A most pleasant dinner. It was recommended to us by a hotel in Verona and I would recommend it to anyone. The service is a 10 and they make you feel at home. Furthermore, the food leaves no one indifferent, everything we ordered was delicious and when we return to Venice we will definitely repeat 👌

Every time I happen to pass through Venice, I stop by Trattoria Da Gigio.
It's a real guarantee. A leap into the tastes of Venetian tradition.
The menu options are extensive and satisfy all tastes.
The dishes are delicious and of high quality.
The staff is friendly and helpful, the service impeccable.

Non è la prima volta che vado in questa Trattoria , suggeritami da amici veneti e mi sono sempre trovato bene. : abbiamo prenotato perché preferiamo esser certi di " mangiare" .Ambiente familiare con personale molto professionale ma disponibilissimo : qualità ottima , pesce ben preparato e consigli sulle portate ben centrati ; per finire buoni dolci e buon vino della casa , quest'ultimo dettaglio permette un onesto prezzo . Ci ritorneremo .

Scelto in base a un'attenta valutazione delle recensioni su Trip, per non incorrere in un ristorante acchiappaturisti, devo dire che la scelta di questo ristorante è risultata ottima. Ambiente caratteristico, piacevole ed accogliente, cucina tipica veneziana con tutti i tradizionali piatti di pesce, ingredienti freschi, di qualità, perfettamente cucinati e porzioni abbondanti. Abbiamo preso l'antipasto della casa, che comprende, tra l'altro, baccalà mantecato, sarde in saor, scampi alla busara, ovviamente con polenta e di secondo frittura di calamari e gamberi e seppie con polenta. 2 calici di prosecco e vino bianco della casa, buono. Prezzo adeguato e onesto. Staff gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato!
