13/08/2025: A charming and informal place for a mountain snack. It's not a restaurant, but rather a place for drinks and appetizers. The charcuterie boards are excellent, as is a wide selection of liqueurs, including local ones. Being in the mountains, the best seating is outside, although there are also some inside. Recommended in summer for a pleasant day away from the city heat. The owner is friendly and helpful, although other staff are more likely to rotate or be less experienced. Prices are average.

23/09/2025: I had breakfast at Pasticceria Ambrosia and it was a truly delicious experience. The brioche was soft and fragrant, made with great care, and the cappuccino was creamy and perfectly balanced. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the passion of the people who work here. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service is kind and cheerful, making the visit even more enjoyable. I recommend everyone to stop by: a true haven of goodness and sweetness.

12/10/2025: A restaurant in the upper Tidone Valley that serves only pizza and the traditional Batarò, delicious focaccias that can be filled with cured meats and cheeses of your choice. The pizza is also delicious and very light. The staff are friendly and attentive. A pleasant stop to combine with a visit to the beautiful village of Caminata.

27/09/2025: We had such a wonderful experience here. The food was excellent — truly homely Italian cooking. The grilled beef and grilled potatoes were hearty and full of flavor, and the fresh tagliatelle was perfectly cooked and delicious. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the service stood out even more. Despite the language barrier, the waitresses were incredibly kind and thoughtful — they even helped us with our crying baby so we could enjoy our meal, which we deeply appreciated. Everything about this place felt warm, friendly, and authentic. No complaints at all — highly recommend to anyone looking for genuine Italian hospitality and excellent local food

22/08/2025: This village trattoria tells the story of the local food and wine. Typical Piacenza cured meats accompanied by homemade giardiniera. Tortelli Piacentini made to perfection with thin pasta and a flavorful filling. Pisarei and fasò were equally delicious and characteristic. The main courses were as good as the entire meal. To finish, the apple pie was sublime. The only drawbacks: the excessive heat in the dining room (but it was a truly muggy day), the length of the lunch, and the loud chatter. Lunch on August 15th lasted from 12:30 to approximately 4:00 PM. Nevertheless, Congratulations to all the staff for their dedication and hard work. Well done.

20/09/2025: We ordered a piadina and a sandwich. Truly generous portions! Plus, the piadina and sandwich bread were made fresh (so much so that the sandwich was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside). We were truly satisfied.

07/10/2025: I only had an aperitif, and the cocktail was well-made. It came with a small caper tray with a few chips, some bitter chips, a few olives, and two small bowls of creamy sauce—good. But without a slice of bread, a crouton, where would it go? I had to eat it like that.... The service is good and precise, and the staff is polite. The interior is small but cute and well-kept. Outside, you have the square and the Duomo in front of you, very beautiful. I think that for the price of the cocktail (certainly in line with other places), a few more chips wouldn't have hurt, although, to be fair, we asked for them and they arrived without a problem!

23/09/2025: With two Franciacortas, I deserved a crisp to nibble on. Maybe next time.... Nice place in the center of Piacenza.

24/10/2025: We stopped in here on a short visit. The dinner was excellent, not exactly cheap, but everything was fresh and of excellent quality. The rooms were spacious, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

07/08/2025: Everything was delicious, from the coffee to the croissants and the ice cream, especially the gianduja flavor, which I love. Very nice place, very friendly staff. Now I'm happy to always find the chocolate-flavored ice cream that I enjoy with whipped cream on top. Delicious!! I love it. If I have to eat a quality product, I'd rather travel a few miles and be satisfied.

30/05/2025: The cake for my nephew's baptism was good, as was the ice cream and the pastries. Excellent pastry shop and location.
