The place is really very cute and welcoming! The service was kind and attentive. Unfortunately, however, I'm sorry to say that everything was way too, way too, way too SALTY!! Even the customers sitting next to me complained about the excessive saltiness. It's a real shame, I hope it was just an oversight by the chef...

I waited to write this review until the third time we've come to this place, where you're greeted with such kindness and warmth. The acoustics are excellent, allowing for pleasant conversation. The dishes are very good, both in preparation and flavor, and sincere compliments go to the chefs, because the agnolotti with Treviso radicchio, with an overall delicate filling featuring just the right amount of speck and cheese, were truly delicious. As were the tagliolini with blueberries, a light pasta with the perfect duck ragù! And after the masterfully prepared main courses (Istrian goulash with polenta and Isonzo rose with egg mimosa), comes the SUPER dessert. The best tiramisu I've ever eaten! (I'm Venetian, and tiramisu is an almost traditional dessert that we even make at home), but this tiramisu is perfect! The ingredients are balanced as they should be: alternating layers of ladyfingers soaked in bitter coffee and mascarpone cream. Every spoonful taken vertically is a delight for the palate! I took two photos just to understand the balance, but I assure you that for me this is the REAL tiramisu (7 stars). BRILLIANT pastry chef! Congratulations.

A place to relax and eat well. This small, warm restaurant welcomes you with a wonderful family atmosphere. The uniqueness of the place is evident from the moment you enter, with its greenery and convenient parking. The entrance is almost hidden, making it even more charming. The staff is very attentive and takes great care of their guests. The agnolotti are a highlight, with truly unique flavors. Reservations are recommended, especially in colder months; they don't have many seats. I'm giving it 4 stars because I wasn't sold on the tiramisu. I highly recommend trying this place.

14/06/2026: Very friendly service, and the food and drinks are a treat for gourmets. Anyone who makes the journey here will be rewarded with exceptional Friulian cuisine. I have rarely eaten better in the Aquileia region. The Pinogricio is an honest, elegant rosé wine, and the desserts are excellent. To finish, there was a liqueur with herbs from the lagoon that is second to none. Beautiful treat!!!

23/06/2026: The quality of the ingredients, especially the fish, is undoubtedly the restaurant's strong point: fresh and well-prepared, which we greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall experience was somewhat detracted from by the service. Considering the cover charge (€4 per person), we would have expected more attention to the customer. The waiter was always polite, but we sensed a certain rush and a lack of attention to detail in his interactions with the table: during the explanations of the dishes, his gaze was often averted, and the dishes were served quickly, without any particular detail or involvement. These aspects may seem secondary, but they contribute to making guests feel welcomed and valued. With greater attention to service, the experience would certainly live up to the excellent quality of the cuisine. The cuisine is worth it, but the welcome and customer service should be in line with the restaurant's standard and prices.
