06/04/2024: Our last stop after spending a week touring northern Italy and having enjoyed countless magnificent gastronomic experiences with my wife and 7-month-old baby was Bologna. On the recommendation of the hotel receptionist we headed to this restaurant. We arrived, everything was full (or that's what they told us at least) and they made us wait half an hour in the street. While the Italian groups, couples or families continued entering as they arrived. As they saw that we were not leaving and we were at the door waiting for “our turn,” they told us to sit at a table where there was no possibility of leaving the baby's chair nearby. When they asked for explanations and asked for another table, they basically invited us to leave. Nothing like this had ever happened to me in my life.

Very good lasagna as well as the vegetables with buffalo mozzarella, good tartare but too "compressed" for our tastes. The pignoletto is also excellent. Correct prices considering that we are in the center. We will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu…

05/04/2024: Beautiful location in the center of Bologna. Menu with a good choice of dishes and wines, mainly from Bolognese cuisine. The dishes convinced me, especially the chocolate tenerina with mascarpone cream. The only complaint concerns the pasta (tagliatelle alla Bolognese) which was a bit overcooked. Trained and friendly dining room staff. Correct quality-price ratio

07/04/2024: My boyfriend and I went here yesterday. If you want to taste typical Bolognese dishes, this is the right place. The staff is courteous, helpful and friendly. What more do you want?

07/04/2024: Absolutely fantastic restaurant in a beautiful hidden walled garden underneath the shade of an enormous tree, with fairy lights and plants etc. The food was perfect, the service was fast but relaxed, attentive and friendly. The prices were really reasonable (about 16€ main). We enjoyed our meal so much and were so relaxed we could happily have stayed there all afternoon. Would absolutely recommend and return when back in Bologna.

04/04/2024: All that remains of the old management is the nostalgia, anonymous place, listless and superficial service. We only got drinks and they even took away our paper placemats! Average food tasted on another occasion

04/04/2024: A warm and inviting gourmet pizza spot that is well-worth the visit. We went with a group of 6 people and were able to reserve the table an hour before arrival. The service was kind and prompt. The pizza was delicious and highly recommended. The location is a little bit off the beaten path but not too difficult to find with the assistance of Google Maps. Enjoy! ;)

04/04/2024: Friendly service, okay prices, tasty pasta, slightly weaker desserts (tiramisu is poor compared to other places in Bologna). The staff speaks good English. Tables inside and outside - I recommend.
