30/04/2025: We took the vegetarian tasting menu - food was mostly excellent except for a couple of disappointments. Cauliflower secondo was just cooked cauliflower with a sauce and the vegetarian dessert (normal menu had another dessert) was beautiful but basically just ice cream - These didn't seem up to par with the normal (meat) tasting menu, but the vegetarian one has the same price... The service was very awkward and there were some major faux pas. The first thing they brought us after we asked for the vegetarian tasting menu had fish on it. When we asked they barely apologized, and took it and brought it back the same thing without the fish on it. They didn't offer any compensation or discount for that. After we finished dinner we were completely ignored and at some point had to go to the bar and ask for the bill multiple times, and we sat there for more than an hour waiting to pay and leave. I think it was because the Chef goes and has conversations with every table and we were last in the queue - and the waiters had to keep us there for that. Very awkward.

27/04/2025: First experience in a restaurant with refined cuisine. Comfortable and well-kept environment. Wood, stone and iron in the heart of Carnia. I really liked it. Decided for the traditional menu with matching wines. I was struck by the presentation of the dishes and the details of the local raw materials. Some flavors I've never tried before that I really appreciated (celery granita and garlic ice cream). Others are truly remarkable (fake tomato, egg cooked at low temperature, wafer with rainbow trout, plin, fillet and small pastry). Only flaw (my fault): I didn't finish the bread with butter! Very good. Also enjoyed the wines. Applause for the bubbles (particular), the red (Pinot Noir) and the paired sweet one (from 1999). Impeccable service and friendly, trained staff. Congratulations and well done everyone. I will definitely go back.

29/03/2025: Top bar in the city of Udine. Tommy number 1 really, handsome, kind and with a lot of savoir-faire with customers, always in a hurry but has kind words for everyone. Excellent service, excellent breakfast and excellent aperitifs. Small but welcoming place with outdoor space. On Saturday mornings it offers a Neapolitan breakfast with excellent Campania products such as Sfogliatella. Recommended by the Milanese!

27/03/2025: Incredible place for breakfast or a snack, I went with my girlfriend yesterday by chance and we did not hesitate to repeat today. Everything was great and super friendly. I will come more times!

11/04/2025: Naples pizza at your home. A family-run pizzeria where the customer is part of the family and the pizza is a meeting place to stay together. Southern tomatoes ripened in the sun, good and tasty which gives the pizza an intense taste and aroma. The restaurant is also very good. Takeaway pizza.

16/04/2025: If you are in Lignano Sabbiadoro and you want a sandwich that is out of the ordinary, Il Panino a Modo Tuo is a must-stop. The real star, however, is the quality of the sandwiches: fresh ingredients, original combinations and generous portions. In particular, the sandwich with bresaola, parmesan flakes and pistachio cream is a real treat. The contrast between the saltiness of the bresaola and the delicate sweetness of the pistachio cream creates a surprising and delicious balance of flavors. The parmesan flakes complete the whole thing with a strong and crunchy note. An unusual combination, but absolutely successful. I will definitely be back!

08/04/2025: Nice, welcoming, clean and well-furnished place with the possibility of sitting inside or outside, located practically in front of the Terrazza Mare. The service is fast and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Getting to the point, you can choose the ingredients with which to garnish your sandwich at a "fixed" price as you like and choose the preferred size, for example whether a whole sandwich or just half (obviously you pay half). I have always found fresh and varied ingredients, delicious cold cuts and everything handled with great care and hygiene. Each step (from payment, to the cold cuts, to the addition of the ingredients) is organized in sectors and with people who handle only in their field of action, not "contaminating" themselves with others (e.g. those who handle the cold cuts do not handle the ingredients and so on). If desired, it is also possible to order normal toast, accompanied by pink sauce on the side or sandwiches which are their "workhorses" for those who want to rely totally on them. My sandwich was with burrata, basil cream, caramelized onion, lettuce, tomato, peppers and raw ham… Outstanding!! ABSOLUTELY MUST TRY!

16/03/2025: You cannot give more than 5 stars, nor do you deserve more.... every time we go to Forni di Sopra we stop at this splendid pizzeria. Every time they offer us special pizzas called "pizza of the day". THE PIZZAS ARE SPECTACULAR. Highly recommended!!!
