19/10/2025: Every dish at my first vegan dinner was a real surprise. You can clearly taste the refined, creative dishes, made with genuine love. Balanced flavors and quality ingredients. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming, a place where you immediately feel at home. The staff is impeccably kind. The service was truly perfect. My sincere compliments to Chef Walter! 26/09/2025: I honestly was never into Indian food before, but New Punjab totally changed that. The food was insanely good — full of flavor and just so delicious that it’s now one of my favorite spots to eat. Singh, the manager, was super friendly and made us feel really welcome, and the servers were great and on top of everything. Can’t recommend this place enough…good thing it’s only a walk away cause my wife and I are definitely coming back!

We went for my wife's birthday, the staff, having understood that it was her birthday, served her the cake with a candle and playing the happy birthday song on the radio... We were warmly welcomed by the waitress, who showed us to our table, which, like the rest of the restaurant, was decorated in a Halloween theme without being too tacky. The menu is seasonal, the dishes were truly delicious, as was the service, which was timed perfectly and always with a smile. Well done!

05/11/2025: This is truly a fine restaurant. Creative dishes expertly served from start to finish. I loved the gnocchi with plum and cinnamon as my starter. The bronzino main course was excellent as well - perfectly cooked and presented. Don't miss this one for a special dining experience in Udine. Oh, and make a reservation. We tried to get a last minute table last night and were unable, so we made a reservation for the next night.
