24/10/2025: I'd say the "service" I received for a coffee was quite embarrassing... the wait was endless, and she even complained at the end because she saw I was upset... but I say, if you know how busy it is in the morning, having two people to serve would be the minimum, and anyway, you can't give priority to those who come in later! Rudeness is definitely not a good calling card. Instead of complaining to a customer who is rightfully waiting, they should have apologized for the wait, and maybe someone stopped. But hearing them sound annoyed when they're the ones who can't keep up with the crowd is a no-go!

25/10/2025: A very beautiful and characteristic place, with a selection of cold cuts and cheeses, but the main course was disappointing.
Sliced beef (unfortunately, I don't remember the name, but the €18 one was the one) was a bit disappointing, quite spicy, but above all, too raw. The two items combined made it hard to chew.
The spicy chicken was very heavy and didn't make it to the end.
Of the two San Daniele burgers, one was too rare, soaking the entire bun, while the second, cooked well, was really good. I don't know if the bread is homemade, but it's one of the best I've ever had on a similar sandwich.
I hope it was just a bad night for the chef, but I'm ready to change my mind once I see the potential.

12/08/2025: I'd like to express my appreciation for this place, where I came with a friend last night for an aperitivo after a long time (I used to come here many years ago, but only in the afternoon for a coffee break and had never been there in the evening). The atmosphere is spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning inside in the summer. The decor is interesting, with several 1960s-era items (for example, a black-and-white television caught our eye). The bartenders were friendly, and the wine was excellent. I particularly enjoyed a Cabernet Franc from Corno di Rosazzo, which the bartender there recommended to me last night.
The prices are reasonable.
I therefore think it's fair to give it 5 stars.
08/07/2025: We stopped for a casual after-dinner drink with some friends. We had cocktails and liqueurs.
As soon as we sat down at the table outside, we noticed the rudeness of the blonde waitress. When we asked, "Can you bring us an extra chair?" (There were five of us at a table for four), she replied with a curt, "NO."
So, we made do.
But when it was time to leave, she attacked again with a friendly tone: "We have to close, you have to go pay." Not a smile, not even a hint of joking.
The whole thing ended with a nice, "I won't split the bill, one person pays for everyone."
So much rudeness concentrated in one place. If you like being treated rudely, this is the place for you!

26/10/2025: We enjoyed a delicious cappuccino. The place is very beautiful and relaxing, right in Piazza San Giacomo in Udine.

01/09/2025: The center of Tarcento is a great destination for exciting pastry-making experiences, and this artisanal workshop is a shining example. The staff is very friendly and eager to please. I recently ordered a millefeuille cake to celebrate a family occasion, and it garnered rave reviews for the perceived quality and freshness of the ingredients, expertly transformed by expert craftsmanship.
19/08/2025: I bought the hazelnut bavarois for my father-in-law's birthday...what can I say? It looked fantastic, and tasted amazing. The photo I requested was wonderful. Everyone at the table applauded the cake. The entire staff was incredibly kind. I highly recommend this pastry shop!!! If I could give it 10 stars, I would.

It used to serve delicious food, from grilled fish and meat to pizza and burgers. They even had Paulaner beer on tap.
Unfortunately, it's now closed.

28/09/2025: After no one came to serve me, I went to get it. The information that they only serve pizza wasn't a problem for me. I chose it and then waited 20 minutes. I went to get the waiter myself. The information that the oven is now out of order.
Not recommended.
Service is different.

31/10/2025: Good, friendly, and professional. The food is excellent.
24/07/2025: I arrived for lunch, and the place was full but not completely full. It took them a quarter of an hour to clear the table, ten minutes to order. My salad arrived immediately, and the silverware another 10 minutes later.
The baked potatoes were very disappointing.
Even for coffee, I went to get it at the counter after 10 minutes.
I can't say I had a bad meal, but the service was unacceptable.
