20/12/2025: New owners recently bought this place. Linda and Mario are very friendly. Everything is always fresh, drinks of all kinds are available. It's a great place to spend time with friends, have a quick chat or have a coffee. On Fridays, they prepare lunches and dinners to order. I recommend everyone to visit. I've known the owners for 25 years; they had a restaurant in San Nicolo, which was also very high-quality and the prices matched the service.

The food is very good. The service could use a bit of a refresh...but let's give it time. The guys are super nice.

13/01/2026: The pizza is embarrassing; the dough is hard and the quality of the ingredients isn't top-notch. If you try to reheat it, it becomes a brick to eat...very heavy. I understand that it's the only pizzeria by the slice in Rivergaro and therefore tops its category, being the only one, but if we had to rank it against the other traditional pizzerias in Rivergaro and its surrounding areas, I'd say it would rank last.

14/11/2025: The worst kebab I've ever eaten, they only put mayonnaise, a little lettuce and 2 slices of tomato, unseasoned meat and in an extremely small quantity. Not to mention that it's served to you without gloves.

20/12/2025: From the outside, it looks like a place you wouldn't believe, right on the road, a simple farmhouse, typical of the area. But as soon as you step inside, you're greeted with a disarming smile and immediately feel at home. The food is divine, excellent quality, first courses excellent (the tortelli are simply mouth-watering), and the second courses a riot of deliciousness.
We've been frequenting this trattoria for over 10 years, but every time it's a unique experience. I'm moved to tears because places like this are so rare these days.

20/12/2025: Fantastic lunch in the Piacenza hills. A warm and welcoming place, typical of the area. You'll find all the traditional fare; we had a walk in paradise with tagliolini with fresh porcini mushrooms and classic "pisarei." For our second course, SNAILS! Both stewed and Bourgogne. Breathtaking. Top.
If you're passing through the Nure Valley, this is a must-stop.

I have inconvenient work hours, but they've never said no and have always tried to accommodate me.
The place is clean, and the staff, both in the dining room and kitchen, are welcoming.
I'll gladly return.

07/02/2026: I was here for dinner and had pizza. It's not my favorite type of pizza, so take that as a personal opinion: I found it a bit dry, but for those who like crispier pizza, it might be a good choice.
The pizzas aren't big, but the prices are very fair: a €5 Margherita is a rarity these days.
The apple pie with gelato, on the other hand, was excellent—really good.
The staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall, a simple, no-frills place with excellent value.

13/12/2025: Embarrassing and unacceptable. We ordered takeout: 1 King Jr., 2 menu items (King Smokey and Parmesan), and 1 bacon fries. When we got home, 1 of the 2 menu items and the King Jr. were present, as you can see from the photos.
We tried calling the store several times for an explanation, but no one even bothered to answer.
Hire someone who can at least count the dishes sold.
