Elegant and welcoming place. Good pizza and excellent service. We were greeted with extreme kindness and courtesy. We felt welcome and pampered from start to finish. Highly recommended.

We had a great time, just be careful because if you order the appetizer (which is huge), you'll have a hard time eating much else. The trick is to split it between two people. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

28/04/2026: Arriving at a fairly busy time, I was served promptly and courteously. I ordered a Calcutta pizza, a fairly unpretentious flavor, worth trying. The dough and pizza were good, but I wouldn't make the same choice. A message posted on the wall asks for cash payment, at least up to a certain amount.
23/02/2026: The pizzas are excellent, but the deli counter is also high-quality. The mixed fried fish days are exceptional. The Ferrarese-style pie is very good, with good pastry and a tasty filling.

Ristorante della Bocciofila la Ferrarese

02/06/2026: Exceptional! We were in Ferrara to visit my dad's hospital and stumbled upon this wonderful place! The staff were friendly and the food was super good and traditional. We came with my three-year-old son and they made him feel at home! Highly recommended, and if we return to Ferrara we'll definitely be back!
09/05/2026: The location is simple, but the outside is more pleasant. The rabbit and lamb are delicious, but the side dishes are more predictable. The service is folkloristic, and Jessica is truly a charming character. ;-)
