27/12/2025: I chose this bar because it's listed as one of the best in Ferrara. January, cold, I walk about a kilometer just to come here. I enter, say hello, and politely ask if I can use the restroom before breakfast. The calm reply: "We don't have a restroom." Now: I've worked in the restaurant business and I know that a business without restrooms for customers is substandard, to say the least. We're not talking about a detail or extra kindness, but a basic requirement, especially in the dead of winter. The result is that I couldn't even sit down, nor evaluate the breakfast, service, or quality: the lack of formality made it impossible to get to the substance. I'm giving it one star only because the experience stopped there. Too bad: when a place is called "among the best," you expect at least the bare minimum.

30/12/2025: The staff was truly friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, however, the service was understaffed, resulting in a wait of about half an hour even for a sandwich. Furthermore, receipts were stamped for items that, once they reached the counter, were no longer available. This caused several inconveniences, especially for our group: vegetarians and those with lactose intolerance found themselves without alternatives, despite having already paid. This experience needs improvement in management and organization.

03/01/2026: I've always gotten pizza delivery from here, but lately it's been burnt, and it takes ages for even a simple Margherita to arrive, even though I live next door. Tonight I was given an hour to make a delivery, but after an hour, still nothing. I called and was told there was a delay (meaning they'd lost my order), so I waited a little longer and waited to see if it was burnt again. I called when the time was up and was told there was a delay. After another 20 minutes, I called back and they told me they'd make it right away... tell me why they're still open.

01/02/2026: What a wonderful discovery! For those of us who come from far away in a camper, excellent camper accommodations right in front of the restaurant. We tried both fish and pizza. Everything was delicious! The seafood appetizer was top-notch! A delicious plate of spaghetti with clams was unforgettable. Thanks also for your kindness and hospitality. We'll see you again.

29/09/2025: We ate well. The dishes were well-prepared, with average portions and excellent prices. The wait was long between courses, not to mention clearing the table... we had to ask if they could take the dishes away and if we could order coffee. The atmosphere was chaotic, and the bathrooms were full of kids (with beer bottles) and screaming girls. The music was too loud.

03/07/2025: I stopped by this morning for breakfast. Cappuccio (1.80) and coffee (1.40) acceptable let's say... Together we take two puff pastry fans of very normal sizes.....on the receipt they are called special brioches... Unfortunately the special price was 2.00 euros each... but they seemed to have been made yesterday... in fact the very little cream that was in the middle of the fan was hard...it's not because of the price.. but at least the freshness....

04/12/2025: After yet another recommendation to deliver the pizzas properly, they arrived half burned and half raw. Obviously cold, and instead of ringing the designated doorbell, they called my cell phone. This is truly the last time!
