Very friendly service, good food, wonderful house wine and tiramisu. I recommend it and will be back. Prices are very reasonable for Venice.

Typical Venetian trattoria cuisine managed entirely by local staff, a rarity nowadays, I've eaten there a couple of times and it's always been very good, wonderful staff and an exceptional chef

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and I would recommend this place even if you're dining alone. I had the squid ink tagliolini, sarde in saor (pickled anchovies), and a spritz. Everything was delicious and I was very satisfied. However, the portions are quite large, so be aware if you're traveling alone!

The price was high, as is typical of Venice. The portions were good, and the food tasted quite decent. But it takes a lot of nerve to charge 5 euros for 5 slices of stale bread.

I can only say positive things about this trattoria, so special and unique in Venice's historic center! A historic restaurant, typical of Venetian tradition, extremely friendly staff, and a perfect location on Strada Nova. The real highlight: the food! The quality of every dish was exceptional, from appetizer to dessert. Generous portions and truly competitive prices. You can't come to Venice and not stop at this trattoria! Highly recommended...and I say this as a resident Venetian!

Trattoria Casa Mia

16/07/2026: Had a delicious meal! Friendly staff. Just outside the hustle and bustle of the tourist crowds. The price-quality ratio is also excellent.
15/07/2026: Very delicious and fresh seafood. The octopus is so tender. Pasta tastes excellent and texture is very nice.
