02/11/2025: Top experience! Knowledgeable staff and excellent service. The products and ingredients used are all very tasty and natural. We opted for the tasting menu, which was €80 per person—well worth it. A beautiful and intimate location in Raveo, a small village in the Carnic Alps. A well-deserved 5 stars!

11/12/2025: A very welcoming place, elegantly furnished, and, for this Christmas season, stunning decorations. The staff were helpful and extremely friendly, ready to offer explanations about the various dishes on the menu. The food was excellent, simply and meticulously presented, with perfectly balanced flavors. I've been vegan for years, and this restaurant is a paradise for me: when I sit down at the table, I know I can freely choose everything on the menu, from appetizer to dessert...and that's no small feat! No photos to add: I was so delighted with what I saw and tasted that I completely forgot to take pictures of the dishes!

30/11/2025: My wonderful wife's birthday, which I decided to celebrate following the advice of the couple of friends we'll be spending the evening with. Vegan cuisine that, frankly, I'm unfamiliar with and that has never particularly appealed to me. I must say, however, thanks above all to the skill of the owner/chef, I discovered a different, parallel world. As you can see from the photos, we went all out, from appetizers to first courses to second courses to the amazing cake. And when you spend an evening tasting calamari that aren't calamari, guanciale that aren't guanciale, porceddu that aren't porceddu, and so on, and appreciating the delicate yet intense flavors that, combined with excellent wine, make it all a true sensory experience... well... what more could you want from life? All this accompanied by impeccable service from the kind yet discreet staff, in a meticulously maintained venue, enhanced by furnishings personally selected and arranged by the super owner. The price?...very reasonable and fair... So, a place I highly recommend... and one I'll be returning to soon.

26/09/2025: I honestly was never into Indian food before, but New Punjab totally changed that. The food was insanely good — full of flavor and just so delicious that it’s now one of my favorite spots to eat. Singh, the manager, was super friendly and made us feel really welcome, and the servers were great and on top of everything. Can’t recommend this place enough…good thing it’s only a walk away cause my wife and I are definitely coming back!

10/11/2025: A top-notch accommodation in Gemona. Eleonora is an incredibly friendly host. You immediately feel warmly welcomed. The rooms are brand new and clean, and the bed is simply comfortable. A generous breakfast is provided, and everything is tastefully decorated. A tip: the attached osteria is also worth a visit – just drop in for a drink and a meal. We will definitely be back!

05/12/2025: Hostaria Tavernetta is one of Udine's gastronomic landmarks, combining elegance and Friulian familiarity with above-average quality. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and meticulously curated: soft lighting, an intimate yet not overly formal atmosphere. It's the kind of place that works equally well for a special dinner or a high-end business lunch. The cuisine is excellent: traditional Friulian dishes interpreted with a modern twist, selected ingredients, and evident attention to presentation. The pasta and meat dishes are the highlight, with balanced flavors. The wine list is also excellent, featuring fine regional labels. The service is professional, attentive, and very knowledgeable in explaining the dishes. The price is higher than a typical trattoria, but absolutely in keeping with the quality of the offerings. The location is excellent, in the heart of Udine's historic center, ideal for a stroll before or after dinner.

26/11/2025: Stunning location in the center of Udine; elegant decor with remarkable historic furnishings. Friendly and helpful staff, very welcoming owners. The highlights of the dinner, in my opinion, were the appetizers and dessert. The prosciutto and artichokes were fantastic, as was the tiramisu, served with freshly brewed coffee. Excellent experience, I'll definitely be back.

12/09/2025: The place is quaint, and you can eat outside in the courtyard, shaded by the trees. Service is fast, and the owners are attentive and courteous. The food is all authentic and high-quality; the cured meats and cheeses are excellent, as are the vegetables and crostini. The desserts are delicious. The prices are very fair. Definitely worth trying again. Reservations are recommended, as it's always crowded during opening hours.

26/08/2025: A wonderful experience, for the food (excellent quality cured meats, cheeses, bread, and desserts!), for the setting (the courtyard of a country house... like being with family!), for the punctual service (very fast, despite the many guests!), for the serene and joyful atmosphere that enriched our holiday!
