I've always had a great time. Sure, he's retired, but he always runs it with love, and that's what matters.
The fish is fresh, as he goes fishing every week (because he's a huge fan), as are the mushrooms!!
If you're looking for refined and elegant cuisine, you've come to the wrong place, but if you're looking for welcoming and family-friendly cuisine, you've hit the nail on the head!

It's probably worth a subjective comment, but it can be informative.
Usually, when you eat pizza in the evening and drink at night, it means the leavening, flour, or ingredients are of poor quality.
I can say I didn't have this problem, so I consider the pizza to be good overall.
As for the sweetness, I really enjoyed the homemade biscuit accompanied by the homemade tiramisu.
The place is simple and clean.

20/08/2025: I went to Gastronomia 00 with high hopes, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The food was rather subpar: stale bread and pizza, bland-tasting brioche, no desserts, seemingly mediocre-quality hams... and overall, the food was more reminiscent of a school cafeteria than a refined deli. The atmosphere, too, seems stuck in the '70s, and not in the nostalgic sense of the word. Dated furnishings and an atmosphere reminiscent of the past, but without that vintage charm that makes you say, "How lovely."
