15/05/2024: The best pizzeria in all of Bologna! Classic Neapolitan dough also provided for celiacs, as well as the possibility of having a 48 hour leavening which gives the pizza something extra!
The big flaw of this restaurant is the staff: in winter I had to deal with a waitress who, while I was putting on my jacket as quickly as possible, stood behind me and said to her colleague (in the hope that he wouldn't if you heard it): “come on, you can do it, it's not difficult, quick!” with an annoyed tone suitable for mockery, all because she had to clear the table... you don't do it that way

12/05/2024: Third time I've been back and third time I've said "I shouldn't go back here".
I really don't like pizza, it looks like the one from the kebab shop. I ordered a sausage and onion. The onion was stomach-turning, too sweet. I had to remove it. The prices are good, but they don't make up for the rest. I asked for potatoes to be added on the pizza and as you can see from the photo, this did not happen.

The owners are very helpful and polite.
The dishes are home made, simple and tasty, created with excellent choice raw materials, the ragù is worth it 💯

18/03/2024: Il fascino del locale piccolo ed accogliente, quasi insospettabile se si guarda a quartiere ed esterno, unito alla gentilezza mai forzata dell'intero personale, già indirizzano l'esperienza nel migliore dei modi.
Poi arriva il cibo, ed allora ti rendi definitivamente conto di stare vivendo un momento speciale a tavola, in cui devi solo valutare se e come gestire un bis (a noi è toccato coi Tortelloni di ricotta di Bianca Modenese al burro e salvia) per poi assaggiare il resto del menù alla successiva occasione.
Le presentazioni di Flavio sono dei piccoli racconti affascinanti che mettono in relazione la storia della materia prima con l'idea del piatto che si vuole realizzare: un vero privilegio, con garbo e passione in grado di mettere a proprio agio anche il cliente più introverso.
Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente, inevitabile la prenotazione con discreto anticipo (a noi è bastata una settimana circa).

The egg ravioli is metaphysical, the roast risotto excellent.
A cuisine anchored in the past that does not waver. No flights of fancy, but a lot of knowledge and classicism.
Princely service, cellar and sommeliers make the experience a beautiful memory.

Tradition brought towards "haute cuisine" with iconic dishes such as ravioli with truffle and porcini mushrooms. Each course is a journey that starts from Romagna and lands around the world. The rooms are furnished with great taste. Impeccable service

24/03/2024: It’s not as we imagined and memorized at all. Meat was very salty and too well done. Spaghetti is dry. Pizza should be their specialty but I don’t see much difference with ones that I have been having from take outs from outside of this town.
Very disappointing to my memory of this restaurant.

I recommend a trio of first courses if there are 4 of you eating and you want to try different first courses. (here too large portions)
Fast service and very friendly and helpful staff.
The staff lists the menu entirely by heart and explains it very well but perhaps a menu written at the table could help with the choice given the numerous dishes.
I recommend the tortelloni stuffed with mortadella and the baked fillet.
The desserts are good.
