Passing by, we decided to stop for a plate of tortellini! Here on Via delle Moline, among the crowds of people passing through these alleys, we decided to stop at Va Mo Là! We refueled after a long day strolling around Bologna! Greeted by the very kind staff, we sat down! Water was brought to our table, followed by a glass of excellent still white wine! An appetizer of mortadella, cheese, and a delicious sauce! Then came plates of balanzoni and tortellini in broth! Everything was delicious, flavors that reflect the uniqueness of Bolognese cuisine! The evening atmosphere, combined with the bustle of this area, makes the wait a delight! It's worth stopping by!

Nice place. Recommended by some locals on Reddit. The gramigna with sausages and cream was really good. The tortellini weren't so great. The cured meats and cheeses didn't impress us either. Great price, but I expected more authentic products.

Great service and excellent food. They also have vegan options, so there's something for everyone. The ragu and tiramisu were amazing. For starters, we had the five vegan sauces, and they were delicious. The atmosphere is super cozy!

05/07/2026: The spaces are very spacious and comfortable for large groups. We ordered a slice of beef, which was very good and tender. The cured meats weren't bad either. The problem was with the fried zucchini flowers, where the color of the frying was practically brown, and the crescentine. These crumbled and were really heavy to eat; I avoided finishing them for fear of stomach pain. As for the service, it was certainly very fast, but kindness isn't their strong point: the waiter grumbled because I ordered the appetizer after the other items, meaning we'd have to repeat the order from the beginning. I understand that the appetizer should be ordered first, but there's no need to get annoyed and irritated: I suggest you improve the ordering technology if the current one is causing you so much inconvenience that you have to repeat the entire order from the beginning.

12/06/2026: A very well-run Bolognese trattoria next to the Two Towers. Still very respectful of tradition. Very welcoming place with very kind and professional staff. A rare thing! Careful cuisine and a Bolognese menu, not extensive but well-chosen. Good wines and friendly service. Highly recommended, given the deterioration in the downtown area. Very polite and discreet staff, even at late hours. Well done.
