14/06/2025: Servicio terrible y comida horrible El dueño nos dio actitud, grosería. Después de hacernos esperar durante 1 hora y media sirven una pasta ridícula sin ningún sabor.

04/08/2025: Closed at 9pm even though it says so. Closed at 9:30pm. Place full of drunkards, dangerous people, poor food, terrible sanitary conditions.

06/06/2025: I stopped here for lunch, which should have a fixed-price menu to help workers. I decided to save some money by asking to bring only the second course with side dish. When it came to the bill, they asked me for €14 and when I asked for an explanation, they told me that by taking just one course it was made more abundant so the cost was the same as the full menu. Basically, I paid €14 for 4 slices of grilled pork loin filled with salt, half a spoonful of polenta, a portion of mixed salad, water and coffee. Practically a steal, I definitely won't be back.

13/02/2025: If you order a first course or a side dish, you'll pay the same as the full menu, something I've never found anywhere else.

02/06/2025: we ordered 3 granitas, I won't tell you how much syrup. it was undrinkable and you couldn't have more than one flavor. the other day I ordered an oreo ice cream and they made it with black cherry..

02/06/2025: Ci siamo fermati per fare uno spuntino/aperitivo. Molto efficiente la cameriera, molto buono il toast e le due pizzette. Nel complesso siamo stati bene.

29/07/2025: My first experience with Italian pizza. I really liked it and recommend it. I know it's a simple pizza, but I really enjoyed it.

20/07/2025: Paying €2.70 for a slice of Margherita is absurd. Add to that the quality of the pizza itself, which is comparable to a frozen one, and the nonexistent service—you have to bring it yourself and clean the table you eat at, since they don't even bother to wipe it down every now and then—and it says it all. At a restaurant, you pay less and you get what you pay for.

20/08/2025: Clean place with a lovely atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff. But let's get to the heart of the matter: the piadinas... Delicious, with good dough and good ingredients, and the friendly staff makes it all excellent.

29/07/2025: Disturbing experience: last night, I entered the restaurant on Viale XX Settembre at 9:30 PM. The girl at the counter, after making me wait a few minutes, informed me that "they're closing." I was shocked to see the clock and pointed out that it was half an hour before closing time (10:00 PM). There was no way, I couldn't sit down because "they must be out by 10:00 AM" (and the bathroom was inaccessible due to cleaning). I already knew about this city's notorious "desire to work," but this episode exceeded my expectations. I don't think there's another place on earth where 9:30 PM is too late to serve a piadina (certainly not anywhere else in Italy).

11/06/2025: Very fast service, very friendly staff, you spend little and you eat very well. Highly recommended. Edit. After 5 years I confirm the previous review also in the new location, much nicer because it overlooks the park.

23/08/2025: The pizza was awful, the dough was hard, the waiters were slow and strange, the selection of wines on the menu wasn't there, I looked at it 3-4 years ago and it got much worse, in my opinion it's worth avoiding.

20/08/2025: I always come here with my aunt for pizza because it's incredibly good and easy to digest. Today I ordered a dish from the restaurant, and it confirms the excellent cuisine, variety, and attention to detail. They offer both tasty treats and healthy, light dishes. Smiles and helpful staff rounded out this pleasant lunch break.

24/08/2025: We stopped for an aperitivo. We thought we'd give a chance to historic establishments in Udine, rather than the usual overcrowded, trendy ones. We sat down and ordered a Malvasia and a Spritz Hugo. They arrived in two tavern-style glasses, accompanied by chips as old as the place. We finished both glasses in one go. Knowing the Malvasia producer, she must have been treated badly. Not to mention the Hugo. The same amount as the white wine and without ice, with still wine on tap. Total: 9 euros. Needless to say, for us, the experience ended there.

23/08/2025: One of the nicest aperitivo in the area! The tarts were incredibly delicious, peefect selection of wines!!! The owner wasn't the most attentive and kid but the location compensated!

20/07/2025: The portions are small, the chicken has very little meat and costs a whopping €15. The €2.50 cover charge is absurd when you eat with your hands. Return it. You'll eat better at a festival.

16/07/2025: Beautiful environment, we got the food quite quickly after ordering and it was delicious. The beer was also good compared to all the Italian pubs. The only thing I would criticize is that after eating and finishing the beer, no one came to see us. The pub was empty and there were at least 8 staff members. We wanted to have another beer but after a 10m wait I went to pay and we had a beer somewhere else.

19/07/2025: Il personale è scortese, il cibo non è all’altezza dei prezzi ed è un altro posto dove si capisce che i bambini sono mal tollerati. Non ci torneremo mai più e faremo loro una pessima pubblicità.

08/09/2025: Crispy, high-quality pizza. Two large tables outside and one small one inside. Very friendly staff.

08/09/2025: A stand-up snack bar where you can get pizza slices. Very friendly service, and there are special treats for kids. Recommended for a quick snack between meals.
