We stayed in this tavern with my girlfriend during a business trip and we were surprised by the quality of the place. Very good cod, I had some bavette with spider crab which I found very tasty. Very friendly staff. If we were to return to Mestre we will certainly return.

I was looking for a restaurant for some seafood and this wasn’t too far from me. I came to the place and it was a very nice atmosphere with very friendly staff. The menu had a wide variety of seafood items, and it was very reasonable prices. I ordered a few things starting with the mussels and clams in white wine which was absolutely amazing. The service was top notch, the food was very tasty and very affordable. The chef was also super friendly and kept checking on me to see how I liked the food. I enjoyed the food so much I visited the restaurant a few times❤️. I highly recommend this hidden gem.

Simply spectacular every time I go. I am a tour leader and I eat in many of those restaurants around Italy but a cuisine like this in which chef Marco works the raw materials with care and love, highlighting the flavors in a mix of super balanced ingredients in each dish, is very rare to find. Don't miss this unique experience when you are in Mestre.

I went to the "Vecia Posta" on Valentine's Day with my husband and my son who finished work at 10pm. Even though I had called to warn them that we were significantly late, the manager was helpful and very kind and welcomed us, paying attention and making the full menu available to us. The go' (goby) risotto we ate was wonderful, tasty and creamy to perfection. The latter also proved to live up to our expectations. The quality/price ratio is also good. The service is engaging and cheerful. We will definitely be back.

Excellent and traditional place for fish-based lunches and dinners. Good quality/price ratio. One of the best between Venice and Mestre.

Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, non ci andavo da anni e temevo avesse cambiato gestione.
Effettivamente era così ed è stata una rivelazione, siamo stati accolti con estrema gentilezza e abbiamo mangiato benissimo, forse anche meglio della gestione precedente (durata circa quarant'anni!!!)
Torneremo sicuramente.

Dopo aver visitato il museo M9 cercavamo un ristorante tipico e siamo capitati in questo localino caratteristico gestito da un giovane chef dalle capacità indubbie. Le seppie al nero assolutamente le più buone che abbia mai mangiato. Le capesante dolcissime. Le porzioni non sono da nouvelle cousine e la qualità è apprezzabile. Prezzi non proprio da osteria ma penso che anche la vicina Venezia abbia la sua influenza.Un piccolo appunto sul coperto: anche se abbiamo richiesto dei piatti in più per dividere le tante portate ordinate , mi sembra che 4€ a persona sia eccessivo . In ogni caso consigliatissimo.
