp, accusing her (mistakenly) of writing a negative review and threatening legal action if she didn't remove it. Despite clarification that she wasn't the author, they continued to use threatening language. I strongly advise you to be careful not only about the quantities you order, but especially about how you might be treated privately if something goes wrong. Terrible experience and unacceptable customer service.

13/04/2026: An elegant pastry shop, if you're looking for an experience I'd almost call it old-fashioned. Inside, you can choose from a selection of pastries and take them home, or you can buy various chocolates. But for me, the best way to enjoy Lamparten is to sit in the dining room and have breakfast or a snack there. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is excellent. One thing I liked was the option (there's a sign) to take a picture of the pastry and show it to them when ordering at the table, so you don't make a mistake.

09/12/2025: As always, passing through for work, I stopped here for lunch. I don't know if they do a fixed price lunch menu. I don't think so. I had a second course and a side dish. It was good.

20/01/2026: Dinner at the Alle Betulle farmhouse was very enjoyable. The tagliatelle with masurin was truly excellent, flavorful, and well-prepared. The braised beef was equally good, tender, and flavorful. The setting was clean and well-kept, with a welcoming atmosphere, and the price was fair for the quality. The only thing that could be improved was the somewhat long wait for the food. Overall, however, a positive experience and a recommended place.

17/01/2026: Excellent restaurant near Maniago's historic center. The restaurant is well-maintained, elegant, and welcoming. The staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful, and service is quite prompt. The menu is varied and offers typical local dishes as well as excellent seafood. The dishes are carefully prepared with top-quality ingredients. The wine cellar is excellent. Overall, given the high quality of the cuisine and professional service, this is the best restaurant in Maniago and the surrounding area.
