Great friendliness. Large internal parking. Price in line with location and quality of food. Highly recommended

30/06/2024: I turned to the Trattoria di Verano da Giovanni to organize my retirement dinner, I was advised very well on the choice of menu and wines to match.
The evening was fantastic:
Carmela and Azzurra's table service was impeccable, superlative food, tortelli with mushrooms to die for, fabulous sliced meat, top-notch cake, all accompanied by excellent wines.
Impeccable cleanliness, excellent value for money.
At the table you eat typical cuisine of the Piacenza area.
I highly recommend.
21/06/2024: We went to dinner for the first time this evening... very nice, rustic, clean place, pleasant atmosphere, excellent food... Piacenza cured meats, excellent first courses... we had a very good time and we will be back very soon😍😍😍😍

18/08/2024: Very nice restaurant a little remote. Great service and the food was gorgeous. I arrived early so there was plenty of parking. Around eight/eight thirty it started to fill up.
I don't have photos because the food was so good that I forgot about it
04/07/2024: Ambiente curato ed elegante, sala un po' troppo fredda per gustare appieno la visita, tavoli ben distanziati, Servizio professionale e rapido, forse un po' troppo formale e a tratti "recitato a memoria", freddino. I piatti sono gustosi, alta qualità degli ingredienti, preparazione curata, porzioni giuste. Abbiamo scelto il menù "Sei nelle mie mani" ed era squisito. Abbiamo trovato strano che un piatto sia stato sostituito con un altro: era comunque squisito, ma ci si aspetta almeno un commento.

05/12/2024: Mixed fried food with chips, dessert and coffee for €15.00. Fast service, friendly staff. If the two dining halls are always full, there must be a reason.

25/07/2024: Interesting proposal, they are Sicilians from Catania and this is greatly reflected in their menu. I would say the food was very good, quite traditional taste without too many contrasts. I highly recommend.

Special marrow, pigeon treated to perfection, incredible sorbet to close an excellent lunch.
More than correct expense for what was taken, both in quantity and quality.
16/06/2024: Abbiamo scelto bene e ne siamo usciti soddisfatti. Le tre d.o.p piacentine accompagnate dalla loro giardiniera(acquistata nella bottega) e battuta di manzo per iniziare. Tagliatelle con il loro ragù e tortello eccellenti.

01/08/2024: Sulle colline ad inizio Val Trebbia (Sopra Rivergaro), abbiamo scoperto, da oltre 5 anni, quello che abbiamo definito, il nostro angolino per farci coccolare.
Ottimo cibo, ben curato e presentato in modo altrettanto intrigante. Carne alla griglia di qualità superiore e, non da meno, un’ottima cantina. Il tutto, immerso in un paesaggio meraviglioso.
