Whichever dish you choose, you're in for an absolute masterpiece, both for the quality of the local produce and the ability to transform ingredients into flavor. This is thanks to a truly top-notch cuisine, capable of ensuring unparalleled quality year after year... for decades. When I enter this restaurant, I sometimes feel like I'm entering a church; a secular church, filled with the aromas of times past and the authenticity that has always been at home here.

02/09/2025: A typical trattoria with a fixed menu but with an eye for quality.
We went for lunch, and on Tuesdays, by reservation, they serve homemade gnocchi, exceptional and plentiful. The main courses are equally excellent, and the sea bream fillet was excellent.

The "cornicione" version is special, evoking the authentic Nopoletana pizza.

01/11/2025: The pizzas arrived not as described on the menu. I asked for an explanation and was told that they've always made it that way (which wasn't true because I've always eaten there and it was something else). The pizza had oregano and not even a trace of oregano. The service was slow, there were five of us, and the fifth pizza arrived very late. The price was exorbitant for pizzas that weren't even good!
The restaurant is better.

Very welcoming place, beautiful view, and super friendly waiters.
19/09/2025: I ordered spaghetti carbonara.
I've never eaten anything so disgusting.
I have no idea what kind of sauce they used; I think it was a pre-made mix, too salty, and smelled like rotten eggs.
We won't be back.

07/12/2025: I was there a few days ago! Ordered a tea, a decaf, and an aperitif. Tea in a large cup with a coffee saucer... Unstable, it didn't fit on top. The staff replied, "I don't have any more 😳." I can understand in the morning, but at 4:30 pm... sad aperitif in a water glass and without a measly little plate of crisps or peanuts or an olive! Very sad!!!!!
20/11/2025: It's a bar and pizzeria. I came in for a toasted sandwich, but after seeing the fantastic pizzas, I was hooked. Delicious, tasty, and amazing. Plus, the staff is incredibly kind and the service is fast. Excellent.
And parking is no problem; you can find it everywhere. ✨

08/12/2025: The place is nice in the center of Udine, the service is very good, friendly staff but honestly we didn't like what we ate, the pumpkin gnocchi were very dry and the fried fish wasn't that great, there were more potatoes and vegetables on the plate than fish.

The seating and temperature could be improved.
But overall, I highly recommend it.

07/08/2025: The lady was very kind and the food was excellent. The chicken and the sauce she put on it remained tender even the next day. Even my one-year-old loved it, especially the pie! We'll definitely be back.

08/11/2025: Delicious home cooking with typical Friulian dishes. Excellent wines, especially those from Collio.
30/10/2025: Reservations... a must on weekends.
We immediately settled in and started with a platter of fresh but super-flavorful prosciutto.
A nice bottle of local white wine, of course, at a more than fair price.
The selection of dishes was limited, but we found something for ourselves.
A lively place, with cheerful management.
A good meeting point.

29/10/2025: We had a wonderful evening here, the kids could draw, they have a special menu for them, the place is full of wonders, feels like you are eating in a fishing boat. The service was fast and kind and flexible, thank you for making our last night here memorable!

07/10/2025: Excellent restaurant in Maniago. The frigo and orzotto are phenomenal. The service is friendly and fast. I only recently discovered it, but I've been there twice in a week and will definitely be back soon. Definitely worth a try!!!
01/10/2025: We must have arrived on the wrong day... both appetizers were too salty, while the wild boar was tasteless. The frico with onion was unexpectedly over-abundant.
