18/02/2025: Marvelous. My partner and I stayed there twice and had a great time! The paired wines are amazing, as are the dishes. We had an encore of tiramisu, TOO GOOD!

04/02/2025: If you believe that perfection is unattainable you have not been from Indiniò. That "nowhere else" is there this attention to detail is clear as soon as you enter: materials, lighting, decorations, distribution of tables, mis en place, everything is tasteful and in the right place. And while you are happily enveloped in this intimate, warm and refined atmosphere at the same time, the real magic begins. With small but precise accents, the dining maître leads the tasting experience by giving a name to what you are perceiving through sight and smell, both very satisfying! And when you taste it you feel each element and at the same time a wonderful overall harmony that amplifies dish after dish because even the sequence, the pairings with the wine and last but not least the rhythm of the courses here are excellent. To give a further sensorial stimulus there is the creative flair of the chef who presents mini-macarons in the entrée and as a final cuddle an apparently perfect olive and the essence of a traditional local first course. Praise also goes to the service which is impeccable while remaining natural and spontaneous.

21/02/2025: WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! I have often gone to Indian restaurants and I must say that they are not among my favorites because they are essentially "all the same" or at least the dishes always have the same flavours. Here, however, I felt VERY WELL. Careful food, certainly fresh and quality ingredients, nothing pre-cooked. It also offers complete menus at excellent prices. Speaking of this, it must be said that the bill was anything but salty! Excellent service, great kindness from all the staff. I will definitely go back.

17/02/2025: It is always a nice experience. Malai Kofta is a big hit- chicken madras ALWAYS delightful with Peshawar and garlic naan.

02/03/2025: Lunch with a cutting board of excellent ham of three types accompanied by warm bread, Friulian cheeses and various side dishes. Very kind staff with the attentive direction of the "host". I also bought take-away with freshness-saving packaging. Beautiful to see the traditions that are maintained with joy and professionalism.

04/02/2025: We stopped in this wine shop after visiting the Vajont dam and the village of Erto, a very nice and crowded place, even though there was no room, they found us a table upstairs, the food was excellent, the cold cuts are a delight, all top notch.

19/02/2025: A truly pleasant place where ice cream is poetry for the palate. The classic flavors are superlative, the consistency is always perfect, even the particular flavors are very delicate. The products are always very fresh and first choice, for example the fruit is only in season and is excellent. In fact, my son loves Mango!!!! All the ladies at the counter were very kind and attentive. Super owner!!!!

09/02/2025: Osteria la Subida a pranzo con mia moglie,comodo parcheggio,locale carino,caratteristico ma pieno di trofei di cervo dí discutibile gusto, e poltroncine vecchie e sfondate basse per i tavoli,cibo con fusion terribili, la delicatissima verdura "rosa di Gorizia" servita con baccala puzzolente e kiwi acetoso,faraona semilessa su marmellata di pere e cannella con cipolle intere, dolce classica gubana di pasticceria riscaldata al microonde e tiramisu! Son ritornato in questa osteria dove si mangiava benissimo dopo diversi anni, e sono rimasto molto male per lo strano cibo fusion che servono con accoppiamenti stravaganti e a volte disgustosi .(frutta/pesce/verdura/marmellate).Ma le meravigliose tradizioni della cucina Friulane che fine hanno fatto??? anche i prezzi li ho trovati molto alti per un'osteria 60/70 a persona senza vino!

13/03/2025: Location suitable for large banquets, but if this is their core business, it fits. Professional service, quality wines. The cuisine disappointed me: aesthetically anonymous dishes (even the eye wants its part), quality not proportionate to the price, the first one arrived at the table lukewarm. Mine is not intended to be a criticism, an end in itself, but a stimulus to ensure that the kitchen becomes worthy of the brand again.

04/02/2025: After last summer's fire, "Devetack" was always there to testify to the tenacity and responsiveness of the owners and people of San Michele del Carso. The courteous and exquisite staff. The place is even more beautiful, well-kept and welcoming. The menu, a compendium of "local excellence" whilst respecting the best traditions. The cellar, a "treasure" in which the best regional wines are kept, in particular from the Italian and Slovenian Collio. With an extra element of interest and distinction, the ability to offer wines produced by lesser-known wineries but which for this very reason unequivocally express Mr. Devetack's knowledge and ability.

21/03/2025: This is the second time I have come to dinner at this place and I can confirm that it has entered my heart. The place is really beautiful, small, welcoming and tastefully decorated! It transmits the tranquility typical of your own home. The menu is really interesting and mainly vegan/vegetarian. I have clearly fallen in love with their pizza! The first time I tasted it I was with my boyfriend and it amazed me so much that I also proposed it to my friends as an appetizer to share. And this time too I found it incredible! It looks like a cloud, crunchy on the edges and soft on the inside. For dinner with my friends I had the carasau lasagne with vegetables and vegan fondue which was almost a shame to eat it because it was so well presented. The taste was great, I would have eaten 100 more. The previous time I also tried their vegan carbonara which is truly a hit, super creamy, with tofu that really comes very close to guanciale and the Scalamari that for a moment I had trouble believing that they were not real calamari. The 5 stars are also above all for the staff and the chef, all smiling, kind and truly available to meet every need. One of the places where you eat best in Udine.
