La struttura offre un ristorante, 8 camere dotate di tutti i comfort, un'azienda agricola che fornisce verdura, frutta e marmellate e infine una cantina in pietra carsica con 14.000 bottiglie da tutto il mondo, tra cui molte di vini tipici del territorioL'hotel Lokanda Devetak, 3 stelle, si trova a Savogna d'Isonzo (GO).Ricavando 8 camere dalla vecchia stalla di famiglia annessa alla trattoria, la famiglia Devetak è riuscita a completare l’idea di una struttura ricettiva che possa offrire in un ambiente famigliare e curato, oltre alle note tradizioni culinarie anche ospitalità a clienti ed amici.

23/11/2025: A San Michele del Carso, un paesino in comune di Savogna d'Isonzo, si trova questa locanda gestita da cinque generazioni della stessa famiglia che la fondò nel 1870. La vicinanza con la Slovenia e l'Austria ha influito sul menù, che ancora oggi si presenta ricco di piatti della migliore tradizione, alcuni dei quali rinnovati e sempre presentati con stile impeccabile.Come antipasto delizioso il paté di fegato di vitello aromatizzato al finocchietto con fichi caramellati e crostone di pane casereccio oppure si può assaggiare il tipico piatto delle ribolle, ovvero frittole farcite con mousse di caciotta alle erbe e confettura di cetrioli. Fra le prelibatezze dei primi piatti, da leccarsi i baffi il risotto ai 4 formaggi del Carso (Jamar, Tabor, Mlet e pecorino). Delicato ma con gusto lo strudel di patate con zucca e zenzero, ricotta fresca di Radetic e ricotta affumicata.

03/11/2025: I was a little disappointed by the quality of the ham. It's often touted as being an excellent, high-end ham, but it's actually quite good! A good ham, but nothing extraordinary. Everything was made for business, as they say. I speak as an insider.

26/09/2025: I honestly was never into Indian food before, but New Punjab totally changed that. The food was insanely good — full of flavor and just so delicious that it’s now one of my favorite spots to eat. Singh, the manager, was super friendly and made us feel really welcome, and the servers were great and on top of everything. Can’t recommend this place enough…good thing it’s only a walk away cause my wife and I are definitely coming back!

05/11/2025: This is truly a fine restaurant. Creative dishes expertly served from start to finish. I loved the gnocchi with plum and cinnamon as my starter. The bronzino main course was excellent as well - perfectly cooked and presented. Don't miss this one for a special dining experience in Udine. Oh, and make a reservation. We tried to get a last minute table last night and were unable, so we made a reservation for the next night.
