15/02/2026: I waited to write this review until the third time we've come to this place, where you're greeted with such kindness and warmth. The acoustics are excellent, allowing for pleasant conversation. The dishes are very good, both in preparation and flavor, and sincere compliments go to the chefs, because the agnolotti with Treviso radicchio, with an overall delicate filling featuring just the right amount of speck and cheese, were truly delicious. As were the tagliolini with blueberries, a light pasta with the perfect duck ragù! And after the masterfully prepared main courses (Istrian goulash with polenta and Isonzo rose with egg mimosa), comes the SUPER dessert. The best tiramisu I've ever eaten! (I'm Venetian, and tiramisu is an almost traditional dessert that we even make at home), but this tiramisu is perfect! The ingredients are balanced as they should be: alternating layers of ladyfingers soaked in bitter coffee and mascarpone cream. Every spoonful taken vertically is a delight for the palate! I took two photos just to understand the balance, but I assure you that for me this is the REAL tiramisu (7 stars). BRILLIANT pastry chef! Congratulations.

15/02/2026: The place is really very cute and welcoming! The service was kind and attentive. Unfortunately, however, I'm sorry to say that everything was way too, way too, way too SALTY!! Even the customers sitting next to me complained about the excessive saltiness. It's a real shame, I hope it was just an oversight by the chef...

21/03/2026: For me, Wasabi Sushi is the best Japanese restaurant in Trieste. The quality of the food is superior to any other I've tried in the city: the fish is always fresh, the dishes are carefully crafted, and every course reflects attention and respect for the ingredients. Beyond the quality of the service, the excellent delivery service also makes it perfect for enjoying fresh, well-prepared sushi at home, without compromising the experience. The atmosphere is calm, clean, and orderly—a place where you feel at ease and can truly enjoy every dish. Wasabi Sushi clearly stands out from the others: not only for the food, but for the overall attention to detail throughout the experience. For me, it remains the absolute benchmark for Japanese cuisine in Trieste.

12/08/2025: Se cerchi un posto tranquillo dove mangiare nella pausa pranzo non venire qui. Se cerchi un posto per mangiare casareccio, gustoso, abbondante e economico questa trattoria è perfetta. Del resto ne sono testimoni i numerosissimi operai che ogni giorno ci vanno a pranzare. Se il cibo fosse cattivo, non continuerebbero a venirci. C'è anche molta gente comune, anche anziani che preferiscono mangiare qui anziché cucinare a casa. Dulcis in fundo: il menù a prezzo fisso. E si può anche acquistare per asporto. Anna e Sabrina sono dei "fulmini di guerra": non fai in tempo a sederti che arrivano per la comanda. Che vuoi di più dalla vita?

01/03/2026: Excellent experience! 5 well-deserved stars! Passing by for lunch... I was pleasantly surprised by the staff's hospitality. I ordered a first course of spaghetti with clams, which was truly excellent, among the best I've ever eaten! I absolutely recommend it!

25/01/2026: A very pleasant experience! The goulash gnocchi, obviously homemade, were simply amazing! The cold cuts were of the highest quality, and the fridge was very well stocked! The service was prompt and pleasant! The rooms were clean and brand new! What can I say? The TOP!
