26/10/2025: A new trattoria with a welcoming atmosphere. The menu is varied and reflects the traditions of the Piacenza area. I had the opportunity to try the seasoned pancetta, which I was very pleased with and surprised by, as I had never eaten it before. Excellent place, highly recommended! 👍👍👍

05/05/2025: Il frigo vetrina, posto all'ingresso dell'antico edificio di pietra recentemente ristrutturato, con all'interno grossi pesci appesi a frollare, ci introducono in un mondo fatto di passione, sperimentazione, tecnica e ricerca. L'ambiente è elegante e l'accoglienza cordiale. Il menu è quasi incomprensibile per la quantità di ingredienti insoliti utilizzati per preparare le pietanze. Il crudo di corba rossa è tenero e armonioso ed il risotto alla milanese di mare un poco anonimo. Sorprendente l'animella di vitello alla brace con tamarindo. La carta dei vini è discreta e con ricarichi corretti. Gradita la piccola pasticceria offerta in chiusura. Alla fine della serata resta la sensazione di avere speso bene i 70 euro del conto.

10/04/2025: Sempre una bella conferma! Conoscevamo già questi ragazzi dal Ca' Longa e ci eravamo ripromessi di venire a provare il menù della Ca' di Sass, che rimane rustica ma scenografica. I piatti parlano da sé. Personale di sala molto competente e mai invadente. Piacevolissima serata.

06/09/2025: Very kind people, thank you. I ordered two truly delicious cakes: one was puff pastry filled with Chianti cream and fruit in each layer, topped with powdered sugar, and surrounded by small cannelloni filled with a very delicate cream. The other cake was a sponge cake filled with cream and fruit, decorated with chocolate, very soft but exquisite. We also ordered some delicious pastries.

19/10/2025: Farmhouse in the middle of nowhere but very (too) close to the highway, unfortunately with a lot of noise. The room was very nice, spacious, and comfortable. We found the restaurant overpriced. Nothing exceptional. The staff was very pleasant and professional.

24/09/2025: I really enjoyed the deep-dish pizza and the courtesy of the waiters. Perhaps the only downside was the wait time, but we were a large group, and that's understandable.

10/09/2025: I was there yesterday and paid 6 euros for a 1.5L bottle of Coke to take away. I was disappointed by the Peruvian dish which had nothing to do with it. I only realised the price of the Coke after I returned it.

12/10/2025: Mediocre experience. After hearing so much about this place, we went for dinner last night. The off-menu menu included dishes with white truffle, and we chose two of them, a first course and a second course. We were told that the truffle would be added directly in the kitchen, 5g per dish... so it wasn't. I'm attaching a photo. Furthermore, we paid the bill in cash, leaving it on the table. When we left (even though we'd been standing at the register for 10 minutes), a lady asked us to wait to check if we'd actually left the money, with the excuse of needing to give us a receipt. When she came down with the bill of almost €400 (2 adults and a child; I won't argue about the price because we're used to it, but I'm certainly not running away), she said goodbye, leaving us the PRE-BILL, not the receipt. After that, I convinced my husband to go in and ask for the receipt because I don't like cheats. Too bad, it's all talk and no action!

01/09/2025: A charming location nestled in the green hills of Piacenza; the welcome is warm and friendly, and once you sit at the table, you sense intimacy and relaxation. Simone (the owner) is a delightful, empathetic, and highly competent person, as are the chefs, who amaze you with exquisite gourmet dishes, from appetizers to dessert. The wine and spirits menu offers a wide selection, some artisanal. There are two suites, each more beautiful than the other, equipped with an in-room sauna and hot tub, a spa, and a soothing Zen garden. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back ❤️

30/10/2025: One of the best bubble teas I've tried in Bologna! Good price and reasonable wait times. THEY ALWAYS HAVE TAPIOCA PEARLS, which isn't a given given the lengthy preparation time. I can't wait to try their freshly prepared street food options too :)

02/11/2025: A surprise set menu; you don't know what you're going to eat. There were 8 or 9 courses. Everything was delicious, with just the right amount of spices and no fusion cuisine. We stumbled upon it by chance and were so glad we did. If you can afford a little more, this place won't disappoint. Oh! And the bread they save for you to take home is extraordinary.

06/10/2025: The place is very nice, the staff is friendly, the cured meat appetizer was good but rather sparse, and the wine was good. After a good 45 minutes of waiting, the first course arrived: pumpkin ravioli, delicious. It's really unnerving to have to wait so long, and especially to see that other customers who arrived after us were served first! I don't know if I'll be back.
