So many sandwiches eaten in this old Wild West! And how wonderful it is to see such a team of young, close-knit, and helpful people working hard to accommodate every request, even amidst the holiday crowds typical of shopping malls. They rush to ensure not only fast service, but also customer comfort, sometimes amidst misunderstandings and particularly demanding tables.
And above all, always ready with a joke and a smile. The sandwich, the food, may do 50% of the work, but the service does the rest, and with honors. Thanks guys. It's always nice to dine here with you!

I was there for lunch. The two male waiters were extremely listless and amorphous; one literally threw my order slip on the table (I later pointed out to him at the cashier that you don't throw it away, you just set it down... without a crease, and with other customers present, he claimed it had slipped out of his hand...). There's a certain disorganization; the cleanliness is barely adequate, and the bathrooms aren't even that good. The food quality is inferior to other restaurants in the chain.

The waiters were always friendly and the place was always very pleasant, but the fries were inedible, and unfortunately, that often happens...fried and kept warm, perhaps too long...they were heavy and rubbery, and I had to leave them on my plate. Too bad, I was craving some good, hot, crispy fried food.

I returned as I promised this evening I found Annalisa serving at the tables obviously the chef Riccardo who passing through the room greeted me at the counter and I noticed that he was giving a hand in the room there was Sebastian a boy I had already noticed last time everyone was kind and helpful with the customers I had a good time today too I take the opportunity to greet the other members of the staff a big hug Michele

We often go before or after the cinema, serious and precise staff, the food in line with the other OWW, but with good attention to the burgers... well-kept environment and overall in line with the restaurants of the chain.
