19/08/2024: It was possible to eat only after having almost forced the owner or someone on his behalf to cook what was listed on the menu; this is because: "it's hot and I only turn on the grill if I have at least seven sandwiches". I only stayed because it was late and the group I was with was hungry. Both the internal organization of the restaurant and the ability to communicate in a calm and constructive manner with customers need to be improved.

19/10/2024: Very welcoming place, the owners are helpful and kind. I recommend their coffee which in my opinion due to the care and blends used is the best in all of Ferrara. The pastry brioches are excellent Their baguettes and extracts are delicious. You will find a selection of books that the owner will gladly recommend to you. Highly recommended!

17/08/2024: Terrible experience. I got a €3 cup which includes two flavours. I ask for Nutella and whipped cream, upon payment I am asked for €4. When asked for explanations I was told that the cream has an extra charge of €1, but this is not specified anywhere. No receipt is issued. Afterwards, I ask for a bottle of water (€1.50). When I asked for the receipt I was told "just ask and I'll get it for you". When I ask if they could also give me the ice cream I bought earlier, the lady comments to another customer "I can't take it anymore". The receipt is required by law, it is not issued at the customer's request.

13/08/2024: Everything was delicious, friendly staff and top quality products. The staff is very kind and above all very organized in moving between the various stalls.

07/07/2024: good pastries, but a little too expensive for my tastes, we are not in the center of Ferrara, yet a breakfast with pasta, cappuccino and juice costs €6.20...there is no external parking, the place is clean but a little small

11/08/2024: The reception staff were very rude. We arrived in the afternoon, around 3pm, with my family made up of two adults and three boys aged 17, 9 and 7. We requested two umbrellas and four sunbeds in the front row, as there was availability (everything was empty, as it had been raining heavily all morning). However, the lady at the reception refused to give us two umbrellas close together in the front row, claiming that she only reserved them for large groups. He insisted on giving us one umbrella in the first row and the second in the second row. We had to insist for a long time, even asking for a regulation that would justify his refusal to allow us to be close to our minor children. His response was simply: "We decided to do it this way." After a rather unpleasant discussion, which took place in front of my children and my husband, the lady finally allowed the two umbrellas close together in the front row. I documented everything with videos and photos. That day, due to the rain, the pool remained semi-empty. There was no need to separate us; the insistence of the lady at the reception seemed motivated only by personal reasons. After this experience, I don't think I'll ever return. I will opt for another swimming pool with slides available in the city, where the welcome is decidedly more professional and courteous. If it were possible, I would have given zero stars. The only star is for the guys at the internal bar, very kind and very helpful people.

26/08/2024: very nice bathroom, it is also there for lunch (good fried food) and for an aperitif (even if they often take a long time to serve you even though there is no queue). Small pool but it fits. I recommend the curtains at the back

23/08/2024: So the pizza isn't actually bad, but there were 4 of us and 3 of us had a burger which then arrived early and wasn't the best, the pizza arrived after about 20 minutes because they gave priority to take-away pizzas, which is a shame because the pizza isn't bad

27/07/2024: Siamo stati a cena consigliato dalla proprietaria dove alloggiavamo,posto molto carino, affacciato sul mare, pesce buonissimo soprattutto il tonno ed i gratinati..lasciatevi consigliare dal proprietario molto preparato, buonissimi i dolci fatti in casa...da provare!

27/07/2024: Razioni generose, pesce buonissimo, qualità e cortesía,lo raccomando e torneremo sicuramente. Abbiamo preso il menú per due e non ce l'abbiamo falta a mangiarlo tutto!

25/08/2024: They don't have toilets and that's fine... But suggesting that you go to the bar next door without the person knowing seems in bad taste... We were disappointed and so was the bartender, who was also very kind.

24/08/2024: The ice cream is very good, although not exceptional. However, charging 3 euros for a measly cup equivalent to a 2000 lire cup is grotesque, absolutely out of market. And the cups start from just 3 euros! The packaged ice lolly is very good, but here too the cost is disproportionate: 3 euros.

07/10/2024: Nice location, we are in front of the castle, right in the center, the bar is nothing special, very small and without even the possibility of a bathroom, but is it up to code? anyway.. 7 of us stop, we sit outside on the porch occupying 2 tables, all the others, except one, are free, so there is no crowd, the price for 6 normal coffees (1.30 each) and a decaffeinated one (1.40) is in line. But then they add 3.50 euros for sitting down, i.e. 50 cents per coffee. Total 12.70 euros for 7 coffees. It seems a bit much to me, at least it's not clear that there is this surcharge, it's not visible anywhere, maybe it's indicated on the menu, but no one consults it to drink a coffee. At least deign to bring a glass of water, the extra cost would be more acceptable.

09/11/2024: Handsome! Good food, very kind waiters... I recommend trying the aperitif on Tuesday evening... good music and those who have a swimsuit can dive into the pool.
