21/11/2025: He charged me €2 more on a pizza (without warning me of any potential penalties for it, and after an argument over it, he put it on my receipt, mostly without our knowledge) because I left two extra pieces of crust (unthinkable, considering that €2 can buy me 1kg of flour). In another incident, I only ordered one pizza for €8.50. When I picked it up, he insinuated, again with his rudeness and lack of customer care, that I knew he couldn't pay €8.50 with a POS terminal (he told me this because he probably pays too much in commission). So what? You're a business, by law I can pay for this pizza however I want, I even pay 50 cents by card if necessary, obviously I was unaware of this "rule" so I came without cash since in 2025 you even pay for public bathrooms with card at times, I took the pizza (even though I would have left it where it was) I paid with the POS and I left behind the greed and arrogance of this guy... a TERRIBLE experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone, there are definitely better.

04/10/2025: Looking for a place to eat a piadina, we chose this place. From the photos, we couldn't tell it was fully open, and since it was a cold and humid September evening, we asked if we could find a sheltered spot inside, and they were very helpful and quickly set one up. They told us what was available, and we opted for a piadina with traditional porchetta and a bottle of traditional beer. While we waited, we chatted pleasantly with the owner. When the piadinas arrived, we hungrily tucked into them. Both the filling and the flatbread were superb. We then ordered two coffees and two Baileys. We left when the place closed, happy with what we had eaten and spent—€30.80—and with the laughs we had with the owners. Oh, and our setter had been trying all night to make friends with the local cat, but without success. 🤣

29/10/2025: I might be exaggerating, but with a stay-at-home mother and an expert cook, I've learned to recognize quality products and carefully prepared recipes. I've eaten excellent, well-cooked fish here (various recipes), a variety of starters that are always top-notch, and carefully prepared, yet simple, main courses and side dishes. I'm not used to eating desserts, so I can't comment on that. The service is fast, and the staff is courteous and helpful. The atmosphere is welcoming. It's not a Michelin-starred restaurant, but the quality/price ratio is excellent. Congratulations.

06/08/2025: During my recent visit to Sbirro Gastrotheque, I had the opportunity to experience courteous and attentive service, albeit with a slight delay in execution. Nonetheless, the staff stood out for their customer care. As for the culinary offering, the dish ordered proved to be average in both quality and presentation. The atmosphere deserves particular mention: creative, distinctive, and capable of making the experience pleasantly unique. It should also be noted that, in relation to the service and quality provided, the price-to-quality ratio appeared personally elevated when compared to expectations

03/12/2025: Business lunch with a fixed-price menu. Fish-based first and second courses. Everything was delicious. Recommended.

09/11/2025: My partner and I went blind tonight. The staff were friendly and polite. The mussels Taranto-style and the fritto misto were excellent and plentiful. We saw other pasta dishes pass by, all plentiful. The price was right for what we ate. We even bought a doggy bag with the leftover fried fish. We'll definitely be back.
